Absolutely the worst place Ive ever bought from read reviews and do research there is no customer service after the sell brand new 8500 tub that leaks we have never even been in it they dropped it on delivery and still cant be used

Tuff Spas sell Catalina tubs and both products are great. I chose Catalina because I wanted a luxury hot tub with all the bells and whistles but a tuff spa cover was a MUST! Catalina Spas now come with a tuff spa cover. Excellent combination in my books. Looking forward to purchasing and receiving a Catalina Berkshire Luxury Spa with the awesome tuff spa cover. Waiting 8 weeks for a personalized spa is going to be a long 8 weeks🤔. Cant wait to receive it! Thanks Tuff Spas!

The tub wont shut off. Keeps running and maintains temp, but is costing me a small fortune in electric bill. Called for 2 days, someone took my number, but never returned my call. Buyer beware, they are quick to sell, but slow to support. I should have gone someplace else.

Do NOT…. Absolutely Do not buy from this place. Sean is a salesman that’s a liar and would love to rip off his tattoos on his arms and replace with “piece of”on one arm and “shit” on the other. Tuff spas out of tulsa are the worst I’ve ever seen or delt with. Customer service is non existent and regret even walking in to that place.

Worst customer service because there isnt any. We ordered a hot tub at the tent sale in June 2021, delivery date was August 8th. No hot tub and I cant get anyone to give me information. The salesman at Tuff Spas asked me to call this lady to get information. Isnt he the salesman providing customer service? Im still wondering where my hot tub is on September 10th, 2021??? If this is any indication of how they take care of any issues with the hot tub, Im in real trouble!

Got the spa delivered today and wanted to ask questions about how to operate the control panel. Called the store and asked the store manager Mitch if I could ask a question about how to operate the spa. Owners manual left me with questions. He told me he wouldn’t answer any questions and I needed to call corporate. They were already closed. Absolutely no service after the sale. Don’t trust these people at all. All they want is a sale. Nothing else. Take my advise, go elsewhere !!!! Stay away !!!!!

We purchased a spa today, salesman was very nice, extremely informative and helpful!! We opted to take it ourselves and the salesman helped us load it up!! Thanks!!

Tuff spas are disgraceful made and the $3000.is not even the leaky hard top. False advertising

I have had my hot tub les than a month, the lighting went out. I called to request a service call, was told he would be out that afternoon and never showed up. As much as you pay for a tuff stuff spa this is unacceptable.Its been a week and my spa still hasnt been fixed. It is usable i dont have the light. I use mine at night so the lighting would be great. I would never recommend tuff stuff spa. You pay more, but debugger is terrible and communication terrible. Mine is right at a month old right now and already having problems.They say call the company. That died no good!

I began shopping for a hottub with a largely advertised company. After getting the run around I found this company (Tuff Spas) by a Google search. I was shopping for my brothers group home as many of the residents have back issues. Not only did they drop the price to meet the budget we were working with they gave me a TON of free upgrades and free delivery. I was in tears of joy when I left. I can tell you for sure where my next personal spa purchase will come from and you couldnt ask for a nicer guy to work with. Even when I asked for him to repeat everything he had just told me so I could record it for the group home director. The big seller for this situation is a top that can be locked as safety would be key for this facility. Ive never had an easier sale in my life. Cant wait for my brother and the residents he lives with to be able to enjoy their new hottub!

Left messages and called this place so many times but their hours are wacky. I guess they don’t want the business.

I dont know if the guy doesnt get pay to be there because he was with a bad attitude closing everything hottub that i was looking almost kicking me out. That was my experience here.
