At 61 years of age, still working as a full-time police officer, my sprint and weight workouts are very important to me.My Vita Prestige Spa from Fiesta Pools on South Sheridan is a vital part of my sprint running regiment. The daily use allows me to recover quickly and gets me back to my training. The spa has helped me improved my 400-meter race by 2 seconds.I want to thank Erik and the Fiesta Pool crew for a very satisfying experience.

I’ve been a loyal customer since 1998, One of the best services offered was the ability to drop off my pool water for testing. I understand not emailing the results so they can discuss the results and sell you the needed chemicals rather than allowing the customer to shop for better chemical prices elsewhere. Unfortunately though, Fiesta Pools south store this year has decided they no longer do drop off testing of pool water. Instead they would prefer you waste your precious limited free Saturday time standing on line when it’s busiest in the store.Shame on you Fiesta Pools, for inconveniencing your long time customers for a few bucks.Can anyone recommend another pool store in So. Tulsa that puts their customers’ needs ahead of their own?

Mike and the whole team have been helpful in getting parts for an old Dolphin robot. It seems there were modifications made to our unit by the manufacturer and the normal parts sold were what we needed. Mike researched it and the parts needed are now on order. Thanks to everyone for your help

Today I went to purchase chemicals and once again they are closed. I understand that they had internet issues, but when I called to find out when they will open back up, no one answered the phone. It said they were busy helping customers. How can they be helping customers when they are closed? No notice on their website or on the phone or door about the closing. Tired of wasting my time for unnecessary trips to give them business.

Our current hot tub was purchased 22 years ago at Fiesta Pools & Spas! We use it regularly! So wonderful! Guess what! We did our homework and Fiesta Pools and Spas are still there with a great showroom! We decided to replace our old tub with a brand new Limelight hot tub. Things have really changed but for the better in 20 years! No appointment needed. We walked in and checked out all the new models and accessories! Erik gave us his undivided attention and we purchased a new hot tub! I loved the giant rubber duckie in the window! Waiting for the old tub to be hauled off by Fiesta right now! I live in Wagoner and had been purchasing my chemicals at a pool company closer to me but found I was being sold items that werent necessary. My son recommended Fiesta Pools and Spas to me and I thought Id try them. Ive not been disappointed. I now purchase all of my pool chemicals from them and will be using them to close my pool for the winter season. I trust what they tell me and value their opinion. I hope youll give them a try.

Felt very let down by the service after the sale. Was promised text message(s) follow ups and never heard back. We bought a floor model and therefore had to wait about 6 weeks to receive it. I had to reach out 10 days out to make installation arrangements and to confirm the delivery date and time. Got one text post-installation and that was basically for payment for the electricians. Not at all what we were promised and quite frankly well below what I’d expect after having bought a $10,000 item from you. Also there were permanent visible scuffs on the tub itself.

We called Fiesta today with questions about a pool issue for one of our clients. The person that took our call was very informative referencing my questions!! The best part was knowing that he knew that we are not buyers, yet was patient and answered all questions. The folks at fiesta pools are awesome. I talked to Elizabeth on Thursday afternoon about replacing a heater in my hot tub and a service person was out the next morning to fix it. Works like a charm now. Great service. I think the service guys name was Adam and he did a great job. Also, I had to replace the cover to my hot tub. I ordered it and was able to pick it up the next day. The guys helped me load it and off I went. Thank you for all your help with my hot tub needs.

We bought a dolphin pool vacuum. They answered our questions and got us set up quite efficiently. I appreciate the fact that every person we spoke with, even if they were just carrying the box out to our car, knew the products well. Lately it feels like you have to wait until the one guy who knows the merchandise comes in to have your questions answered. This is not that sort of business!

Ive had very pleasurable experiences with this location in all aspects from sales to pool maintenance. The buying experience was very laid back and not pushy and the maintenance staff is always helpful.The most important part to me is having a location to go to for pool supplies that isnt trying to push things on you that you dont need. When you take your sample in you get a full report very quickly of exactly what chemicals you should use, go grab whatever you feel like, check out and head home.

I picked these guys because they were the highest rated place in Tulsa, and based on my experience, it was 100% earned. I called to inquire about a hot tub on a Friday, and Erik was out within a couple hours to measure the backyard. Next thing I know, Im sitting in it Monday evening. Only took one business day for them to coordinate the concrete pour, electrical work, and installation. All at a very reasonable cost. Fiesta has the most convenient location to my house and that was the original reason it became my pool store. Over the past 20 years, the staff has remained consistent and have become friends. They are very knowledgeable and have quick answers.It was impressive that my friend once commented online that she was unhappy with service here and the owner called her personally to resolve the issue so you are working with people who care about the quality and experience of their consumers.This store is quite popular and can become very busy so if you need to get help on a specific issue that may take time talking through,I would suggest calling ahead to check store activity so you can get the most efficient personal attention.

Fiesta Pools has to be one of the most knowledgeable companies in the Tulsa area. The staff are great and work with you to solve your pool problems. We worked with another pool supply company for the last 2 years and struggled to get the water clear, and within 1 week of switching to Fiesta Pools, our pool water is crystal clear. I currently have a 21+ year old Classic Hot Springs Hot Tub/Spa from Fiesta Pools & Spas. I love it so much that when I sold my last house, I moved it with me. This brand reminds me of my Subaru--it is not the least expensive item of its type that you can buy, but it really lasts and lasts--making it economical in the long run. Yes, I have had some repairs over the years, but Doug, the repairman, has been excellent at diagnosing and fixing the problem, with integrity and honesty. This is actually the second Classic that I have owned. I bought my first one in Fresno, CA, and was so happy with it, that I had to get another when I arrived in the Tulsa area. I cannot say enough positives about the company and their service.

What a pleasant experience! So, we had a hot tub years ago and sold it. Recently we decided to get another one but we wanted to buy from a local established company that has been around for years that we werent worried that were going to go belly up. Plus, we wanted an all in one place that we could get questions answered and problems solved. So far we have been very impressed! Super knowledgable and friendly people. They (Eric)recommended an electric company they use to do hookups and the gentleman came out right away ona Sunday to hook us up! You just dont find that kind of service everyday. UPDATE: I have had my spa for 2 years. And I continue to love it so much!! I use it almost daily and sometimes twice a day. The physical benefits are amazing. I have no longer needed my epidural in my neck. I use to get them 2 times a year. Joints are much relieved. Would recommend one in every home!!I started shopping for spas several months before I went to Fiesta Pools and Spas. I finally decided I needed to look in person to finish trying to decide. We walked in the door, were immediately greeted by staff. Then Eric answered every question I had and more. Every person I have dealt with has been amazing. I am past 50 and on my feet for my job all day 6 days a week. This made my body NOT happy. I was thinking about either investing in massages once a week or getting a hot tub. My body was hurting and wanted some TLC. Well, getting the Hot Springs spa was the winner.....and turned out to be WAAAAYYYY better than getting massages once a week. My feet and body feel so good now EVERY day. I am in the spa twice a day since we got it in late March.Rick was awesome at going over every spa we wanted to look at during our initial visit. Everything he said he would do for install and what he said customers experience once they get on came TRUE.This may sound cheesy, yet every time I get in the Spa, I feel like I am on vacation and it feels good! Taking care of the spa is easy as can be.

Our first plan was to heat our pool. After researching we found it would be just too expensive. I was talking with Erik the manager of Fiesta Pools and Spas 93rd and Sheridan. He asked if I ever considered a Spa. Long story short we bought a Hot Spring Spa. The team was amazing The guys were polite and answered my many questions and never felt I was wasting their time the workmanship was amazing and they even went out of their way to fix a broken gutter and fence rail when they installed the spa. Ive had my Fiesta in ground pool since 1986, and still have original tile. Fiesta has treated me super well. Their service and support is wonderful.

Prices were higher than some of the other dealers in the area. But the customer service was good.

Recently bought a Monterey Free Flow hot tub from Fiesta Pools & Spa !! Our salesman, Erik, was very informative, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful in helping us make our choice !! Delivery personnel were knowledgeable & considerate when tub was delivered !! I am 62 years old & after a day of weed eating, was sore and tight in shoulder area !! After relaxing in hot tub for apprx 45 minutes, not only did it relieve pain that night but woke up next morning with no soreness !! I recommend getting a hot tub and the place to get one is Fiesta !! Erik will definitely take care of you !! THANK YOU FIESTA POOLS & SPA !!
