Good store overall. 4 stars based on location, pain to get in and out depending on time of day. Typically has stock and is clean / organized. I think its the only Vitamin Shoppe around so if you want something from there its not like you have another location to choose.

Don’t bother going her, it will be a waste of time. Customer service is it best to -5, the employees really do not have any knowledge on the products that they are selling. I was very disappointed in the service that they offer here, I placed an order online, for in Store pick up and received a Confirmation number for my order. I proceeded to come to the location where I was supposed to pick up my products. When asked about my order the employees there looked it up and said they had no order placed by me. I refresh my account on vitamin shops website and they had deleted my order. I was still charged the full amount for the products and have not receivedAny information on why my order was deleted and no offer to reimburse.

They had a pretty nice selection to choose from. However the clerk that was working constantly followed me and my fiance around just staring at us the entire time like we were planning on stealing something which really rubbed me the wrong way. Then whenever we were checking out my fiance was holding a bottle of hand sanitizer reading the back of it the clerk then asked her if she was going to buy it, too? She said no then he took it right out of her hand and put it behind the counter. Needless to say it was very insulting and we will not be back there ever again! You dont treat paying customers that way!!!

My significant OTHER goes to this shop. Not me personally.Your app keeps putting me at places where a parking lot is shared by other businesses and wont let me say where I really was. This is one reason I keep dismissing queries but they dont/wont stay gone. Next time I get asked questions there they are. How do I get them gone permanently? Answer that if you will.

I like the store because the staff is friendly and willing to help you find the supplement or nutrition item youre looking for soon as you walk into the door. You can also go online to check and see if they have a particular supplement. If you call them theyre also pretty prompt to check as well.
