Michael was very knowledgeable and helpful. He made some great suggestions and had the patience and care to see through that I had a plan for my fitness journey. Excellent customer service!!! There was also a young man who was a coworker who had great insight on the products and didnt hesitate to put his input in, which I appreciated very much!

Philip the manager is extremely helpful and professional. I have been in the store several times and watched him interact with customers. He is kind and courteous. He provides excellent customer service and is knowledgeable about the products.

Poorly treated .I came in for vitamins about a week ago and I kindly wanted to browse and was very polite when the pushy kid kept harrasing me after I very nicely assured him I was fine .He said he has to ask and make sure no one is stealing or if they need help because most people dont know what they really need . I left upset and if my husband was still alive he would have teached that kid some manners .I will never return

There aren’t a lot of places that offer a variety of supplements specifically geared toward men. So I tried shopping online. But I couldn’t tell marketing hype from fact. I needed a guy who knows the stuff to tell me what I should get. Octavio was working and he was a great help.

Every time I go in the staff I always super helpful! Every time I go in they arent about just selling me the most expensive things, they always make sure I get what I need no matter the price. Ive been to plenty of vitamin stores and I swear its worse than going to a used car dealership!

My ma was looking for an alternative to the blue zantrex. She may not have found a substitute but the guys here were very helpful.

Went in to ask about a specific protein drink. The guy on staff was deeply unhelpful. I asked for what I was looking for he vaguely gestures toward a shelf. When they only sold the drink by the case, I asked if they (or anyone he knew of) sold the drinks individually. He said, and I quote, “why do you even want it?”. I was taken aback but explained, that I was looking for something that doesn’t have that “protein powder taste”. He asked again why I wanted it. So I just left as he was clearly not in the mood to deal with customers. He was not in the main body of the store when I walked in (I had to call out for him), when he came out he was immediately rude, and the whole experience was deeply unhelpful. I will not frequent here—or perhaps any other GNC—again.

Cashier was clueless as to what I was looking for, even though its a common herb. He was pushy and rude. First and last time Ill shop there. The Vitamin Shoppe was MUCH better and the sales associate actually knew what she was doing.

Terrible place to shop, terrible customer service. I came there to purchase pre workout on short notice after realizing i was out, had several unwanted products pushed on me, told me if i wasnt satisfied i could return them. get home try the protein it was disgusting and left my stomach in knots, so i go to return it and the napoleon complexed kid behind the counter(the one who sold it to me) tells me it expired in may and he cant return it (he sold it to me expired on June 1st) and was very rude and short about things, no pun intended. Even with receipt, card, I.D and everything else i still had to get his supervisor on the phone for them to uphold the policy on the back of their receipt. I have been a Discount Sport Nutrition customer since 2009 and this is a small reminder as to why I switched. Overpriced, terrible customer service would not send any one that i know into this store.
