We live about 45 minutes from white star/ bobcat so had a washer and plastic dipstick shipped to us. Those two items came to 39.88..tulsa tax should have been 3.56.. but they charged 6.46. the box indicated 2lbs and was sent ups Ground. Not only did they charge me $36.00 freight but they charged me tax on the freight! From now on Ill take my business online. Very unprofessional.

After 2 separate week rentals neither was worth more than 1 star. First rental I was suggested to rent equipment that did not work for my application. Returned the rental early. No discount was giving just a well sorry that didn’t work and charged the card. I did another week rental with a forestry mulcher. To start the front glass of the rental was busted. Couldn’t use the machine when the sun was shining which makes it tough. I advised them and they didn’t seem to care. Had multiple issues with the rental. Was charged over $1200 on top of my rental for something that wasn’t my fault. I also spent hours of my rental time doing repairs to busted hoses to keep the machine running. Not to mention they sent the machine out to me without any coolant in it. I also had to take time to find the correct coolant to keep working. The service guys are great people and always willing to help. But are expensive when charging is done by the service manager. Took the machine back 2 days early and 14 hours under rental time. They don’t seem to care about anything other than trying to pick your pocket. I don’t plan on doing a rental here again, as I don’t like to give money away and receive terrible customer service. Just my personal opinion and wanting to share my experience to help others.

Seem like there great if your local. I bought a tractor from them because i know Bobcats are made to the highest standard and are made to work.The service department is lacking in some ways tho. For instance. When the tractor and brush cutter were deliverd 2 of the supporsts were bent and every cutter ive seen has chains on the back to slow flying debris. This had none.As a truck driver i understand the shipping process and things dont always go as planned. So ive been patient.That was August 2020.. we had to drive 2 hours to get the parts last week. April 2021. And im currently intalling the parts now. Myself Becouse i paid nearly $30,000 to for new equipment that i need to build becouse and i quote driving that far would be inconvenient we even tried to have them ship the pieces directly to us. and i still dont have chains for the brush cutter. They sent rear guard thats eather the wrong size or not for this equipment becouse none of the bolt holes line up.They did git the supports correct.One thing is for suer. I wont be making a third 2 hour trip to to tulsa becouse that would be inconvenient. Ill just call bobcat corporate directly from now on. Maby they wont feel put out.

Michael Cologgi has been extremely great to work with. He does what he says he is going to do and is professional about it. I have had dealings with another associate and if it wasnt for Michael I wouldnt be a customer at White Star.

The parts department is GREAT. When it comes to Bobcat, they know their stuff and had the inventory I needed in a pinch. Kent and Bo are excellent when it comes to customer service. Everyone I ran into has a good, friendly attitude and make the 50-mile trip worth it for me.
