I shopped around quite a bit before choosing to buy my Cub Cadet zero-turn mower. The customer service at Tulsa New Holland was the absolute deciding factor in my final decision; I have purchased mowers in the past from entities who would not service what they sold....with frustrating results when trying to get a mower serviced or fixed. The folks at Tulsa New Holland have always treated me with incredible courtesy, answered and explained all questions thoroughly. The service department, especially service advisor Jake, have been exceptional in getting my mower in and out quickly, respectful of charges, and making great suggestions on mower care so it always performs at the optimal performance level.

Not enough sales people working this location. We went in to look at buying a mahindra tractor waited for over half an hour for a sales person. No one showed up. Im guessing they were busy serving other customers. But would have been nice to talk to someone

Purchesd a brand new tractor and brush hog from them. When we bought them they told us we will have to come back and pick it up so they can go over the equipment. Great no worries. Used the brush hog for two hours. The blades came lose and beat the brand new brush hog up. Tulsa New Holland told us that they will fix it but on our dime. So never will I do buisness with them agian. Wish I could give you no stars but is what it is

I inherited a Cub Cadet riding mower that hadn’t ran in 10+ years, after a few google and YouTube searches I found some ideas on where to start. I walked into the Tulsa New Holland store and was immediately helped and greeted and with my serial and model numbers I was in and out with the correct parts. My abandoned mower runs again!!

I was apprehensive about taking my Cub Cadet in for warranty work because I had read some horror stories about other Cadet service providers around the country. I got in touch with Tulsa New Holland.and the experience could not have been better. I got Jake as my service rep and he was great from start to finish. Very professional and although they were very busy he got my spindle replaced and ready for pickup within 2 days. I have a lot of confidence in Tulsa New Holland now.

I would definitely recommend this business. All of the employees seem to know there stuff. Dustin in particular was extremely helpful in answering all my questions. He was happy to help me out and went above and beyond with providing a spectacular, respectable service.

We will only trust this place with my 20+ year old Woods diesel zero-turn mower from now on even though its over 53 miles away. We made the mistake of taking it somewhere closer & not only did that place not fix it, but they had it a month & caused more problems. We immediately took it to Tulsa New Holland on a Saturday, they called on Monday morning with repair diagnosis so we had them service it as well. By Tuesday morning it was ready!! And at a very reasonable cost! Ask for Jake Parnell! He is extremely customer oriented & explains things so there is no miscommunication. Thanks to Tulsa New Holland & Jake!

Don’t shop here!! Purchased a belt did one lap and it snapped.. old belt worked fine and other belt worked fine.. but they stated that our mower made it snap and they wouldn’t replace.. guy was also rude and didn’t care.

EXCEPTIONAL service, its almost impossible to find a good parts person, theses days. Lacy is a whiz, at efficiently and accurately looking up my parts. Made the experience worth bragging about. Shame shes not always at parts counter. What ever they are paying her, its NOT enough.

Tulsa New Holland is the only place I would send someone to purchase a new cub cadet mower. The entire staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the salesperson Mac was great and knowledgeable without being pushy. In addition to the service, with Tulsa New Holland you get the ability to buy an extended warranty (which you can’t get from big box stores), they will service your equipment on site, and they have a huge selection. I cannot recommend them enough. If you are looking for a new mower but are unsure what to get, stop by Tulsa New Holland.

Parking lot was full and had to park by the tractors. Went in and notwithstanding they were very busy, I was helped by a sales person right away. He even asked for my updated farm tax exemption, and carried 2 five gallon buckets of hydraulic fluid and 2 gallon of gear oil to my truck (on 2 wheel cart). I was in and out in about 5 minutes. Great job.

Submitted a form the night before about inventory, and got an email from Mac the next morning. I called him up and we talked through inventory. I had done my research and didn’t need to chat about options, etc. Mac was straight and to the point. No fluff, no pressure, knew what he was doing and knew about the equipment he was selling.Super friendly, and was out of there with a new mower on my trailer in about 15 minutes.

They have the parts of high quality on hand and they rember you. Very helpful and honest! I love both of our cub cadets!

Mac was great! We visited others but we were convinced that we needed to purchase from Mac at The New Holland. He is an Air Force Vet. His strength and integrity impressed me. The purchase process was easy and we know that if we need anything that Mac will take care of us. We were also impressed that the the warranty work will be handled by a certied Club Cadet service tech in a Club Cadet service bay. We are still planning a tractor purchase and Mac will be our man.👍👍

Be ready to put your foot down. Be sure to ask about the new company policy in regards to warranty work on brand new equipment that breaks down in the field. If you are thinking about buying new and expect them to come out and fix something simple that was an obvious quality assurance failure, think again. If they say they will, you better have them put it in writing.

I was concerned about the cost of the repair and spoke to Jake who was very helpful. There was some warranty coverage and they not only fixed the problem that I had brought it in for, but also found a few other issues that were covered by warranty as well.

Spoke with Blake Ruppert in the parts department. Have had a hard time finding a solution and with his help was able to get the old mower back up and running again. Very knowledgeable and I appreciate the help!

Dustin Rupert, spent hours on the phone with me trying to get our Tractor moving. It ended up being a joystick calibration problem from a worn out joystick. I actually live in Central Texas and our normal mechanic was a few days out from being able to help, Dustin came highly recommended so I made the phone call and his customer service was excellent. Next time I’m in Tulsa I will be swinging by to thank him in person!
