1. First week of February 2016, I ordered products from Pam distributingCo. and UPS suppose to deliver to our business address.2. But 2-17-2016 Pam distributing Co. contacted me (not from UPS-we found out later why) said UPS made a mistake and they have my package waiting to be picked up at their facility instead deliver to me.Pam distributing Co. did not apologized at all when this message was delivered to me. According to their explanation to me was because this whole mistaken happened by UPS not them. I just complain and told them I will pick up because I myself also do business and sometimes unexpected things happen.3. I couldn’t pick up the package because I got tide up for my business.So this package went back to Pam distributing Co. I did request re-sent my package again ASAP. I provide to them my CORRECT business address, phone number, email address, & etc to make sure. I also requested not charging additional shipping cost this time because prior to what have happened last shipping. But there answer was no. I did not appreciate their business mind and attitude how they deal with me who owns a small business in America to survive everyday. But I did not have time to argue with them so I just focused to provide them my information for them to stay away from any further order and shipping problems.4. PACKAGE DELIVERD TO FALSE ADDRESS AGAIN and Pam distributing Co. asked me to go pick up from someone else business location.JUST LIKE A COMMAND, again without apology or explain.I pick up the package to find out FACT, and these are proved true fact as below:* Pam distributing Co. created there label:my business address was completely wrong.(proved label)* Pam distributing Co. created there label:typed there own phone# on “ send to”(proved label)* I requested Pam distributing Co. to send APOLOGY EMAIL to me. I sent also proved label image attached for them to stop blaming UPS and admit there mistake.* I requested INVOICE (because there was no invoice for my order in the package-most the time they do not provide invoice and very bad attitude to receive the order when I submit – They just started web online store and I hope they do business instead continue this ugly hazardous just like a command to the small business people like me in the public to cause damage.)* I requested CREDIT BACK 50% of SHIPPING charge.( reason is, I do not want to continue with there UNHEALTY BUSINESS MIND. Bad experience. Go somewhere else, because they wont order products when you need it. When you call nobody knows whats going on w/your order, then when your tired of waiting (2 weeks) and you want a refund, item pops up and they want to charge you a re-shelving fee ($31)from your refund. Why do I have to pay for Pam employees mess up?
