There is only one woman named Sarah worked there and she is very rude, impersonal with bad attitude. Very regretful purchasing some junk from that store, not worthy, it can ruin your whole day to deal with her.
Went to this store after our governor lifted the mask mandate. I really needed RAM so I didnt want to just pay less on Amazon. I have a chronic respiratory condition that limits my ability to wear a mask, I was treated like a leper for not having a mask by the rude woman who works there. I wont be going back, Ill just go to Amazon or do a curbside pickup with a big box store next time. Very disappointed.
Very decent inventory on hand, a lot of curious items to shop also. I went in for 3600Mhz ram and left with that and an excellent Nactua Cooler. Really like it there. Be sure and pick on Sara at the counter she is fun to chide :P.
If youre in a bind and need computer help these people are going to be there for you! Im very grateful every time I need this company, seriously.
These guys and gals have built 2 systems for me. It was custom for my business. Lots of oddball requests to be perfect for our business. And it was PLUG &PLAY to hook to our network. It was amazing. I had them build a 2nd machine laptop, for my personal use . Just as amazing! Headed back for our next computer for sure!!
Called and lady on the phone was super rude, and unhelpful. Telling me I dont need the part I needed because I should already have one, then gave bad advise on what to do if I actually did need the part. Went to best buy instead, and now my computer works fine.
Absolutely horrible customer service.Very impersonable and treated us like we had the plague just because she was so paranoid and anxiety ridden. Extremely awkward experience, well just find our parts elsewhere next time. She has no business working in customer service
Sarah was amazing!Super informative and shes not like most shops just pushing products that you dont need. She helped me (convincing me to use parts I already had instead of buying new like I had initially planned) and is willing to sit and let me bounce ideas off of her. Its already hard to find local places with PC parts on their shelves of good quality and variety.I wont go anywhere else for PC parts!
Visited this store today. Service sucked. The clerk made no effort to help us. She was very, very rude. The clerk was very dismissive and interrupted my husband when he was trying to explain what we needed. She said, we probably dont have it anyway and I cant help you. I have never had anything but, positive experiences at the other location which shocked me at this kind of experience at this location.I will never visit this location again.This clerk has the personality of a tick.
Sarah was such a big help! My power supply was about 8-9 years old, and she researched the optimum wattage for a new one based on my video card & resource utilization. Price was very reasonable too, and she helped me pick a good one with a 5 year manufacturer warranty! I’m so glad I shopped locally!
I spent two days, real time 4 hours, texting with HP parts, trying to purchase a power cord. Three techs all tried to have me order the wrong cord. Then when they finally find the power cord I need, it is out of stock and not scheduled to re-stock. HP gives me the number of a couple authorized HP parts .stores, which dont have the cord.I finally called Wholesale computer and within 5 minutes they provided me with the correct part number. They did not have it in Stock but located one on Amazon for me. I was not even a customer but I will be from now on.

Thought I would be charged based off of what the issue was after they looked at my pc, but was charged 45 dollars up front only to be informed that it simply hadn’t completed an update.
Absolutely love this place and the lady that works here. I cant remember her name. But she is extremely helpful and absolutely full of useful information I will always go here first for all my computer needs.
Bought 2 monitor cords here yesterday. I realized I didnt need them once I got home. Tried to take them back the next day. But the store clerk at 46th and Hudson said they had a No Return Policy. First that I knew about it, although later I noticed it in small print on the invoice. I thought there was a 3 return policy for sales in Tulsa. Last time I go to this store.
I dont often do reviews but when someone does a great job, I like to let people know. They found a great fix for a very reasonable price, replaced the part, exceeded my expectations. Couldnt be happier.
Did a full gaming pc build for around 1300$ and its running Rainbow 6 Siege and Minecraft seamlessly over wifi. They had the build done in a little over a week while also building 2 other customers PCs as well. All off the build only cost me 75$ out of pocket and if you ask me thats pretty good

They really dont seem to care. I have purchased emergency stuff from there but as far as stuff I can wait for I will just use Amazon. Walked in looking for a monitor the guy didnt really seem to care and walked away from me while I was pulling up a cross reference for the monitor I had. This place really is trash to go to for computer supplies. Nothing is priced so it requires assistance and when the person doesnt care to give you any then whats the point?
Much better than their store on Garnett. Staff was accommodating, better layout of the sales floor with a less cramped feeling. I ended up selling a laptop here at a fair price.

Service on the computer good, but when I told I could not leave the password to my profile, lady seemed to be offended??? I asked to delete private files to leave access to my profile, and still behaved like she was offended.That is not polite and right behavior.
Scam artist. Ridiculously overpriced. All they were focused on were trying to get me to buy a whole new laptop when all I asked about was a minor replacement part.Every time I told them something was fine, there was suddenly a new problem. Half the things they told me just werent true. I probably know more than the people working .

Ive gotta say, Im pretty disappointed. I gave both locations a chance and both failed to deliver decent customer service and even decent knowledge of tech in general. At the Garnett location I was looking for DDR4 Ram and a single stick of SODIMM DDR4. The manager could not wrap his head around the fact I already had the RAM. I just needed additional sticks in 8 GBS. Kept trying to upsell me to 16. As for the 31st location, they were just flat out rude. Took in some spare parts, and before I could finish my sentence of what I had I was interupted and was told No we arent interested. All of this is too old. We dont sell those anymore She didnt even LOOK at what I had. Which was some 500 Gb-1 Tb HDD, some various DDRX RAM, and two processers. One i3 and an i7 for a laptop. Some various parts outside of that. Granted I wasnt expecting to break the bank, but my issue was she flat out lied. I looked in the case at the check out, and low and behold there are HDDs for sale. From 500 GBs to 1 TB. Both stores talked as if I was clueless and to just trust them. However I work with this stuff everyday. Im certified in various fields of IT. And almost 90% of what they were saying was either a bold face lie, misunderstanding of the parts, or an attempt to get me to buy something other then what I was looking for. When I correct them, I was looked at as if I offended their grandmother and told I was wrong. Needless to say, either go to Best Buy or just order something online. I wouldnt trust these people to even turn on a PC or laptop.
Wow ok we went into the store an they had the cord we were trying to find via the 2 stars and the customer service deserves negative rating but you never know what someones going thru but she made me feel. Like we were stupid for asking questions

Accidentally happened to be in the neighborhood & spotted them while I had my OLD tablet with me for just that purpose- WAS going to try best buy, but in my prodigious experience with them, they arent worth the gas to get there. So, I popped in hoping to see The Wizard. (their tv commercials, lol). While there WAS a man behind the curtain back there, his kindly assistant, without trying ANY hard sells (I was actually shopping for a laptop to replace the tablet), steered me in the RIGHT direction for ME, not for THEM. VERY informative, completely understand that we laymen dont do the jargon, and didnt try to force me to buy something i didnt NEED(new anti-virus suite, since i intended to give the ol tablet another go).Only 4* at the moment for the great advice, but Ive yet to see what a real tech problem might turn into... but Id trust them before anyone else at this time! Way to go, Girl! (I KNEW I should have written down her name) Ya done me good, lol! My business shall be with YOUR business- & they should give you a big ol fat RAISE! See you when Ive decided which laptop is for me!
If you need parts now they will have what you need but everything is over priced compared to other stores, also they do not do custom water cooling most of their monitors are referbs, and very little perifrial selection, but they have a knowledgble staff but do not specialize in the games world

Spent 800$ on the garnet store needed a case went to the hudson store was lied to about the materials involved of said case just to sell it to me spent 90$ on a plastic garbage case refuses to refund me been buying from here for years wont be buying anything again you lost a valuable customer hope the 90$ was worth it

Overpriced components (captive audience in this city). Staff was less knowledgeable than I was. Alas, they lacked an 8-pin to 6-pin power cable, and even argued that such a thing didnt exist. Had to shop online, as per the usual.
