Specialty Materials have come through for us on so many occasions, Im not sure what we would have done without them. Their customer service is not only very friend and professional, but theyre proactive -- Kellie Hogan is AWESOME to work with. Great service, great products, and super fast shipping! We havent even looked for another supplier since we started using Specialty Materials over 3 years ago....and dont plan to ever make a change! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Any company that has YOUR companys growth in mind is a company I want to stick with.

The place itself is great and the owner is so helpful when around. However, the front desk lady who is African American customer service is very poor . Doesn’t greet customers ever or speak at all for that matter. I also know other customers that shop here and say the exact same thing. I just left like 5 minutes ago and even though I have card on file, today I wanted to pay cash. But she never said a word to me and went ahead and charged me without asking what type of payment I would’ve preferred. Any other time or any other worker has always made sure and confirmed with me before charging me. Frustrating to say the least. I hope when you guys see this, that this can be corrected to better customer’s experience.

The owner David is rude and doesn’t know how to treat people or employees. He uses people and plays favorites. If you plan on working here, just know you’re gonna be miserable. Especially if you have to deal with David.

Everyone at the company are just as nice and helpful with everything. I wouldnt want to go back to my previous places I was buying product from. They are fair on price, material is easy to weed and work with, customer service is great, & you have such a selection to choose from with them. I just cant help but brag about this company!!

Yes I have to say my experience with special materials was very good I dealt with Miss hood her knowledge of the company and whats their mission statement is was just amazing they are definitely a team I would want to be apart of. she was very helpful she even took the time to listen to what I planned on doing with the vinyl that I was ordering and I found that to be very encouraging. I Contacted Specialty Materials, for a couple product samples, and they emailed me right away, letting me know my samples were on the way. When I asked about their products, they were VERY informative with a speedy response to educate me, about them. I learned of Speciality Materials through a crafting group. I am looking forward to working with their brand of vinyl and spectrum of products. We’ve purchased several colors of Thermaflex as well as the Decofilm Soft Metallic. This is my favorite brand of heat transfer vinyl and purchasing from Specialty Materials is quick and easy. Excellent customer service. I noticed an error in an order that was placed almost 3 months earlier, I received the wrong product in the color I ordered. I contacted the company, and they shipped out the correct material within a few short hours.The materials that I have had the chance to use and test were excellent in quality, held up well in the wash over time. One of the few companies that i have met st the trade shows where every single person is nice informative and wants to help you without pushing product down your throat. They will even send you samples of their product. Class act all around

Not sure where I should begin...so lets start at the top. David Saunders, the owner, is a complete jerk to work with and Im not at all surprised that when I phone the company regarding order placement and/or status, his employees are scornful and ill-informed. I can only imagine what it would be like to work for such an operation; the General Manager sounds like he is on methamphetamine when Ive spoken to him over the phone, for Gods sake! Shame on this company and this awful Australian business person!

I may not have a popular opinion on here - but I think David Saunders is very gracious and always willing to give customers personal attention -I very much enjoy visiting with him and seeing new product demonstrations every year at ISS in Ft Worth - and we really like our customer service rep as well -
