It was almost closing time. Silver cloth, for flatware, jewelry etc. Was on my list. The nice clerk would have looked on line but computers were off line all over Tulsa. She was great. Ill go to JOANN many more times. Service is supreme

Terrible store. People have to wait for service even though there are workers to help. They just ignore you. Also some of employees dont have much intelligence, if they cant understand simple sales information they blame it on the computer. Today I was cheated again in this store. Last time though, I wont be back.

Pretty small Joanns location with not much selection. Didnt have everything I needed.

Normally, a great place to go to find what you need. Today the power was out making it hard to see and the staff was not as accommodating as usual. Otherwise a good experience.

Store was clean, very quiet, lots of clearance and sales, all well posted and easy to understand. The prices overall without sales or clearance are very high in my opinion. I understand that crafting is somewhat of a dying hobby, but Joanns most often is the highest priced store in the area. I often times will only go to Joanns if a other store in town does not have what I need or Amazon is not available for prime delivery. All in all, it’s a great chain store and they have some great and unique pieces, but is the price tag really worth it, I’m still on the fence.

Sadly, it is difficult to find much selection in fabric anymore. I have recently taken up sewing again for grandsons so was not aware of decline in fabric stores. Also may be a sign of the times that companies are having trouble finding people to hire. The store was in a bit of disarray making it difficult to shop.

Went in with wife looking for drapery fabric. Staff was very helpful and we were in and out fairly quickly. Overall a good experience and great place to shop.

Just walking into Joanns makes me happy.

Went there on a Saturday and it was PACKED. The line was looped around the display and started backing up down the main isle of the store. There was only one cashier working. Poor guy was swamped but he did a great job considering there were a lot of customers complaining about coupons not working which wasn’t his fault... they were expired. So props to the guy working On Saturday January 23rd 2021. You did great!

No one was was watching the front registers. Had to try and hunt someone down. Not really employees fault due to the way the store is set up. When I did dind someone, they were both busy.

Be prepared to wait! Especially on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday!!!!! If you are purchase fabrics that need measuring you will have a wait, be sure to get your self a number at the counter! It will assure that you are not waiting in vane! Over all though it is a great place to shop and customer service is great too!!!!

I went in for some Christmas decorations & brought my coupons. At the checkout I showed the cashier which I had. 2 were paper & 1 was digital. She all but three one of the paper ones at me and rudely said “You can’t use that one”. After ringing up my things and scanning the first coupon she proceeds to tell me I can use my 20% off orders over $50 because I had just used one for $5 off-putting me below $50. They were out of order. So I said ok can you fix it? She said “No, sorry”. Wow terrible customer experience. I love Joanns but I won’t be back to that one!

One of the best fabic stores with a wide selection that you cant find elsewhere. They also will take Hobby lobby and Michaels coupons along with theirs on the same purchase! Downloading all apps will make it easier at checkout.

The ladies cutting fabric were so pleasant and food humor. Will be back just speak with those ladies.

Be careful everyone! Dont expect your order to be filled the same day (A mistake I made while in town one morning- hours away from home). Also, they dont tell you, but your order WILL be canceled 3 days after your order date, if not picked up by then (so, it sounds like, if they take 3 days to fill the order, then itll be canceled before its even available!).Which all sounds ridiculous since the authorities are telling us to not leave our houses to shop more than once every two weeks!.. I wonder how much business Joanns has lost due to this rediculous-ness?Ill just order my hip huggers on-line, and probably pay less anyways, so much for spend local & keep local jobs...

This is a great location! Staff is always so helpful and very knowledgeable. Great sales and coupons makes sewing and crafting not only fun but definitely affordable. We love coming here and finding new things to do and new home decor!

Great place to shop for crafts and the staff is very helpful and nice.

Great selection of arts and crafts items and best selection of fabric that I have found in Tulsa. There is always a fairly long wait at the fabric counter and sometimes the staff act as if they dont care youve been standing there waiting for 10 minutes for them to cut your fabric. While this is not always the case, I have been the only one there with my number next to be called and instead of assisting me they have started working on putting away bolts of fabric when there are customers waiting in line.

This allows them to scan and swipe through your gallery as opposed to you having to open and exit multiple sites and apps during checkout. Speeds up the process considerably. Not that they take much time at all!** Fantastic, quality products. Fabulous employees! Tonya and Virginia are my heros! Had an issue with an Amazon e-gift card causing the register to give strange error code. It ended up taking some time since the corporate office isnt open weekends. They never once were flustered, irritated or short. They tackled the issue like the customer service pros they so obviously are. I tend to always be the one running up to the register at close but everyone is always so kind and super helpful! Perfect place for those new to sewing and crafting as well as seasoned professionals.

Would give 0 if I could, went to pick up curbside order at time listed on web, lady came to door said they changed hours and she couldnt let me pick up for 30 minutes, its a prepaid order, but she couldnt hand it to me, called back 2 days later to ask her to hold it beyond the 3 day holding period stated online, was told they cancelled at 2 days not the 3 stated online. Please save yourself the grief and buy elsewhere. I asked the manager to give me a supervisors number so that I could report this and she only would give me a customer service number that you cannot reach a real person on.

Joanns has both sewing items and craft items. Their selection of fleece fabrics has improved since they now stock more than just collegiate and juvenile prints. They have abundant knitting and crochet supplies. There are also many jewelry making items. Only downside is that prices are higher here.

It was great, the cashier had a big fan on her and when I got to the register she stopped and move it so I could get some air. She was a sweetie for being so concerned about me.

Prices are generally fair, especially with coupons and discounts! Staff are helpful and friendly. the cashier took her time and made sure I was getting all my discounts I qualified for. I really appreciated that. Now Im going to have a cow costume for Halloween thats going to look fabulous!

Ordered on sale merch. Forgot 2 months about it. Went to store and my login showed it picked up. Neither my mom who cant drive nor myself picked up order. They went and pulled off shelf and brought to me and thanked me for shopping. Ive been in retail for over 20 years (retired), and this was excellent customer. You dont see it as much any more. Was a nice change of pace for retail.

My wife loves the place as one of her go to places. I like to nap in the car. Always good for 45-60 minutes of rest. And she always find bargains, so I have an economical snooze.

Love Joanns, love their new app, love all the coupons. Word of advice, if youre buying something expensive, make sure you use a coupon! Great fabric selection, but I really wish they had more individual sheets of scrapbook paper.

I called on Friday and asked for white quilted backing to be put on hold to be picked up on 7/2 20 and they started not a problem I came in to Joann on 6/29 20 to pick up my order and was told they did not have and was told they only hold for 24 hours but I was not told that when I spoke to hold it to start with that very poor management and would even rate but a - 5’if at all possible.

Went in and asked one of the associates if they had suit patterns and she automatically thought that we needed a male suit it was me and my mom I assumed she thought we was getting married or something but my mother needed a white suit for Sunday for a speaking engagement and we found the patterns but we had to go to Jo-Anns on Mingo and memorial and we found everything else the store. On 41st and Yale it kind of smell like mildew it was hot in there but I like the 71st store betterbecause it was cooler and the associates was most helpful and they was nice and they didnt ask stupid questions.

70% off sale sign hanging on a item. I took it to the checkout with other items. When I got to my car and looked over my receipt, I saw that item rang up full price. The stores phone number is on the receipt, so I called them and told them about it. She went to look at the sign and came right back. I was told the items down and around the item I bought was 70% off but my item was full price. I was walked right back into the store to return it. The lady on the phone was the same person that was the cashier that checked me out and returned the item. She never once said anything to me or apologize for the inconvenience. Last time I will go there. Michaels is a lot friendlier and they will honor a sign mix up.

Great selection of fabric and crafting supplies. They always have coupons on the website that can also be used in store so I will still get a discount even without a mailer. Store is fairly clean and organized even during busy seasons (Halloween, Christmas). Staff is friendly.

The store has a wide selection of craft supplies and fabrics. I would call this the first choice in craft stores, at least on this side of town. Superior selection over Michael’s and more focused products than Hobby Lobby. Employees are usually friendly but we’ve had some unpleasant ones from time to time. They have good coupons but often will have the best coupons available during sale times so you can’t use them on the things you want since coupons can typically only be used on full-price items. That being said, they do occasionally offer coupons that stack on top of sale prices and you can save a ton of money there. If you come when there is not a sale happening they pretty much always have a coupon availalbe for 40% off a single item so if you’re patient you can slowly get everything you need at a really great price.

The staff was nice, exceptional help with checking out. I went in the week before Christmas and led to everything I ask for. The cashier helped me find coupons on my phone and saved me money. I would recommend this store for any kind of fabric your looking for or craft item.

Their 50-60% off coupons look like a good deal, but the last 5 times Ive tried to use them theyve been a bait and switch tactic. Coupons are only good on regular price items. Every single time there had been no sale sign, sticker or anything else indicating the item was on sale. But at the registry Im always told that the item Im buying is actually on sale for 10% so the coupon for a deeper discount doesnt apply. Im sure they deliberately dont mark their sale items to lure people in without having to give them the discount - this has happened at 3 different stores. Im sick of my projects going over-budget because of their underhanded policy, and am taking my business elsewhere.

We get a lot of stuff from this particular Jo-Anns in Tulsa. We like the one at 71st and Highway 169 the best. We got a lot of stuff from there on a regular basis. People are always very helpful. Thats some of the customers are always as nice but thats okay.

The facility has areas that are definitely worn down, there are some tiles missing and torn up on the floor. The staff is pleasant, but I do feel their deals are comparable to others like them.

This store has a pretty good selection, but rarely has enough registers open. Noticing that the customers at the only open register were the same ones I saw when I walked in five minutes earlier, and that there were three more customers in front of me - I dropped my single item and walked out.

One of the only fabric stores left in town. The staff is always very nice and helpful. The store is always kept very clean. I wish the fabric was higher quality but not much I can do about that. They also have the worst sales fliers Ive ever seen. I never know what patterns are on sale, I usually only find out be going to the store.

They have a lot of fabric here. Like tons. The fabric I was looking for, a fluffy long faux fur was very expensive got it for about 60% less at Hobby Lobby. I did purchase some foam for a good price. I noticed a lot of other fabric on sale.

Overall excellent products. The only caveat is many of the items in the sales marked sections were not accurately placed. Being that they were not on sale.

Incredibly rude employees! Only 1 lady could cut even with line 6+ deep. Other employees we also rude when you asked for help. They were too busy stocking.
