I usually dont like shopping here anymore, due to personal reasons with the company. But my mother loves going for her sewing supplies! Sometimes, even for material. Its fun to walk around in to see all of the cute home decorations. Their art section is pretty nice as well.

Love this place. I can literally spend hours in here walking around. I went to get shirts and vinyl for my sister to make my sons 3rd birthday shirts. They had what I was looking for (they always do)! The staff Ive dealt with are nice and helpful.The lines get long sometimes but thats my only complaint.

Was able to find exactly what I wanted with a little help from the very kind & helpful staff.

Love Hobby Lobby and this one is not exception. Big store with plenty of parking close by and wide aisles. The store already had their Christmas decorations out and most of it was on sale. Only down side is that the lines at checkout were very long.

Poor management. Absolutely will not shop here anymore. Im sorry, not giving customers the hangers for the items that they paid for? So so tacky and cheap of you. Being a customer whos spent $1000s of dollars in your store, its sad that the manger on duty herself said that it wasnt allowed even after I called to file a complaint. I spent $60 dollars today. But asking for 2 hangers for the items I paid for wasnt allowed. Doesnt make sense business wise at all.

I love hobby lobbys selection and pricing. Im addicted to this store. But the downfall is they have the rudest employees Ive ever met. They act bothered and put out if you ask for help or ask where something is. When I purchased yards of fabric it took the lady almost 20 minutes to cut it and that put us 5 minutes past closing time for their store so we were escorted by a couple employees to the front to check out while they mumbled that they were closed

A person to help find something was hard to locate on the floor. I am in a wheelchair and couldnt open the ladies room door! Also I couldnt reach the soap dispenser while sitting in my chair. My husband had to wait outside the door for me to call loudly to him to open the door for me to get out. Everyone should be confined to a wheelchair for a day or two and find out how handicap accessible your business is😭

Love how they have fall Christmas and Thanksgiving but no Halloween, Jesus didnt hate Halloween

Went after art supplies. Found a great mix of quality equipment and beginner to fit the needs of different family members.

The clerk was very helpful in directing me to finding the items I was looking to purchase. She went as for as walking me to the right isle to the item.

I enjoy Hobby Lobby. Especially when they have 40% off. Saw this and thought it would be so cute for Christmas. If religion bothers you, dont shop at this store. It is geared toward Christianity. Doesnt bother me, but wanted to make sure you are aware.

Terrible! Waited ten minutes to return something, and they were still working to return the stuff of the person in front of me when I left when they had to get a second person to help with that return! So disappointed!

I love this place, this location is the only one I visit constantly. Todays visit was extremely difficult for me as I recently became handicapped. Today was a very difficult struggle for me but I set out with a goal and did my best to accomplish it alone. If it had not been for the kindness of strangers the customers stopping and asking if I needed help almost every corner I turned. That overwhelmed me in a good way and Im very grateful to those to even made multiple circles EVEN IN THE PARKING LOT to check on me. They saw me struggling to walk, saw me sweating, crying, almost about to pass out and the took the time to check on me.. My cashier was visibly irritated with myself and the lady in front of me because we purchased quite a few items, I assumed maybe her day was worse than mine so I overlooked her mood. Understanding my situation and the outpour kindness that was shown to me today in the midst of the world we live in I choose not to allow one persons attitude to set me back from returning to this store, EVEN THOUGH NOT ONE SINGLE MANAGER, ASSOCIATE, CREW MEMBER, STOCKER OR ANYONE WHO CLEARLY SAW ME STRUGGLING ASKED TO ASSIST ME IN ANY WAY POSSIBLE! An employee from the tile shop offered assistance even.....If you were in Hobby Lobby today and offered to help a handicap African American lady who refused because of her panic attack I just want to say thank you and Jesus keep you, all of the love and kindness I put out I felt it today and I thank you kindly. HL not so much.MY FIVE STARS GOES TO THE CUSTOMERS! GOD BLESS!

End of June They had Halloween,Thanksgiving and Christmas decorations out. Much as I love Hobby Lobby this is a bit much in June.

I needed to get some end-of-season stuff and I found it on clearance at 90% off. There was a question on one of the prices and they were very kind about sorting that out and giving me the lowest price. the manager was tied up with another customer so they had someone else step in and help us so we didnt have to wait very long at all. I love this store and how kind the people are that work there! You can always find someone who is willing to help! Thanks Hobby Lobby made this with my sister for my front door for less than $15 in a few minutes!

The only reason I knew I hadnt died and gone to crafters heaven is because the prices werent all $0.00. 🙂 Sooooo many beautiful supplies for good prices. I was there an 1½ hours or so before close. I think that (and the fact the place is wonderfully huge and stuffed full of fun things) was the reason it was hard to find someone when I was looking for something. The cashier was friendly. Although, it would be nice if they did keep one of their perpetual 40% off regular price coupons at the register as backup for those of us having technical difficulties. Or that the expensive items werent always- ALWAYS on way less than 40% off sale. But I understand that rules are rules and cashiers do not make the rules. Overall a fun shopping experience.

Be careful when handling the decoration, some stuff may be loose.

This store is always clean and well organized. They also have an adequate number of cashiers so that it doesnt take forever to check out.

Hobby lobby has really gone down in service. I had about 6 cuts of fabric. When i got to the register they were not sure what was on the ticket. After confirming the supervisor was not happy aftwr i paod and i waited for another 30 minutes so they could refiind the bolts and then they were going to remeasure. I told them i had other places to be. TheyGave me a hard time about getting my money back while they tried to figure out how to do everything. They only appologied when i was walking out be the door upset. They no longer care about the customer. That was a waste of 1.5 hours

The store is ALWAYS one of my favs! This particular store though was cluttered and the stock on many creative items was small.

My go to for baking accessories on a budget

Normally I dont have anything bad to say about Hobby Lobby, I am in this store at least once a week, however in their weekly ad last week,it stated all Paper Studios half off, and their custom papers were reduced in price as well, so when their paper stacks are on sale I buy several at a time. When I got to the check out I was told Im sorry we cant sell you those (the Paper Studios paper stacks with the label Christmas on them) for the sale price because Christmas isnt on sale yet. Okay I get that, but the add didnt say NOT CHRISTMAS, OR NO CHRISTMAS. IT SAID ALL PAPER STUDIO IS ON SALE. So I said but the ad reads, and I was told but my inventory manager will get mad at me if I try and sell you this at the sale price because its marked Christmas. So I said fine, keep it, now mind you that was another 20$ to already the $60.00 + I was spending, they lost out on it. I felt like they should honor what they put in print. If I could order this from another company I would. Only because I dont treat my customers that way, and if I put out something in print, I stand behind it. Ive also started going elsewhere for what I can, so they loose even more of my $$ now too.I spoke with corporate office and they said that I was correct, they should have sold the paper for the discount price. Kelly was amazing and said she would look into it and get the issue solved. She called me back the same day and let me know the issue was resolved. Go Kelly !!!!

The best hobby and craft superstore anywhere I have seen. Prices are very competitive and thier weekly specials will beat any import decor or craft shop. Selection changes reasonably frequently and they almost always have specialty materials I am looking for. Be sure to look up thier online sales bill with scannable coupons.

We had fun walking around and looking at the different items until we went to check out. There were several employees ALL around, but the chose ONE little old lady to do the check out. I was 8th in line and it never moved! 4 people were behind me. ONE CHECKER! REALLY! I left my basket there and walked out. I let my opinion be heard when I was walking out the door. So disappointing.

Met a Karen in her natural habitat, the store had a lot going on with set up and most of the employees were running around trying to fix things up. No matter what its my favorite craft store!

Store was clean and stocked, but the checkout process needs improvement, 7 registers were open with 4+ people in line each with less than 10 items per person and I ended up walking out after waiting for 10 min without a single line moving, for a store this size it is unacceptable to have these staffing/training issues.

We shop the 71st store primarily and we always have a great experience while we are there. Staffed well and everyone is very helpful.

I wish they had more stuff for rock tumbling. They have a kit in the kids section with some refill kits for it but thats it. You would think they would have some grit here but they do not.

Always a favorite. I am noticing that both Hobby Lobby and its competitors have deminishing variety of fabric options. Not sure why but it was hard to find what I needed and I really only had one options. This is making prolices go up as well. I paid about $3/yd more than I would have expected.

I love Hobby lobby! They have all of these different crafts stuff! I was able to get my kid a big coloring book and crayons for under 3$ plus I was able to get a lot of floss for my embroidery and cross stitch stuff for .79$ per bunch. There were a lot of painting supplies and stuff to do shirt decorations. They have a lot of mirrors that have pretty frames. And so so much more!
