A delightful spot right off of Route 66! The cookies are giant and delicious! The ice cream is creamy, tasty, and rich, with plenty of mix ins! The sandwiches are HUGE, with two full size cookies and a gigantic scoop of ice cream, all for less than $2! The decorations are very cute, combining a 1950s diner style with cute, hand drawn looks! Overall, so much bang for your buck!! Incredible!

Definitely a 5 ⭐ establishment!Absolutely perfect and exactly what Midtown needed. The owners are lovely and perfect hostesses! My mom reserved their fun meeting room for my sister in laws baby shower. The room is the perfect size for any small to medium size gathering. It couldnt have been more perfect! The cookies and ice cream were so yummy and the cookie and brownie gift boxes/shower gifts were a big hit and so good! (From what I heard. My boyfriend confiscated and devoured mine almost before I got to look inside.) Love the murals, decoration, creativity and care that was obviously poured into Sweets and Cream by its wonderful owners. Highly recommended!

I was told that this was a ‘quiet time’ and that the line can extend down the street.Select a cookie or brownie (or two), and an ice cream flavor and they will build you a decedent ice cream sandwich. For example, I had a snickerdoodle and heath cookie, and cookie dough ice cream.Service was fast and friendly. A handful of tables, though we opted to go out.I treated my two friends and the tab was under $6. I could definitely see going back.

Walked in and the workers were in the back eating. One of them came out, put gloves on, and just stared at us. Between not being greeted when we came in or left, and feeling like we were an inconvenience to their day, we won’t be back. Plenty of other places to go for desert.

This family owned business always have the best cookies, ice cream, and many amazing flavors. I used to be gluten-free and they always had options for me. I love coming here, I just wish it were open more! They also donate their tips to schools and organizations!

One of the best-kept secrets in Tulsa! Only open Fridays and Saturdays 3:30-9, which reflects that these people do it for the love, not the money - they could easily stay open all night and rake in a ton. Amazing home made delicious cookies in a great variety, paired with top quality ice cream in a great variety of flavors - and so cheap - again... they could be making a lot more money if they wanted to, but they do it for the love. One of my absolute favorite finds in Tulsa so far!

My company ordered about 80 dozen cookies for client holiday gifts this year. Kimberly was amazing to work with and made sure our order was perfect. The cookies were delivered on time and beautifully packaged. We had multiple clients tell us that these were the best cookies they had ever eaten!

This place was amazing! You are hit in the face with all the delicious smells as soon as you walk in the door. After several months of trying to get one and always being in the area after they close and being closed for the winter season I finally got one and was not disappointed. You can get a classic ice cream sandwich or make your own.

This place is by far the best ice cream shop in Tulsa, just like everything I have read about it! Fun atmosphere and lovely owners. Got a fudge brownie with confetti ice cream sandwich and it was nothing short of AMAZING. Theres nowhere else around where you can get this kind of quality and large portion for the price. Although their ice cream is pretty good, I’ve had this issues multiple times. Every time I go in there I feel like they are trying to rush us out. Along with they will ask everyone in the line “is it for here or togo” without asking us they proceed to put ours in a to go box. I’m not sure if it’s because we are black, but it makes me not want to support the small business.Edit: I’m not sure you are understanding what I’m saying.. it’s fine if everyone’s was put in a togo box, but the fact is they asked every other person in the line but us. I know people may not be comfortable eating in the dining room, but the employees shouldn’t just assume for us. It makes us feel not welcome.

Omg never in my life have i had such amazingly huge delious sweets for the price u pay.. huge huge ice cream sandwhich type.. and the employees were fun, very friendly.. im talkin a cookie of the size of ur hand on top, then a good portion of ur choice of ice cream and then either another cookie or a delious brownie for bottom piece i think for 2 adults n lil man it was maybe $10.. the cookies nice n soft but still had a crunch n the brownie top layer again had nice crisy crunch on top but was so fudgy inside. its well worth going in rather than going to braums. Sorry braums...

Tried the Custard pie. The flavor was really good. Had something similar in Asia and Portugal. The crust felt a bit underdone as the bottom crust looked very white. The edge of the pie was good as the crust was more cooked.Otherwise the pie was very good. Would try again.

Such a cute dessert shop! The staff and owner are all lovely people who really add to the already sweet experience. They are constantly adding new cookies for the base if your ice cream, and the ice cream and toppings complement all of the pastries really well! With the new expanded seating/party room, this place is an inexpensive and fun place for a date or to end a dinner!

We went in to try Sweets and Cream, a small business, but when we entered the establishment the workers did not have their masks on and when asked if we had masks we responded no and they said you have to have masks. Youd think in the struggling times we are in people would be more appreciative of business and not turn folks away. Especially when they arent abiding by the mask bs themselves!! Very disappointed ☹️

LOVE this place! I lived in Tulsa for two years but found this gem during my last few months and went at least once a week. Down to earth owners who are super friendly and always willing to strike up a conversation (when the line isnt out the door). The brownies are literally to die for, they taste like fudge and the cookies are delicious too! You cannot beat the prices either! Highly recommend to anyone living or visiting the Tulsa area!

Oh man. This place is amazing. You can choose brownies, cookies, and ice cream in pretty much any combination you like. They have gluten free offerings and at least a dozen flavors of cookie and brownie. You can put a scoop of one of their dozen flavors of ice cream in a sandwich or sundae. Their prices are super great too. Definitely recommending this place.

This is a cool little place. They make ice cream sundaes, and ice cream sandwiches using homemade cookies and Ive cream. You get to pick from an assortment of different cookies and then choose the kind of ice cream you want between those two cookies. Not only is it a neat treat, I found the prices to be very reasonable. A great place to take the kids for something better than a snow cone at about the same price.
