Ordered a graduation cookie cake for my sons graduation, used one of the graduation designs on their site, and when I went to pick it up, it said class of 202, then the diploma that was supposed to be under it was beside the 202 awkwardly turned and it was the worst cookie cake I have ever ordered, emailed customer service & they didnt seem to care whatsoever that I paid $60 for a cookie cake & gave me something I was embarrassed to serve, just said thanks for the feedback, this is feedback i was making a formal complaint, that Im sure got ignored, I spent a lot of money here over the years but never again will I shop or support this business, theres too many other business out there that will give me what I ordered and be better than this company. I implore you not to ruin your day by ordering from here.

I came later in the day so maybe they just don’t make fresh cookies throughout the day, but it was $10 for one iced and one double doozie cookie- I remember the prices being high, but that’s pretty high! They were unfortunately not very good. I had hoped to order a cookie cake but after seeing some of the reviews I didn’t want to chance that kind of money. I’m glad I didn’t! I would give the stand another try since I grew up loving GAC, but maybe just avoid them in the afternoon.

We ordered a cookie cake today, and it was perfect! Sometimes the actual cookie cakes dont look as good as whats online, but this one was perfect! I was so impressed. Whoever made it also left a sweet birthday message in the box. We order lots of cookie cakes with Great American Cookie Co, and this was definitely our best overall experience. The worker at the counter was so nice too.

$36 for a cookie cake that is less than 1/8 thick? Yes it tastes good, but I remember back in the day getting an actual cookie cake that was more than twice as thick as what we recieved today. I know times are tough, but it was very disappointing to see how much they have reduced their product size and increased the cost. Sorry, but next time, Ill make one myself.

What’s happened to GAC? I’ve been a customer for 10+ years and I am super disappointed in what it’s become. The cookie cakes and slices are thinner than I have ever seen yet the price is still very high! You get more than half of the cookie taken away from you yet the price is still the same. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I will never order a cake from GAC again. To be paper thin is embarrassing for your company and outrageous for nearing $40!!

Best cookies ever! My only complaint is that they open at 10 I arrived at 10:30 and there were hardly any cookies available. At least not the ones that you’d go there to get. If it does take a little time to get things together then maybe open a little later? That way we don’t drive to the only Great American Cookies place in Tulsa from midtown just to no get any. The staff is usually nice and helpful. BEST COOKIES EVER

They have the worst pricing structure. Extremely rushed explanation of “deals”. No prices on any products. Can’t tell you how much it will be until you check out. Special cookies are $2-3 more but no base price. Tasty product but expensive and poor customer service. 30-70 recommendations mainly based on product but poor pricing.

I ordered a cake the other day and It was so fresh! They were super helpful with designing the cake i had envisioned for my son!

I like their cookie cakes but every time I try to order one the people behind the counter tell me it has to be ordered at least a day in advanced. Then I go upstairs to the Nestle Toll House store and theyll do it in 30 minutes. Love Nestles!!!

Called in to have a huge cookie cake made for my son’s ninth birthday with mind craft on it! Went to pick it up for them to tell me they never got my order and they didn’t have my cookie ready for his party! Didn’t get one apology what so ever. Acted like it was my fault and in return told me they could give me the smallest cookie they had the would feed up to eight kids when I order a cookie that would feed up to forty kids at a discounted price! Not one person there could of cared that they messed up they were all looking dumb and had no care in the world! I buy a lot of cookie cakes because my kids don’t eat cake but they will never get my business again! That is not how you run a business and the man that was on duty when I called it in should be in trouble but instead they act like its your fault!
