We stopped at the Flying J on the northeast end of Tusla this week to empty our holding tanks as we have many times before. This is one of the easiest Flying Js to pull in and get to the dumping station. We paid the fee, emptied the tanks and pulled out.Unfortunately, we could not have stayed long if we wanted to. The RV Only parking spots out front have become a bobtail truck lot as have many other Flying Js. It was full of trucks Monday morning with not one place to park.As I have said before, this is obviously a corporate decision and it is their property to do what they want. I understand that completely. They should probably remove the No Trucks Allowed signs though.😁😎

I was there this morning a little after 5:30a. I was waiting on the cashier ( Pauletta) to finish at the cash register and come serve me up some breakfast. When she walked over she automatically started to reach for a container to put my food in. I stopped her and asked, “ do you have gloves you can put on?” She stood there starring at me and then she said, “ no why?” I then proceeded to say, “ because weren’t you just on the other side handling money and the cash register.” Pauletta gave me the nastiest longest glare and shook her head like “ whatever”. It wasn’t until then that she turned around and angrily put a squirt of hand sanitizer on and quickly served my food in the container. I asked her why she was mad because I asked her to put gloves on and she didn’t say anything. It makes since I told her. We get to the register to pay for my meal. I give her my money to pay and she drops my change on the counter and walks away. I then ask (Pauletta) who her supervisor is because she didn’t handle the situation professionally and was being very rude. She then proceeds to tell me, “ I am the manager, have a good day!”I asked again who was “HER” manager and she again told me, have a good day. Unless you are in corporate, everybody has a manager. And even then you have regulations. I want to speak with her manager and I won’t stop until I do! They should NOT BE HANDLING FOOD and running the cash register at the same time, and if they do they should use better sanitary measures. ESPECIALLY WITH COVID BEING OUT HERE!This is not the first time I have came there and this happened. But at least when I politely asked for them to wash their hands or wear gloves they politely do so. This place needs to use better sanitary measures and train their employees on how to treat their customers unless they want the health department in their store! Bad business and bad employees ‼️‼️

Worst establishment I’ve ever been in. Went in for a slice of pizza an was rudely told I needed to stand in line by the manager. Then when I went to pay I had told the cashier about the manager being rude. An was cursed out. The cashier even said. “Fuck You”. She proceeded to do all of this In front of my 3 year old daughter. Never again will I go back to this gas station for I definitely felt threatened when I went. If you plan on stopping here I strongly suggest to wait till you find another gas station.

Worst experience ever. I did a parking reservation, was 20$+ taxes. I knew i will be late. Arrived at the location and lot was full. Manager Brandon gave me a number where i have to call to get my refund. In this case what is the reason of parking reservation?Please hire peoples who really want to work not just clowns who holding the place.

I got there at 4 this morning and shower. I left my wallet and my phone in the shower. I was upset and figure someone stole my wallet and my phone. I met the most polite guy and he put up my phone and wallet until I return to the store. The most cleanest showers I experience. Perfect services. I will definitely come back for sure...

Listen cant expect much from these truck stops. But at least make sure you train your porter to clean the shower rooms better. Tolet was filthy, floor wasnt even swept. Just nasty

On the morning of 06-29-21, I reserved a spot at this location, knowing I’d be there well after 8 pm and would not find a spot. Upon my arrival I saw that all of the reserved spots were taken, so I called them and told them I reserved a spot, but all the spots were taken. The manager, Brandon, tells me to call guest services and have them issue me a refund. What is the point of reserving a spot if it’s not actually reserved?Also, a heads up to other drivers, you can park in the reserved spots without paying, because they probably won’t check whether you have or not. Clearly, that was the issue here, they just couldn’t be bothered, so call and get a refund. The south will definitely not rise again with that sort of work ethic, thankfully.

Excellent stop for RVs. Three separate lanes specifically for RVs with regular gas and ultra low sulfur diesel. Left lane has a dumping connection (paid) and fresh water connection. There are buckets with long window sponges/squeegees for cleaning your window. Inside they sell several brands of DEF fluid. This is a must stop if traveling through Oklahoma City.

Dirtiest flying j Ive ever been to. They let trucks park any and everywhere. Do not reserve a spot I did and they were all taken when I got there and told me too bad call customer services. Is this what we should expect from fj! What a poor excuse for a truck stop. The management at this location in Tulsa should be fired! There is a Quick trip down the road I suggest go THERE!

I reserved a parking spot here because I knew I would be here LATE. Upon arrival, all reserved spots were full (which is unfortunately normal for this location), so I contacted the fuel desk, only to be told that I would have to call guest services to get a refund because of their flat out REFUSAL to kick the dead-beat thieves out of prime parking. It costs $20.00 to reserve a spot here, which is the highest cost for the P/FJ system, so one should THINK that there would be an effort to get to work on accommodating the paying driver, but there will be no such effort. P/FJ needs to evaluate this location and figure out a way to get the people here to do their jobs. On another note, the showers are COLD here, NO WARM WATER. I highly recommend that you DO NOT come here to this location.

Most of the staff for decent and friendly. Some just a little too nosy. The manager of the Dennys is absolutely rude and unprofessional. The bathrooms could be better kept clean. Tulsas local bus transportation system does have a bus that stops just one block from this truck stop. A few miles down the road there are a few decent hotels. Most way overpriced for the area.

Im a professional driver and my company does all our on road fueling at this company. As a result I earn a lot of rewards points. I had saved up over $350 worth of points when someone at this store, over a period of almost everyday for about a month, started stealing my points to purchase junk food (I know this because I can see all the receipts and the Mastercard you used at one point). I dont know for a fact yet but Im assuming it was an employee because they would be the only ones that would have access to my account and it was only happening at this store. I called customer service when it first started happening and they told me they were going to investigate it and they reimbursed the amount that was stolen at the time. The stealing continued until a total $483.70 was stolen including what was previously reimbursed. Meanwhile I never heard back from customer service about there investigation so I waited for awhile to see if anymore was going to be stolen or if I would hear back from customer service. Around 2-3 weeks after the stealing stopped I called customer service back. They told me it was being investigated again and that they were going to refund my points and that I was going to get a call from the supervisor. I waited about another two weeks and my points were not refunded and did not get a call from the supervisor so I called back again. I was told to change my email password, change my account password and to get a new rewards card and call them back and they would transfer the points back to my card. I did all that but when I called back I spoke to someone else. They told me because I had not reported it everytime that something was stolen they could not refund my points longer than 30 days even though they could see all the receipts just like I can. I then called the manager at this store who told me if I wanted to see the video footage I would need a warrant or a police request so I filed a police report. Im assuming the Tulsa police arent going to investigate stolen rewards points but you never know.

Where do I start…. Disgusting bathrooms, windshield solvent to clean my trucks windows was straight water and the scrubbers were busted, parking lot is a complete disaster, & rude employees. Probably one of the worst flying I’d I’ve ever been too… was going to purchase some drinks and snacks but I didn’t because this facility did not deserve any of my money what do ever. #SwitchingToLoves

The bathroom is a little bit small for such a busy place. The workers were very friendly and nice here. There is a Dennys attached to this Flying J.... They also have a hot food section in the truck stop.

They need to clean the parking lot up. And get all the people who sleep out there to leave. I met my boyfriend for a quick shower and a meal. And I was discussed with all the people who live in the parking lot. The store is junky. There gas prices are awesome. And there showers are nice and clean.

Parking line up have to improve they need private security to keep that paring in order.

Said theres nothing she can do about telling the truckers not fueling blocking the lane causing a traffic jam. Just unbelievable people inside cant do their job and people outside after fueling dont move up. If they dont move up, knock on their window or blow the horn. As a trucker I will not be stopping here anymore or my fleet of 30 trucks. Way to go flying j. I will be reporting this location to regional manager. If they need to fire a couple people so be it. Also owner who replied to the reviews leave your number and name, dont just reply and do nothing about the reviews.

Over all it’s ok location to park it’s over all a little unorganized when it comes to traffic at this location there’s seem to be not a discernible flow of ways of traffic to park or to get out to the main road. And traffic getting out is a bit hard for semi. Also the parking lot has a lot of potholes and trash on the fence line.

Ive reserved parking earlier figured I will have a spot when I get there. Me and my husband arrive there around 4am. We talk to Willie and he explains that he couldnt go outside to move trucks. CLEANEST SHOWER I HAVE SEEN IN MONTHS! There wasnt even a spec of dust in the fan! ATTENTION WEARY TRAVELERS!! Forget your misconceptions of truck stops and dont settle for a rest area. (Not in a semi? You are allowed to park overnight). If your a local, you already know about how great and reasonably priced the food is. My pot roast was tender, fresh, & came out of a pot! Not sitting under some heat lamp for an undetermined amount of time. If you are a pizza lover, you struck gold! Get a LARGE SPECIALTY (YES LARGE) for under $13 bucks! The Supreme, buffalo chicken, chicken bacon ranch, meatball, and both breakfast pizzas are my favs!

Do NOT pay for reserve parking. They will not make anyone move AND you get to save $20. They don’t want to do their jobs? Cool, then let Pilot lose the hundreds of dollars per week they make off parking. Hopefully the entire crew will just get fired eventually. Except the shower guys, they actually do their jobs.

No Hot Water for showers..... Super slow fuel pumps was there an hour waiting all the pumps are so slow Maybe the filters are not being changed. Trucks were lined out to the road. Managers said its not their fault but maintenance issues

Willie is a great team member and if hes not in charge he should be. Best experience Ive ever had with a flying j employee and Ive been driving for 6+years. He makes things move smoothly and has a good attitude.

Paid for reserve parking when we arrived the lot was full and the reserve spot where full we went inside and told the girl at the fuel desk she just print my ticket and told me to call customer service and get my money back it took 30 mins to have someone answer the phone call so what is the point of having reserve parking if you dont make sure the spot are available when we arrive. save your money and your time dont reserve parking at this location.

I have been coming here for over a year now always real early morning around 4, 5 am always a friendly face behind the counter his name is (will ) i think. He always friendly and welcoming no matter what . I think he is only a cashier i think, he should be a manager my opinion he is better than the manager there. The only complaint is the they dont have food for us night drives .

I have been told that the people working there are told not to go out after dark to move people out of Prime Parking who have not paid because it is too dangerous. Sure don’t do reserve parking. They will take your money but will allow others to park in your spot and not make them move. You have your receipt but with them it does no good.

I bought 200 gallons of diesel and zip,zelch,nada points added to my card or a shower credit. I am leased to a company that gets 10 points per gallon. Yep that would of been $20 added to my card. The clerk said the system was updating and they would be added later...never happened. I have heard other drivers complain about the same thing. Pilot seems to have a computer glitch or scamming drivers again

Asked a very simple question about tobacco products, lady at counter proceeded to have an attitude and say what you see is what we have. I as the customer was unfamiliar with the giant wall of products and where items are placed. I just walked away I will. Not a customer friendly place probably last time I return.

Waitress was Jessica. She is on top of her game. Fast, professional, pleasant... food was good. Pancakes almost as soft and fluffy as mine hahaha. Every one was friendlySteak cooked perfect. Good food, great service. Glad we stopped here. I would tell you different if it was.

I used their parking lot to sleep a little bit in my pickup. I felt safe there because its lit up and other travelers were there parking too. I did go inside to use the restroom,it looked clean and properly stocked with towels,soap,hot water,and trash can. Im sure i will use this station again.

Not only to me but a customer in front of me as well as one of the employees not long after I walked in. After that cashier Jessica was being so nice and sweet I should have went to her counter for a little better service instead of the one I went to. Tried to purchase water in this place the lady clerk trying to over charge me three times. Shes adding stuff I didnt have and finally got the price right after telling her I know how much it is because Ive been buying it for years. Watch out for the petty over charge. Always 2-3 deep at the fuel Island of 30 min breakers.. Ill pay without the Pilot discount at QT from now on.. Taking an HR to fuel is not profitable for my business.. Good place for the steering wheel holders to hang and thats it.

I was jokingly giving the cashier Carolina a hard time, she kept a wonderful smile on her face and remained courteous and professional. She finally realized I was just goofing off when I yelled over to her manager that he should give her a raise, and her own parking space. Hopefully she is recognized by management that shes an outstanding employee.

Stopped and got fuel and a bite to eat at the Dennys Restaurant that is part of this complex. Everything was clean and neat including the rest room. It was definitely above average for a truck stop.

This sounds kind of awkward to me but, the Atlantic wild caught salmon was the best piece of salmon with sides that I have ever eaten. We live locally and our neighbors brought us to dinner and we were very much surprised with the restaurant. Austin our server did a fine job and the employees were friendly. Please teach the cashiers to count change back correctly not just a wad of money and receipt in my hand is my only negative about our visit. So that is picking. Great job Dennys!

I came at 1am and circled the parking lot for 1 hour, couldnt find my spot.Cashier said he wouldnt get outside to see who paid and who didnt and lied to me, saying Id get a refund if I call customer service.WHAT IS THE POINT in getting reserved parking if no one enforces it!? Staff seem unwelcoming to non-members. Honestly I only go here for the occasionally better gas prices. Its also the only truck stop nearby so a big homeless community has sprung up there, which Im sure contributes to the unfriendly staff attitudes towards shoppers who are not truck drivers. They have a selection of food made at the front counter. Its very unappealing however with flies constantly all over the food. The burgers just sit out in the open, pre-made. Theres no hood vents either. The pizza is shrink-wrapped and is topped with a huge mess of garlic like theyre trying to make sure no vampires come in there. It all just looks like theyre trying to give people worms, cause that food WILL make you sick, please dont eat it. The ONLY upside to this place is the attached Dennys which features a lower lighting, cozy environment, super friendly staff who are welcoming and deliciously prepared, made-when-ordered food. My only Dennys gripe are the prices seem a little extreme for some of the items (check that Super Bird price for a good example). Id recommend the Dennys but I wouldnt bother with the Flying J itself. My Father is a truck driver and he always avoids Flying Js. Now I know why.

Very polite staff with smiling faces all around. They seem to have fun and enjoy there job and other coworkers. Ive never not been greatest when I visit and always get asked if I need assistance. I must say that the kitchen staff are very fast and friendly .. I JUST LOVE THIS PLACE AND I MUST SAY ITS VERY CLEAN COMPARED TO MOST PIOLETS IVE BEEN TO. THANKS TEAM

This wasnt very nice truck stops although the showers could have been a little bit more clean but besides that I had a good experience filled up my truck got some good parking and also was sweet as good the coffee youre also is not too bad although it is not the best McDonalds. Have better coffee if you are looking for good stuff please keep in mind. If you want to park here you need to come around 5 in the afternoon but the washrooms are usually not busy and you can get a shower within the first 10 minutes so dont panic just keep calm and you will be fine

Love Pilot and Flying J stores. Theyre almost always clean inside and out. Their point system is way better than Petro/TA. Points work straight from the point card like a credit card. Can use your points at the fast food restaurant located in the store 99% of the time. The app. They have also has great weekly offers for drivers so download and check it out.

We see a lot of showers at different truck stops throughout our country and by far this has been the cleanest one. No cobwebs, dust or dirt/trash in the corners or at the ceiling. Great job Bruce!You can really tell when someone takes pride in their work. It shows.

Nice place, just what you would expect from a truck stop in this kind of location. I remember the staff was nice and friendly. I would come back again. It was a pretty clean place including the rest room.

I love the cooks. Ive never have a bad experience eating here. The Staff are great. Very calm when Im there.

Big truck parking and fuel. Clean bathrooms. Almost always full on Sunday. Newly remodeled store but busy hard to find kiosk for fuel tickets. Long lines at registers. Clerks doing the best they can.

I went to lunch, booked a shower, waited 40 minutes because I was already the next one (((then I went to see if something was wrong, when I saw 6 rooms free, I was the type of what was happening here, it was just an employee standing in his office listening to music and didnt care about everyone who was in line (((((

Dear management, make sure late coming drivers don’t park like this and block the parking spots! In addition, when people reserve the spots and pay for that, they expect to get in/out there without waking that “I don’t give a damn” drivers up and asking them to move their improperly parked rigs. This is your job, after all! PLEASE, HANDLE THIS! Thank you!

Best service Ive seen in a long time. Food at Dennys was like a home cooked meal. They really improved this location. Now just get a bigger parking lot.

On 08/09/2020 called to let them know that there was a truck parked and blocking the only exit in the lot for big rigs and the truck drivers where going around in circles trying to figure out where the exit is and it was creating a mess . so instead of thanking me the woman who answered the phone was trying to be a nasty smart A$$, CUSTOMERS shouldnt be telling you how to do your job you should know whats going on in your lot . I will never come to this nasty place again.
