Only 3 squeegees available out of 10 wash bins. No paper towels available at any of the wash bins. All 10 trash cans at the pumps are full. Didnt even go inside. I normally dont go to kum & go and this one did not impress me. So itll be a while before I go to another one.

Waited at pump 2 which is E-85 (only two e-85 pumps were working) behind another individual pumping gas, took about 10 mins for him to fill his tank. As I approach the pump, my card is declined twice so I inside to ask why the system isn’t accepting my debit card and the employee said the system just crashed about 15 mins ago and should fix itself within an hour. So I asked why not put a sign on the pump saying “cash only”…. He said, “because we’d have to put it on all the pumps” I said exactly. You would have saved me 15 mins if I had of known you only accepted cash then I wouldn’t have waited but instead of placing signs that would only take a few minutes to make, and tap to the whole 10-12 pumps you have, you are going to continue to have people trying to insert their card, then walk inside and waste their time and yours just to let them know “the system crash” and will be for about the next hour…. What sense does that make?Customer satisfaction is ZERO

My vehicle runs best on E-85 flex fuel. It was designed this way. Kum&Go is the only chain that carries this fuel. Quick and easy to fill up.

The store has 12 fuel pump so little waiting. A good selection for a small store and the 2 cashiers were very friendly. The store was clean and the restrooms were clean also.

Looking at the reviews from 3 yrs ago up to today October 1 2018. Nothing has changed for the better at this store on E Apache and N Harvard. No one is Reading the reviews and making changes.The new employees are friendly.I like going there its close to home. I enjoy a good coffee once or twice a month. When its NOT out of the caffeine cappuccino. Which is Often.Today went in for my coffee. the coffee station looks run down dirty 3 signs up reading item out and then was greeted by a roach and a fly.This store lost my business. Store going to the roaches and flies.Its not worth going for the gas or going in. This could be a good convenience store.It just needs HELP!

Quick service and great customer service.

You know this place really sucks whenever you show up at 12:31 oclock in they still have breakfast pizza out in almost want to refuse to make a pizza, As well as the girls behind the check out counter wanna stand and talk to each other instead of helping out customers as the lines build and I sure as heck dont appreciate coming in with my son and theyre blatantly talking about their sex lives. Whenever this come and go is literally the only place to get something to eat for miles I just keep driving.

I was just in here and the girl working the counter was very unfriendly and clipping her finger nails I had a bunch of stuff in my hands as did my husband food including and she didnt care that she had her finger nails flying everywhere will not be going back to this location other than Amanda everything else was good.

Workers here. I called ahead to order breakfast pizza for my job and no one answering the phone. Kept getting a busy signal! Not good for business. Ive tried to order in the afternoon a few times. Im airways told no ones in the kitchen.

Dont expect to come here and get any of their clearly advertised breakfast combos. Its almost 9:00 am and they didnt have a single breakfast item made. When asked the girl very rudely told my husband dude, I need a minute or two she then made just sausage crosaints. Half the coffees were out of order. Store was dirty. Cashier did not greet us or even tell us to have a good day when we left....who trains these people??

This store is near my home(apache& Harvard) and I want to know why their sign is advertising unleaded gas at $1 more per gallon. Sign shows3.69 rather than2.69. Whats up with that? Definitely not getting my business.

Slowest pumps on the planet. Almost 10mins to fill out. If you have enough gas to make it to the next stop keep on driving...

I have pictures of how disgusting there bathrooms stay and they smell like pee. Every stall always inusable. 1 toilet I know doesnt even flush. Skip the bathroom. Also they didnt let me use my coupon off my gas

Mens restroom had no soap and was out of paper towels and when I came out to get a drink there is absolutely no cups to get a fountain drink how does a convenience store not have cups for drinks very bad place I will never come to this Kum n Go again.

I moved close to this store about 5 years ago. And I have beena regular there since. And I have almost always enjoyed my experience there. The staff are friendly and the kitchen always makes me good pizza. lol. And since they came out with the rewards card. I have recieved a LOT of free/discounted items. The only thing keeping me rfom making it a 5 star review is the fact that their POV system dont seem to keep things in stock very well. Seems like a lot of times I go in there to get something they are out of it. But otherwise I have no other complaints. They have always treated me well.

I have never reviewed a gas station before but this place compelled me to write a review. Their bathrooms are disgusting. There was no toilet paper in the men’s bathroom and there hadn’t been for a long time because there was paper towels with feces on it on the floor. This place needs to be shut down! I wish I could give negative stars.

Filthy store, rude employees low on product high on prices. I tried 2 different times a couple of weeks apart to see if it was just a bad day...nope theyre all bad days looks like. Go at own risk.

Prices are consistently higher then Quick Trip. Low lifes, vagrants, meth heads and shifty people are a constant at this store. If you value your property or your life do not go to this kum and go.

This one sucks. I went there before my class to get a little snack and something to drink. My bottle was already opened, crackers smashed, and I was missing a square in my Snickers. That one was most likely the company its self. The employees were rude and didnt even answer a question I had, thy were to busy talking to each other. I will not be going back to this one.

As with the rest of their franchise, this store is mediocre at best and abysmal at worse. Cups not stocked, shelves are never fronted, no cutlery, no coffee, espresso machine is broken, the list goes on and on.

It is not the best place to go to their prices are high, a small 22oz cup of cold coffee is over $2.00, you can go to quicktrip and get a big Q cup of frozen Iced coffee for $1.40, so I think Ill keep going to quicktrip they are cheaper, oh kum & go lies

Good cappacino. Though the donuts had maggots flying around them, told the counter girl, she looked at me like i just killed her dog. Wish there was a quicktrip instead.

I go here at least 5 times a week. And the one day i had to walk, wanting my kum and go coffee so badly, 3 coffees were empty, 1 whip cream was either open,i had to hold the door shut to use it,1 whip cream was empty, out of the stoks espresso shots,1 cappuccino was empty and 1 is always messed up. I was not to happy today.
