Had my windows tinted just days after the purchase of my new 2013 BMW M3. The materials used were top notch and they took very good care of my car. No water marks on the interior, no dirty hand prints on the seats. Salesmen Ryan and Gary were very knowledgeable and helpful. I was a bit worried about getting the windshield tinted but they assured me that there would be no issues. And man did they stay true to their word. I will definitely refer Car Trends to my friends and family. They have the best customer service in town, a beautiful show room, and they will leave you very satisfied.

I chose Car Trends because of the reviews, and also because of their location. They were not only extremely helpful in making my audio upgrade decisions, but they did an amazing job without ripping me off like some other shops wanted to ($650+ for a custom box is just too much). They also didnt mind using my 1,000w RF amp that I already had available for the install. Lastly they were able to run everything off of my stock head unit, so I didnt even need a bass knob or anything.I went into it thinking to upgrade the 8 stock subwoofer in my Mercedes Benz E350 to a 10 with a dedicated 500w amp. Instead they built me a custom hidden box with 3 10 JL Audio TW3-D4 subs (these are the thin ones), and it barely took any space in my trunk at all, because they tucked them up right behind the back seats, with a custom black screen in the small opening to protect them from the cabin side, while still providing some visibility. And they matched the black carpeting in the trunk perfectly, so the entire setup is completely hidden when you open the trunk. The best sounding subs Ive ever had, by far.I liked how they were open and happy to show me the setup during the install, and invited me back to the warehouse to see what the box looked like before they hid it behind the carpeting.I will definitely use these guys again.
They couldnt care less about meeting the customers needs.
