I visited back in December of 2020. Overpriced place for the same candy which you can get anywhere else, but what Im upset about is that they had charged me for a July 15 2021 purchase recently. I havent stepped foot in that business since December 2020. These delayed charges sound pretty sketchy, fraudulent and raises a bright red flag if there ever was one. I had to cancel all of my cards and replace them to be on the safe side. With people financially affected by the pandemic every dime is stretched nowadays, so I cant imagine folks out there being charged and going into the hole for a purchase made months ago. It probably would have been nice to get a heads up somehow via email or social media post. Nope, they just gave all of their customers a dont like it, deal with it attitude which probably reflects their leadership and chain of command. If you want candy, I suggest you save a buck and get it elsewhere and avoid this place. Dollar General has awesome candy!π₯°If you decide to shop here and its time to pay, tell them that youll delay payment for 7 months and then send then a link explaining why, since they want to delay charges and whatnot. I also cant believe I was dumb enough in the first place to spend $59 on gummy bears here.π€¦πΎββοΈ
I used to love coming here. Unfortunately I was charged 3 times to my bank account on July 16th for transactions that were from months before. I disputed it with my bank and I was denied. I do not have all that money just lying around. They have put many people like me in a bind and should be ashamed of themselves. I have contacted my bank once again to get my case open and I have contacted this establishment through email. Some people I know have gotten their money back and others have not. This is absolutely ridiculous because legally you only have 30 days to change my bank account. Not months or years until Iβm hit in the face and left with no money. I will not stop until I get my money back. This is the establishments issue and they need to lay in it and do the right thing. After whatβs happened, I will never be returning and I will be warning others. -600/ 10- worst experience ever.
My boyfriend and I went to this business over 6 MONTHS AGO and now they want to post a charge for a purchase we made then? Why not when we made the actual purchase? I havenβt been able to get in contact with this business. No one answers the phone and their voicemail box is full of what I can only assume are the same issues we are having today. This kind of practice isnβt right and needs to be addressed.

I got a second charge on my debit card from over 6 months ago and so did my daughter. Arvest said they have had multiple phone calls about duplicate charges. You would think a reputable business would contact you about this issue. No! They donβt care. They donβt want to pay back all the money they stole.
Pricey yet delicious....now I got double charged for two old transactions. My son got charged again. My friend got charged again. Never again will I go to this store. Update: Its been almost a month but they did make things right. I got a full refund. I might go back to this business but Ill be using cash next time. I updated my rating appropriately.
I am livid that my credit card was charged last Friday for a purchase I made months ago. I tried to call the store multiple times with no answer before I CANCELLED MY CREDIT CARD because I had no idea what was going on. Because of this, I was unable to return $60 worth of merchandise from a different retail store because they couldnβt put it back on my credit card that I had to cancel. And now I have to spend a ridiculous amount of time changing credit card numbers on my auto drafts. I understand things happen but I canβt believe that I didnβt receive any communication at all regarding this. Donβt you think an email about the issue would have been appropriate? I feel like there should be some kind of restitution for this.
I last made a purchase March of 2020 and my charge was processed and paid in full. Loved the candy and the experience! However, I woke up to 4 charges for the same amount this morning. Never again.
Three of my family members woke up this morning, each with multiple unauthorized charges from Lolli and Pops. Weve previously patronized this store but have not visited it in months. One can no longer afford lunch, and another has overdrafted his account. Weve had to cancel multiple debit cards because of this and now need to get new ones. As any rational human can tell, this is unacceptable, particularly from a company whose primary purpose is to deal in a luxury like candy. I will be talking with the Better Business Bureau about this.
While I enjoy coming to pick out fun candies from time to time, I do not appreciate it taking months to withdraw funds from previous purchases. This is ridiculous. Unfortunately, due to this, Ill no longer be patronizing your establishments.
The candy and staff are awesome, but a purchase I had made a few months ago just now posted to my account and I cant afford it. I called my bank and they said that someone else got charged this morning for a purchase in January. This needs to be addressed.
I did not appreciate the lack of customer service from the young lady Prudence. When entering the store I asked if she had any fun offers or free specials for birthday girls. My daughter has been through the mall with other stores offering different kinds of things for her birthday. So I thought why not ask? When asking she immediately said no, when I investigated further she said well you have to be part of our loyalty program. So I asked how do I do that and she gave me a code to scan which I did. It asked for personal information of course with address and then at the very end it asked if you were 13 years old or older? So of course I put my birthday in so that I could pass the 13 year old qualifications. After prudence found my account she said I was in eligible due to my birthdate. I find that just beyond hysterical because what five year old has an email address that can qualify for the free treats? She said I shouldβve put my daughters birthdate on there so that she could qualify. But then I reminded her at the end of the application it asked if you were 13 years old or older. The way that she acted very nonchalantly, lack of understanding and just overall the lack of customer service and knowledge for her job position really frustrated me. Well I thought she was investigating the matter a little further she was just standing there. So I asked her oh did you figure it out and she said oh no you just put in the wrong birthday and I said well how am I supposed to put a childβs birthday in on the account when at the very end it asked for it if you were 13 years old or older? She shrugged her shoulders as if she didnβt care. I just feel like she couldβve gone a little over and beyond In her understanding and customer service.
Worst store Iβve ever come to Iβm a candy enthusiast and to have my card charged over 5 months later even tho It said it went through and on my act it showed it has been processed but nope they sent the money back to my card which was around payday and I thought I got a bigger check nope it was then refunding the money over 5 months!!! to finally close the bill of sale never coming here again and will tell me friends to never go
The lady there was very nice and super helpful. Almost nothing had a price on it, though, so you have to ask or gamble with the amount. I recommend getting the cream mochi! (Its $4.50 for eight (8) pieces.)
I always find what Im looking for and have so much fun doing it. Their signature brand items are great quality and delicious. I shop here a lot for specialty or themed items gifts. Staff is very helpful.

Well, I have tried Cali several times before doing a review but no one has been picking up and there mailbox is full. We havenβt been here since February and yet today we received an unauthorized charge, I only found this out because several coworkers also had random charges from the location. And when I went and checked I had one as well.UPDATE: we figured out what happened. So we weβre not charged for our visit back in February, And when they did a system update in JULY it charged everyone. This happened to tons of people we know and several employees. After finding this out I still will be keeping this at a 1 star review. Itβs very bad business.

Old purchase just went through my account from 4 months ago... account is in the negative and got charged an overdraft fee so now I owe my bank $17 more than what the purchase was... I had the money then but I dont now being unemployed. I hope they do something about this.
Took money out of my account and put me into the negative over a year after Iβve been there. You canβt just decide when you want to charge somebody. Many people I know are in different financial situations as they were when they made the purchase.
This company charged me 6 MONTHS after my visit and over drafted my account!!! And corporate has done nothing. When I called the store, they were getting flooded with calls about the same thing. Donβt shop here! You might have to pay some over draft fees.

A YEAR ago I went into this store and spent about $30. Yesterday, they overdrew from an account to take the $30 that βI authorizedβ. Iβm sorry, thatβs an error on your part and you shouldnβt get to collect it on your terms a year later.

I bought a very small package of chocolate covered pretzels. (I think there were 7-8 pretzels in this package.)IT WAS ALMOST $14 AFTER TAX. Youβve got to be kidding me. They were literally basic chocolate covered pretzels. Not special in any way. There is no pricing listed anywhere so you donβt know the price for anything unless you ask or take it up to the register. No reason for the astronomical pricing for the basic candies they sell. If you donβt mind paying a ridiculous amount of money for basic candy make sure to stop by. As for me, I wonβt ever step foot in here again.

Loved the place. Had multiple different kinds of candy coming from different cultures. And it doesnt stop there, they had a room dedicated to gummy bears! (They also have a free reward system. You get a free 1lb bag of gummy bears when you verify your email!)
Friendly and helpful staff. Decent array of candies. A number of obscure and classic items. Some rather exotic chocolates tucked away in there, too.
These guys are always friendly and willing to go above and beyond with their service. I am out of state and wanted to do something special for my wife which works at the mall. They hand delivered a bag full of my wifes favorite candy for me out of the kindness of their heart. They did it with a huge smile over the phone. It doesnt hurt that their candy is all top quality and so good. I strongly recommend them and will definitely continue to do business with them.
A little on the pricey side, but the customer service and selection more than make up for it! One of the employees took several minutes to show us the selection of chocolate bars, offer us some samples, and give us very well informed suggestions. They have a great selection of hard to find European, Hispanic, and Asian candies in addition to all of the classic varieties youd expect.
This is such a fun place! They have a huge variety of treats and they are all so fresh. My little kids love going here and think it is such a magical place. The candy is not cheap, but it is all a couple grades higher than what you would buy from a big box store. Also, my wife really enjoys their chocolate options and prefers their rice Krispy treats to an any other.Fun fact: this store is the first of 61 in the US so its cool to see Tulsa have a unique, successful franchise.
I have always been highly satisfied with my visits, and they have Wondeful customer service. A great selection, and decent prices. I love this store and it has continued to be my favorite candy store for almost 5 years now, since the first time I walked in.

Wonderful little candy shop thats got almost anything you can think of! Love the Mexican candy section. I joined the rewards program and quickly and easily racked up enough rewards for a cute little gift sized jar to put candy in.

Seeing as how this is the first Lolli and Pops ever built, you can instantly see how if differentiates it self from the others. Not only is it bigger, but it also feels more like a one off shop rather then a chain, which works towards its appeal. The candy selection here is great, but with everything else in the mall, it can be a bit pricy. Still a great place if you want something sweet.
Fabulous candy store! The selection of bulk/by the lb. candy is expansive and includes gummy options from animals to palm trees. Nostalgic candys like jawbreakers, malt balls, rock candy, and wonka candies. Unique soda selection and imported candy. Great place to pick up stocking stuffers. The store was very busy and the employees were still able to be attentive and assist customers needs. Very friendly service.

Confections from all over the world. For the casual consumer, there are the things you cant find anywhere but pay outrageously for, but there are also rare varieties. $13/lb or $7 to refill a small pail are worth the price to try something new. But once you find something you like, Id recommend finding it online for 1/5 the price.
The atmosphere and the costumes the employees wear are retro candy shop and are cute. But every time I go in, I either cant find BASIC candies I am looking for (granted they have TONS of funky flavors and niche candies) or I find something and its way overpriced. And the rewards system seems like a joke to the store because they dont push it at checkout and I had gone in twice and since they didnt ask (I figured it was unpopular and discontinued because what kind of organization DOESNT try forcing their reward system down your throat) I never got points for it, last time being told So sorry, its too late now. The people seem generally nice and helpful so maybe its a lack of training or its just not important to the company.

I love this store, but they are begining to loose a very happy customer. I asked one of the employees how they order things and she told me that they dont decide what they order. Seriously?! Order the stuff you do sell out of more than the stuff you dont! My rating will not change until someone takes action. π

I fell that when I went here a couple of months ago the employees where very friendly and helpful but now I guess they have new employees who are very rude and made me fell very uncomfortable. When I went to look at the candy 4 of the employees where starring at me and one employee leaned back against the wall and watched me no one ever asked if I needed any help they just stared at me like I was from another planet and for that reason I left the store and didnβt purchase anything I went to a different candy store. The employees are very unprofessional
