I always find great bargains every time I step into this Yankee Candle store. As an added bonus, I am always treated with courtesy and the staff are quite knowledgeable. This combination makes is way too easy to spend money in here!

This is a great place to get candles when they are on sale if youre on any type of budget. I have gotten some great smelling candles there very inexpensive before. I have only had one that didnt smell strong when burned and I returned it with no questions asked. The service there is always great.

Super friendly staff, eager to help. Purchased 15 bottles of sparkling cinnamon and they only had 9 bottles in store and they ordered the rest for me to be shipped to my home.

Went into the Mall today and didn’t plan on buying a candle, but with The helpfulness of the Associates, that changed! Amy was helpful with details on the oils and Brittany helped locate specific scents that would reduce my stress in my home office. Very much appreciated!

Do not order from this company!! Tried to order twice on Nov. 30th. And both times they took my money but still no candles. Customer service is a joke. They DO NOT care about their customers. And by the looks of their social media im not the only person with this experience. I will never buy another Yankee Candle again.
