I recently and very briefly, accepted a position with this company as a cabinet builder. First, I discovered that the cabinets were not produced, but purchased and shipped to be assembled and delivered to the customer for installation. Upon making a delivery, I was appalled that we were replacing, no less than 10 incorrectly built and /or wrong color cabinets with inconsistent interior finishes. To wit, I was subjected to the ire of the customer and forced to defend the incompetence of the company and found it unacceptable quality. That’s my first day and only got worse when the next two weeks I was continuously tasked with correcting or finishing open invoices that had become litigious and past deadline. I’m posting this review because after discharging All open accounts receivable, management ordered that we had to “get grandmother moved from the nursing home “. This was unthinkable during a global pandemic and was grounds to quit with prejudice. Insult to injury, the company refuses to take care of their employee compensation commitment and still owes me 12 hours of compensation. Its not surprising that the quality and excellence is severely lacking. If you’re in the market for cabinets, don’t settle. Tour the shop and question everything

They did a wonderful job creating an extra cabinet to match our others, took about 4 weeks to actually finish the countertops. The only complaint I had was their workers spent more time getting organized and plugging and unplugging their phones than getting the work done.they also had to take the top back and recut it because the template they made was wrong

I did after a couple of calls (they are busy after the home show). They felt that the wear and tear to the exterior of the cabinets was expected. However, they did offer to send someone to fix the slow close hinges free of charge. They were here within the week and very friendly/professional.I like to be fair and honest so I felt an edit was in order.To recap...Positives:The cabinets are beautiful.The company was great to work with. They helped me get within the budget I needed.I LOVE MY MIXER LIFTER. It is a must.Their customer service response to my review was professional and appreciated.The downside to these cabinets *for me* was always going to be the inability to refinish them after wear and tear. I went with them anyways because of their nice appearance/customization options/budget friendly price and just hoped they were tough enough. In the end, it may have just not been the best fit for our busy household with toddlers/preschoolers/dogs.Originall 2 Star Review:Our cabinets have not held up as promised. Not even close. The people were nice to work with but ultimately shouldve gone for something else. Weve only had them for a year.

They do a good job of assembling which makes installation easy and fast. It is great to be able to see the print out of the finished product before you purchase. You just give them the dimensions and they sketch it up for you which is a great help. That saves me hours of work with pencil and graph paper. Austin and his staff are service oriented, personal and friendly. Our experince with them has been 100 percent positive. By using these beautiful cabinets we are able to upgrade our houses without paying out exhorbitant prices for custom building and still have the look and quality that promotes the sale. Im exceedingly happy with the cabinet package we got from Premium Cabinets. With a complete suite of perimeter cabinets and a new large island, it has transformed my house. I went with Premium Cabinets because they have all the features I was looking for (shaker, soft close, quality finish, etc) in a cabinet package that is plywood construction. Again, plywood...not MDF. All at an incredibly reasonable price. Austin and Desirea provided the service and attention (call it hand-holding) a novice like me needed when I needed it. Terrible ongoing 7 month kitchen cabinet project. Tulsa Oklahoma franchise is horrible, Austin Gullic is the owner and is terrible at it ! Cant finish the job, constantly making excuses. Avoid ever using this Tulsa location, they are all franchises so use a different one if you have to use Prenium cabinets. Should have shopped around more. Will never recommend to anyone !

Retracted previous 1 star. My experience, hopefully is not the experience you will have. However, Premium cabinets took full responsibility and willingly attempted to correct the problem. They ultimately provided a solution, and after being nagged for months on end (and barring major delays from the manufacturer) went out of their way to implement it.I fairly have to give 3 stars for my experience due to the nature of the issues I faced.It took 6 months to complete my order, I had to baby sit the cabinet job from Dec. 2016 to May 2017. The timing alone was tough, but if I simply had to wait and I knew all along that they would go out of their way to solve the issues without me having to be the squeaky wheel and THEY were the ones who called ME weekly over and over until they got a hold of me (instead of the other way around) to give an update, I would give them 4 or even 5 stars for the outcome I received, even after the long long wait.My top reasons for my first review and rating, reasons to retract it, and reasons for my second review rating:Reasons for 1st review 1 star:1. Initial shipment was delayed 5 weeks, and was incomplete - one item was not delivered, and the other was not on the order based on an ordering error.2. Ordering error item, was delivered 5 weeks after that, was low quality compared to rest of order and was the wrong size for our appliance.3. Communication with them was difficult, and mostly instigated by me.4. The entire ordeal took a total of 6 months, we had to move in before it was done.5. I submitted my first review on May 2nd, (about 6 months after our last design meeting) and before the problem was solved.Reasons to retract 1st review:1. As of Friday May 5th, the problem is now solved.2. This shows to me that they do CARE if they finish a job or not at least to customers even most modest expectations.3. They rebuilt the problem piece and delivered it no charge.4. They replaced a manufacture defect that was found the day of install.5. The Manufacturer, not Premium cabinets was blamed for delays for at least 4 of the final weeks of the long wait we had due to freight issues.Reasons for 2nd review and 3 star rating:1. They took full responsibility for any inconveniences we had.2. The final look, over-all, on our product meets expectations.3. In the few days after submitting my first review, they did not take it personally and get upset, and did their best to solve the problem fast.4. However, ultimately 6 months is not an acceptable time to wait for a finished cabinet job, this and the other issues up front caused relatively major inconveniences through out the construction process. It is believed circumstances in the beginning and through out, could have been avoided to mitigate this long of a delay. It is apparent they may have more work than they have staff to cover, and if they dont make the time for every customers true needs, they will have to hire more staff.5. *****5 star rating would have been applied if some major mistakes on the front end were avoided, communication was easier, and the wait would have been about 2 months shorter. All which are very possible to accomplish/mitigate to provide future customers with a better over all experience.I feel I may be the exception here, but my experience needs to be shared. I am hoping it enlightens customers and motivates the business to search for any reason for improvement. Based on the outcome I have renewed faith in them as a company.

We had an install about 3 years ago. I had a couple rails go bad and was unable to locate replacements. I called and they gave me new rails for replacement with no questions asked! Thanks for the follow up after the fact.
