I entered the store, greeted the staff and proceeded to shop. I noticed the next family was properly greeted with a smile, informed of current specials, and was told to ask if they had any questions. I simply looked at the man and left the store. During my visit I was prepared to purchase supplies for my upcoming party. Moving forward, please greet and treat every customer with the same level of service. I’ll never come back but I wish your business the best.

Talked with Tom, was extremely helpful and courteous even when they could not help me in store, gave me other options and avenues to pursue. Very helpful.

As soon as I walked in I noticed how clean the store is and how friendly the lady working the cash register is. But when I was leaving the store with my latex balloons one popped and she heard it from inside the store and immediately asked me what color it was and replaced it for me! She went the extra mile and now I will always go to that store for party supplies in the future. highly recommend!!

Party Supply in Tulsa is a fantastic store! It has everything I am looking for, and if they dont the staff goes above and beyond to help me find something that will work. The store has many different themed supplies to choose from, and it is all so easy to find in the store. And I love that they are locally owned with a friendly and helpful staff. I love this store, and I always tell people this is where they should get what they need!

Great Staff, great service, support the local economy. I took my 3 yo daughter into the store to purchase decor for a friends wedding. We purchased a large expensive balloon. While being waited on the friendly young lady working the desk allowed my daughter to watch her work, narrating her actions as she went. She also gave my daughter a balloon, and when the balloon popped on the store the lady replaced it. On the way out to the car the large expensive balloon flew out of my hands and floated away. The employee replaced it FREE OF CHARGE! Party time has my business for all of my party supply needs. Thank you!

Very nice staff with a convenient location. There is a great variety of selections to choose from. My grandson even misplaced a favored toy there and they found it, saved and restored it to me when I went in a week later.

Wow! They change their name to T-Town party supply, and now they have a guy that does balloon arches and columns there. I highly recommend them over Party City and other party stores!

Friendly, helpful staff and IF UR LUCKY they give you burritos FO FREE (tbh has only happened once, in my personal experience...but if theres even the SLIGHTEST chance of free burritos, IM THURRR). Also sometimes I think they have that big blow up wind sock guy that dances in the parking lot & it always makes me LOL.

The Reddish haired Lady is a complete Racist, as I walked in she was purposely ignoring me and when I asked for balloons she said In this weather they wont last I said no problem they will be inside the house, when she finally was ready for me to check out she said we do not take Debt Cards even with Visa logos, so I walked out, with a dirty look from the lady, too many other options out there, do not support this store.
