The sweet girls here are so friendly and just do their job well! I walk up early and have a long commute. I get the Ancient Grain toasted with almond/honey smear soooo good! Every experience I’ve had lately has been great! I don’t leave a lot of reviews, but when you are given exceptional service I want them to know!

It was a good breakfast at a reasonable price. Their was a good selection for most tastes. It started my day well.

Whenever I go here it seems like it always takes a really long time to get my bagels. I generally get what I ask for, but 10 minutes to get a bagel with cream cheese seems like a long time when I’m the only person in line. I’d recommend Old School Bagel Cafe as an alternative

Let me set the record straight... I love Einsteins. But not this one.I was visiting family of town and on the day we were driving back to Texas, it was decided we would have a hearty breakfast to keep everyone full on the 10 hour drive.I went in and was was asked by the cashier what we were needing. We said A dozen and a half.She then asked which bagels we wanted. But never left the register. We had to run back and forth from the counter to the case to see what was available and then let her know.When we got to ten, I wanted to verify my mental count was right and asked, How many do we have left? ...three was the bored reply.We had initially order a dozen and a half so this just confirmed that she was not paying attention and didnt really care.We asked that they be sliced and to have the everything bagels placed seperately (they are delicious but make everything else in the box taste like them). OK was the next reply.I have never visited my local store that I wasnt asked if I wanted anything else... no such luck here and she had the order rang up and totalled before I could even ask for a cup of coffee and scan my rewards app.We were rung up and shortly after our names were called and we left... to get home and find that they were not sliced and the everything bagels were just thrown in the box like the others.My local store in San Antonios Medical Center is great and keeps me coming back. When I visit my family next time, we will not be returning to this specific store.

Usually slow and poor customer service by a couple (not all) of the employees. One in particular doesn’t even respond to me when I say good morning. Some of them are nice. Lately the medium roast tastes like they are putting hazelnut flavor in it. I don’t want that, I just want normal coffee. I would drink the dark roast as an alternative but they rarely have it available-it’s always empty. Would be nice to see some improvement since this place is so close to my house.

I was picking up an order. 3 employees & I had to wait 10 plus minutes. They didnt have but one customer in front of me that had already ordered & was just waiting on their order.

The bagels and spread are yummy. I especially love the hot ones and the sweet ones. Best place to go for the specialized bagel nobody can do better than them. Only problem is they are open only till afternoon. It would be nice if they were open in the evenings.

OMG! These bagels can give run for the money to any bagel joint from NY metropolitan. The jalapeño bagel with cream cheese is off the hook. If youre in Tulsa, hit them up!

Excellent service, delicious food, and huge selection! They have many different choices, from bagels to sandwiches and many other options! A huge coffee bar with add ins is great too. Very large location with lots of sitting room, and a drive through. Impressive first visit, will definitely be back.Also, the staff was so upbeat and friendly considering it was a cold, early, Saturday morning!

Hummus Veg Out is AMAZING! Fresh, flavorful, and the blend of raw veggies gives that boost of energy.Also, their blueberry muffins are delicious. They taste fresh, not too sweet, and just the right amount of vanilla/blueberries.

I dont usually post reviews unless there is something out of the ordinary in my meal, good or bad - this was BAD. I ordered the Garden Avocado bagel sandwich, which I received thrown together and falling out of the wrapper in the bottom of the bag. The cucumber was sliced a full inch thick so there was no way to keep it in the sandwich, and it he onion still had the papery skin on it, yum. Just feel like they could have tried a tiny bit when its like an $8 sandwich. Maybe they were just having an off day because usually this sandwich is good!

Love the Chorizo Sunrise bagel. Drive Thru service is always good…throughout the COVID year.

Sunday morning after church - loved the bagel sandwich and the cinnamon muffin. But the coffee station was dreadfully unattended. Unacceptable!!The coffee guy.

Ive been to numerous locations of this chain, but this one is exceptionally well run and very good. Food is tasty and comes fast. Staff is very helpful and patient with questions. They make you feel like a customer instead of a number. I go back all the time because of their excellent service. I strongly recommend it to anyone that wants a great bagel or a bagel sandwich.

So incredibly disappointed with my experience here.To start off, the woman taking our order was very difficult, and dismissive of my wife when it was her who didn’t understand the menu.Then, when my wife ordered my bacon, turkey, and avocado sandwich on an onion bagel, it came A: without turkey, and B: not on an onion bagel. (That’s the sandwich in the pictures)And to top things off, I tried to call multiple times to speak to a manager, and no one would answer.I used to go to a different Einstein location all the time in college and loved it. Very disappointed that this location apparently doesn’t adhere to the same standards...

This is the last time I will come to this Einstein. I LOVE their bagels and spreads but the last three times I’ve been here, the attitudes of the employees are much to be desired. I feel like a total inconvenience by just placing an order.

This was my first time going and OMgoodness now that’s a bagel. The service was great and the coffee as well. I will definitely be coming back. If you’ve never been here you have to try it

The young lady who was working the drive thru window was very nice, polite, professional, and fast. It was a great experience for my wife and I. We came back thru moments later to get a feller we saw a bite to eat and we got the exact same rapid service. Thanks!

Holy Cow!!!Let me be honest. I think Ive only been to Einstein Bagels one other time and Im not sure it was that memorable, my colleague was going there in their way in and I asked them to get me something. My choice, the Bagelrito. This might singlehandedly be the best breakfast burrito in the history of man-kind. Youll need to take a bit first to dump the delicious salsa into the vessel but after that hold on for the ride of your life. The flavors that exude from this specimen is nothing short of amazing. I will forever be a fan of Einstein Bros. Bagels after this delicious awesomeness.

Waited 15 min and paid $8 for 2 lightly toasted DRY bagels with peanut butter I had to put on myself and they didnt provide me any utensils to do so or napkins.

Good selection of pastries as well as bagels. Very clean. You can prepare your own drink.

The bagels are great but the last couple of times the have been out of very basic bagels. Plain and sesame. They seem very overwhelmed. The place had noone inside but drive thru was busy. I ordered then a few minutes later said they were out. I will go back but currently having problems.

Received the complete wrong order in the drive-thru. How hard is it to double check before handing out an order? Youd think with how overpriced this place is they might have a more competent staff.

Bagel-iest bagels Ive ever had.

Had one good bagel sandwich and one mediocre one this past week. You have to ask for your bagel to be toasted (which is super weird to me, Im mean who wants to eat an untoasted bagel?). Staff not very friendly or happily willing to make your order the way you want it (asked for my bagel toasted with shmear and felt as though I was putting them out and not just asking them to do their job).

First visit at this location. Friendly staff, fresh fresh bagels, large selection of delicious breakfast items. We will be back.

I used to love this place. Either something with the bagels has changed or the roasting process but each bagel I get now is just lacking. This was my go to spot for bagels guess Ill have to stick to panera bread now.When I requested they toast the bagel the cashier let me know that they come toasted. Bagel was a soft mess.

I would give this place a zero star if I could. My husband bought a lemon poppy bread slice from this location yesterday on Sunday 11/18. He took one bite and then noticed there was GROWING MOLD all over the bread. It looks like the bread was sitting there for years. Hopefully my husband will not Become sick from my be mold and hopefully they don’t make other people sick. I have emailed the corporate office but has not recieved a reply.

I like OLD SCHOOL BAGEL. The south location and the one on Peoria. Einstein is good and quick but you get more bang for your buck with old school. But Einstein is everywhere and accessible. So its not like.we.dont stop at Einstein from time to time.

Bagels & coffee. What else to say? Staff are super friendly. Tell you when something new to try and sometimes gives samples. Feel welcome whenever we come. It is a destination breakfast for us.

Love Einstein. Delicious bagels, but the prices are high in my opinion, compared to einsteins on the east coast and others in town. Service was so-so.

Although we love Einsteins bagels, we dont love the limited quantities. At 9 or 10 am we should still be able to buy bagels. Most recently, as in the last THREE trips to this location on Memorial/101st, weve been told they are out of chocolate chip bagels. We have previously mentioned this problem to the management, but we still find it an issue hence this poor review.

Awesome place to hang out, get a coffee and a bagel sandwich! All different kinds of bagels to choose from, and the frozen coffees are the best! If it is cold outside I would recommend the Vanilla Hazelnut Coffee!

Bagels are pretty good. They only put a tiny bit of cream cheese on a bagel. You can barely taste it.

First visit, eggel NOT IMPRESSED, ordered the three meat one but had to work hard to find few tiny pieces of pink meat, not at all worth $4+ dollars, bagels were not anything special, probably wont return.

Love eating me some bagels at Einstein’s. Plus a great place to sit and do a little work. Staff is nice.

I have always loved this place and I was very excited to see there was one so close to my new home. Excellent bagels and the freshest orange juice.

Order the everything Bagels and regular cream cheese spread. The Bagel tasted as good as Thomass everything Bagels bought from the store and they put an extremely thin layer of cream cheese on the bagel. Very disappointed because even though we had a coupon for the free bagel and cream cheese the coffee price made it not worth free bagel. Better off just getting the package at Walmart and throwing them in the toaster.

Wonderful and excellent staff. Super helpful and friendly. Iced coffee was ready before I even finished my order. We both had the cheesy wakin bacon. His was on garlic bagel which david said was not overpowering but just right. They have sample cups so u can try the coffee that was on the drink station. They do have tea out as well.

She also came out later from a side room with a mouth full of food with snot still under her nose. My wife and I did not eat and we made sure she did not touch my granddaughters bagel. Called corporate and hopefully this is addressed immediately.

Definitely not the place it was a year ago. This used to be my favorite breakfast joint, but sadly I cannot reccomend them anymore. My visit today at 8:25am was the second bad experience Ive had in a month. Rude employees, especially in the drive through and my Chorizo sandwich was not edible. There were cold spots all throughout the sandwich, the bagel was soggy and not toasted, everything was congealed and the avacado tasted rotten. Two reasons why I didnt return it, one being that I did not have the time as I was heading to work, and the other being that I dont trust them to ammend anything at this point.
