Sherrel Paint and Body fixed hail damage on my 2012 FIAT 500. They did an excellent job. The work was done very quickly during the pandemic. Moreover, they went above and beyond by delivering my car to me at my home after all repairs were done. Len Sherrells body work and customer service is second to none. Highly recommended.

After an unfortunate incident on the interstate involving a loose semi truck tire-tread that bashed in my front bumper (thankfully that was all), I chose Sherrell Paint & Body for the repair.Chuck worked up my quote quickly when I visited. Then a few days later when I was ready to schedule, he got my Civic on the calendar. Then Chuck called a couple days in advance to confirm everything and now its all done.I dropped off my car on Monday and Chuck called this morning (Wednesday) to let me know it was ready to go (which was right on schedule). The bumper looks beautiful and the color match is perfect.No one wants to need a body shop but Sherrells was easy to work with and had reasonable pricing.

Really friendly and polite staff, and they finished my car on time and within the estimate range. This was my first trip to a body shop, so I dont have a great point of reference, but I was really happy with the service.

Allowed our vehicle to sit on their lot for 6 days after repair. They called the insurance comp and told them the service was complete. They said they called us, but there was no message. Sherrells NEVER called again to have us pick up the truck or see why we hadnt picked up the truck. My husband was down the street and just stopped by and thats bhow we found out our truck was done. We end up being responsible for the 6 additional days for our rental. Sherrells did a great job on the truck, but their follow up sucks and cost us over $300 that we didnt have.

State Farm sent me a list of body shops and I chose Sherrell paint and body bc of the good reviews. Man they replaced my bumper and even VACUUMED and RINSED off my truck. The two guys up front were real nice and professional. I liked that bc it’s not to common anymore. Bro this place is legit. 10/10 would go again!

Have had a few cars repaired at Sherrells. Staff is extremely helpful and the shop does great work.

They pretty busy so they take time to get your repairs and repaint done, but they do an excellent job.

Did an amazing job on my vehicle but have a really odd credit card policy ($1000 maximum). The insurance company gave me a check and so I deposited it then gave them my debit card to run. When I arrived to pick up the finished vehicle I still owed the deductible of $500. Forgetting I needed to write a check the gentleman working the front desk would not let me give him a debit card for $500 so Im stranded without a vehicle for 24 hours until I get back the next day with a check. The Visa Mastercard regulations do not like merchants charging a fee (to cover their credit card charges) so merchants simply minimize exposure by putting a limit on debit/credit card use. However, in this case it was straight cash I was using with a debit card the charges for a debit card are usually less and it makes for a very unhappy customer to not be without their vehicle for a day. That is a bad decision on the part of Sherrill Paint & Body. To top it all off the the manager working for this establishment simply put it on the owners that he wasnt allowed to do it instead of explaining to me some kind of logic so that I could feel better about being stranded without a vehicle.
