The best repair shop I’ve ever visited!! I’m so pleased with the level of caring, honesty, and treatment toward customers.I have 2 old cars (16 years) with bender fender. Other shops’ estimation were over the top!! However, when I brought to Karoll Martin Paint&Body, they took a look and fixed for me free of charge.. wow!! Shocking is an understatement.I know Karoll Martin Paint&Body will be my mechanic for life.Anyway, highly highly recommend!!

I do not usually brag on a business but I took my car in with a dented fender and they did everything they said they would. They did not try to raise their estimated quote and got it back to me when promised. They even had it so clean that I think I might just keep it. Great friendly, excellent service. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Quoted me literally a grand over what 2 other shops in town for the same exact job. I asked the employee if he was serious when he gave me the quote and let him know what the other shops had told me. He just chuckled. I did too when I gave him the invoice right back and walked out the door.

Someone at church accidently backed into my car and left a small chip in the paint after we wiped off the scratch marks. I took it into Karoll Martin to see if it could be fixed. They looked at it right away and gave me an option to make it look like new but also offered an option to just touch it up and make the area barely noticeable. I had them touch it up and they did it right away in 20 minutes and wouldnt let me pay them anything for it! I would highly recommend them for any paint repair needs. They are very thorough, knowledgeable, and kind!

I HIGHLY recommend Karoll Martin Paint and Body. I am very particular about my Lexus and when a lady backed into me I was devastated. Shawn assured me that he would make my car look new again. The paint on my car is hard to match and Shawn went above and beyond to make it perfect for me. I got my car back and he of course exceeded my expectations. This is not the first time I have used them for repairs to my car and it won’t be the last. They make me feel like family and they have actually taken care of a lot of my family and friends’ cars. Karoll Martin did an excellent job on my Nissan Rogue. My car was hit in a rear-end collision and required repairs. Karoll Martin was referred to me by a friend, and they did not disappoint. Shawn is the best in the business. He found damage that other bodyshops did not find, and was able to get everything approved through the other partys insurance. They always provided updates and completed the repairs in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend!!

Just had another great experience with this extremely professional and friendly business. Perfect paint match on metal flake silver paint, looks at least as good as new, car was beautifully detailed when picked up. This business is worth every bit of a ten star rating.

I arrived at KM 20 minutes before closing, the day before Thanksgiving. All I wanted was a quick estimate to repair my now newly crooked bumper. Ryan grabbed a clipboard, asked my name and crawled under my truck to assess the damage. He said it could be fixed and asked if it was okay for him to pull it inside and work on it...yes, right then...on the spot! Ryan and the truck emerged 15 minutes later and its done! He explained what repairs and adjustments had been required and sent me on my way. When I asked what I owed him, he said nothing. Just have a Happy Thanksgiving. Even when I insisted on giving him $20 for his trouble, he politely declined. Thats why Karoll Martin is and has been my one and only body shop for the past 15 years. Great people. Impeccable work. Great family owned business. I’ve used them for body work for almost 30 years. They do great work and super people. Best body work in town. My lexus ‘s always looked brand new when they finished!

Horrible customer service. Refuse to call and tell you status. Make up reasons to not work on your car. Told me the insurance company only lets them work on it 20 hrs a week. Replaced good parts and bragged about it. Did unauthorized work. Broke new radiator installing it replacing a good radiator. Body panels did not line up. Did not install another part below windshield. Yelled at me after I called back 5 days after being told it was done and only needed aligned. Paint peeled off first time I washed it. Said it was not their fault. $14000 for a horrible job. Beware

I had previously used Karoll Martin years ago and didnt have a single problem. Something has evidently changed between then and now. The quality looks to be good and I have no problem with that, but the customer service has a lot to be desired. After not hearing anything on my car for a week, I called. A message was taken and I was told Shawn would return my call. No return. Called again the next day. Same thing. Called the next business day. Again, the same thing. Finally on my 4th phone call, I called and asked to speak with the manager or owner. Shawn then came to the phone. I was made to feel like I was in the wrong and should not be calling. A week passed and I called once again just to see what was being done and when I would be getting my car back. This phone call did not go well either. I finally received my car back 3-4 weeks after I brought it in (the bumper needed to be replaced). They were also paid by the insurance company to detail the car out as coffee had gone everywhere when it was hit. When I picked it up, the coffee stains on the fabric seats did not look like they had been touched. Karoll Martin assured me that they had tried and to let them know when I wanted to bring it back and have more time to wait for it and they would try again. Instead I brought it to a detail shop. Within 10 minutes all stains were gone. I will never use them again and will not recommend them to anyone.

Both as a former car dealer (Lexus and Land Rover) who sent all their business to them and now as a regular customer they have always lived up to their reputation of excellence. Finding a body shop that does quality work is difficult to do. Luckily, I found Karoll Martin. They do excellent work! They take their time and make sure its done right the first time. Give them a call and you will be glad you did.

Thank Shann Martin for fixed my dented of the front bumper, and polished my right of the rear door! This body shop is nearby my gym where I go! I recommend that you can afford it if your vehicle needs some parts for replacing or fixing it dented on anywhere.A couple weeks back, I visited into Collision Works (CW), and I asked the staff if thered estimating what they suggested. They said $500-700 around for the rear door and fixed a dented front bumper. My gut said that was what they are trying to rip me off. I didnt buy it from them, then I left. I kept looking for a trusted person; however, yesterday, the lady from Facebook (Darlene) commented on my post, and she referred me to check this place about what they can give me some estimated. Today I take my car there which at the site, and the guy was taking my car for fixing a dented bumper. I asked him how to do that, then he said it was magical to easy adjusting it like ten minutes. I wondered if I can bring my car for painting color and polish on the whole of the car when I will get a new vehicle. He replies, YES! YOU ALWAYS ARE WELCOME!)Thanks to Darlene from the Facebook group for referral me to here.Next time I will bring my car to this body shop, before selling it to another when I get a new vehicle.
