They communicated with us and kept us up to date with everything. We had ran out of rental from our car insurance and Jim Norton Collision was able to provide us a loaner car til our truck was done. Overall, they took care of our truck and our needs.

Look their body work and paint is great but it took almost 3 months to get my truck back after I was rear-ended. They initially told me it would 3 weeks which was ok you know. But then idk they kept saying the parts didnt come in. But when I did get my truck back it was like new. You couldnt tell it had been repaired.

Had a repair on front drivers corner involving fender, front bumper and hood, along w radiator support headlight and involved area. Camry came back w over spray on rubber trim at wiper cowl/ fender areas, some spot welds in lower frame/core support were not painted in black areas, and didnt adjust nose on hood to match contours of adjacent bumper. Pearl is tricky to match, the repair area darker than rest of car.. Last notice is that the mirror on drivers door was replaced, but it sticks out at the front corner because the metal that mirror attaches to was pulled w mirror being hit, but the area was not repaired, just the replacement of mirror. Believe they did use factory new parts on bumper assembly/cover and fender.

David and the Team at Jim Norton Collision did a fantastic job completing extensive repairs to my 2007 Toyota Tacoma after it was involved in a near head on collision on Christmas Eve of 2014. They handled everything from working with the other driver insurance company to repairing the truck (It looks new again!!!) to the arranging for me a rental car. Their team got everything done quickly and David did a really good job at keeping me updated while the truck was in the shop. I never once had to call them to ask how things were going....that is truly a breath of fresh air. So unbelievably unprofessional. I brought my truck into them on the 12th of December 2019. I was told it would take 3-5 business days for my front bumper to be fixed. A week went by with no update or call from them so I called and then they told me that GM went on a strike, the holidays were adding time, etc. Another week went by and still no update or phone call from them. I called again and they gave me the same excuses. It is now January 3rd, 2020 and I am just now picking up my truck this evening (havent even seen the type of job they have done on my truck). Not to mention they called me with the wrong information and told me my vehicle was ready when it wasnt. Doug Martin, the manager proceeded to laugh at me in their lobby with his other employees joining in. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Pathetic excuse for a business.

Would not recommend. Took my car in for an estimate on some minor damage (front bumper plate popped out by a pothole). Was quoted that it would need a new bracket, and the parts and 2.7 hours of labor was quoted at $230. Took my car to another body shop, who found that the bracket was still in place, and took five minutes to pop the plate back into place. If you have to use them, be sure to get a second opinion beforehand!

They have fixed my car four different times, and have been exceptional every single time. Kaven is awesome!

Okay repair estimate.

Horrible!!! My brand new car has been there 5.5 weeks. They never have their stories straight. They have tried to deliver it to me twice with scratches all over the bumpers/grill. The dual exhaust pipes are very visibly misaligned by more than 1.5 inches. They stated they took it to an exhaust repair shop to correct the problem, then left a voicemail saying it was ready for pick up, then stated it was still at the exhaust shop. Its not like it was a scratched up car when I took it there, I had only had it brand new for a few weeks But they think that scratches all over the paint job is acceptable. Go somewhere else. Still dont have my car!!!
