I liked the layout of the store. Michael Henley was a great sales associate. Michael greeted us when we entered. I told Michael we were looking for appliances. He said to call on him when we needed any assistance. Short time later we had our list and the rest was all his skill. Checked on availability and delivery services. I would definitely refer this company and Michael Henley.

Shopping at Hahn in Tulsa was a great experience! I had already found the refrigerator and washer/dryer set I wanted online, but wanted to see them in person. All I had to do was describe it and Phil took us right to it. He even had the model number memorized without looking on the tag of each appliance I was interested in seeing. My husband and I were very impressed with his knowledge of the products.

I checked a lot of home improvement stores, before I checked Hahns. I couldnt really find what I wanted, but they had a chat option so I ask about the range I wanted. Michael sent me 2 links and they were exactly what I wanted. We went to the store the next day and bought the stove. Very happy with the whole experience.

This is a great place to find most of all your appliances at a much lower price, plus they offer great discount prices for scratche and dent appliances that still look and works good. Every one that helped me at both stores I feel like they went above and beyond to help me. They are all very sweet, kind, helpful and understanding. I would most definitely suggest this place to anyone and everyone that need, or are looking for, or are in the market for appliances.

Jordan helped us pick out appliances for our new house and we appreciated his suggestions and ideas. We felt we got good prices. He did explain that we could still get any future price reduction on appliances until our order comes in but I’m having a hard time getting pricing on the web site. Not as user friendly as Jordan was in the store! Lol

We were very pleased with our experience at Hahn’s. The salesman, John Poindexter, was very helpful but not overbearing and didn’t try to pressure us in any way. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant. We will definitely do business with them again when the need arises.

I buy all of my appliances at because they have proven to me over the years that they stand behind their products. I bought a refrigerator from them and I had nothing but problems with it. They replaced it with a much better one. I picked out a washer and dryer but they wont be available for approximately two months. I know it isnt their fault but it is disappointing.

This review is only for the initial shopping visit and my subsequent purchase. Was met on the floor for help almost immediately. Well thought out show room had all the counter depth refrigerators together. No running all over and looking at signs to figure out which merchandise was more shallow. No pressure from the salesman. Good lighting. Only drawbacks: Some merchandise selections were missing their signage and price tag which necessitated a longer wait for the salesman to provide the needed info. Did not see any sales women on the floor when I visited.

We were very happy when we left Hahn appliance after picking out what we wanted! Our salesman was Geoff, and he was very helpful. Answered whatever questions we had, and did his best to find out anything he didn’t already know. He let us make all decisions and never pressured us toward any picks or purchases. When I called back to place our order, he was very patient with the process, as we ran into a couple of snags. We will be going back to Hahn Appliance in Tulsa next time we need to do appliance shopping!

We were looking for a new refrigerator and washer/dryer set. We checked out Hahn because we knew they had the best selection on-site for viewing. Geoff was the Salesman who came to help us when we walked in. He asked our needs and time frames and gave us some invaluable information about inventory and availability; be prepared to wait if you want specific items and brands right now! Geoff then pointed us in the appropriate directions and allowed us the space to peruse freely and select our favorites. He was excellent at checking back with us at just the right time to answer our questions. We had a lot of hesitancy about which front load washer/dryers to choose from since weve always had top load. Geoff was able to steer us in the right direction with his recommendations and I am confident we will be pleased with our purchase. Financing was fast and easy with Synchrony Bank. Delivery and installation are a great price and the extended warranties are also very reasonable for the coverage. We are happy we went to Hahn!

We made multiple time wasting trips to the two big box stores. It is rare to find someone who wants to help you there and if you can find an available associate they are mostly no help at all. Shopping at Hahn’s Appliance was fast and easy. Any question I had was knowledgeably answered. A salesman named Josh Poindexter helped me. I told him what I needed.. a black side by side refrigerator. And I told him when I needed it … ASAP since I’m moving to town. He got on the phone and tracked down what was available and then he found measurements for me so I could be sure the open doors would clear my kitchen island. I went home, measured, called him with the info and within an hour he called back with a delivery date… 2 days later. I was very happy with my Hahn’s experience.

Hahn’s Appliance Internet Sales (Cody B.) went above and beyond to help me find the best appliance when the one I originally ordered was on back order and there was no guaranteed delivery date. They even upgraded me to a better appliance for the same price of the back ordered one. I am very pleased with their customer service and Cody. My appliance gets delivered next week and I am so excited!

We went into Hahn looking for a refrigerator and a washer/dryer set. We worked with Phil who was great! The dishwasher we wanted was out of stock and he showed a comparable one and we went with that option. I always have a great experience with Hahn. Salesman was friendly but told me there were no refrigerators in stock except a few. I could look around the store and hed tell me if they had whatever I liked in stock. It didnt seem like their displays were in any particular order, or grouping. Everyone that I picked was out of stock. So, I just had to leave. I ended up going to one of the club stores and got the refrigerator delivered in a week, and cheaper. I guess in the end it all worked out.

I drove over an hour to the store. I found the washer and dryer set I wanted and asked the lady if the dryer could be vented to the right side. We pulled the dryer out and there was a vent hole on both sides. She informed me after a phone call that the dryer could be vented to the right side. I brought the washer home and we loved it. The dryer should be delivered to my home for a fee. A day before the dryer was suppose to be delivered I get a phone call stating the dryer can not be vented to the right side and they could send me this one instead. I informed the lady I bought a matching set and that would not work for me. She said she would talk to her manager and see if I can get the matching washer for the same price and she said we could. The dryer shows up and it is not what i wanted and way smaller. All I call say is BAIT AND SWITCH. They get your money and now you play by their rules. I would never recommend this Store to anyone. I will ask for my money back so I can go over to another store and get what I payed for and not what they want to give me for my money. The only good thing was the young men that delivered the dryer and was very polite.

We found everything we were looking for, online. Between chatting online and calling by phone, the sales staff were very helpful and completed our order fast and efficiently. The prices of the appliances were competitive if not lower than the other appliance stores in the area. We have more to buy in the near future as soon as our move is completed, and this will be our first stop.

I went here with the intention to purchase a washer and dryer. It was well after memorial day when I went in and I went in on a Tuesday. I checked out some of the appliances and asked 3 salesman about the memorial day sale they had going on and if it would be ending soon. I was informed that the sale had been going on for a while and would continue to be going on for a while. I said I would be back on Friday. I returned Friday as I said I would and found that the sale was over. The three salesman had not told the truth and did not honor what was said to me so I left and went somewhere else purchasing my appliances from another store where the staff was friendly and provided excellent customer service and did everything they could to help me.

The service was wonderful, there was no pressure. Where a lot of places will try to persuade you to buy a certain brand these guys asked your preference. They listened to what I needed and wanted and helped me find exactly that.

After going from store to store and finding out most appliances are actually not in store but online ordering. I needed a dryer immediately. I finally found what I was looking for at Hahns for a great price! I could have saved myself time and gas if I just went straight to Hahns, gee wiz.

We get all of our appliances at Hahns. We have been a customer of theirs for over 12 years. They are always friendly, helpful, not shopper stalkers. They help us by showing us the area we need to look in for what we need and answer any questions we have.

I purchased a KitchenAid dishwasher for my nephew and his wife. I insisted on no glitches in delivery or installation. Hahn delivered earlier in the day than expected, with zero problems. My newphew and his wife are very happy.

Shopping experience was great. After the Shopping, the experience changed. We were told that our appliances were not in by the store, but when we called the warehouse, they were there. Our sales person seemed to be giving us misinformation purposely. I didnt understand. We just called the warehouse and told them we were coming to pick up and they loaded our appliances up. The same day I called the showroom and was told our stuff was still not in...we had already picked it up.

Great Experience!My husband and I went to Hahn Appliance-Tulsa to purchase a refrigerator and dishwasher. We had done extensive research online and knew which ones we wanted. We went over to the refrigerator department to look for the model. We were greeted by a very nice gentleman, Jordan Cook. We told him what we were there for. He asked me for the model number. He took us right to it so we could look at it, and make sure it was what we wanted. It was priced a little higher than a local competitor. I shared that info, and was thrilled when he said they would price match it. They didn’t not have the dishwasher in stock that we wanted, but Jordan found a comparable mode, and we were just as pleased with the features of it. He was very knowledgeable about all the appliances. Jordan was very helpful and pleasant. Buying appliances can be stressful, but he helped to alleviate that. Thank you Hahn’s and Jordan.

Spectacularly worthless customer service.I bought a $900 dishwasher that was installed by Hahn 6 days ago. It does not work correctly. I called Hahns customer service department and they referred me to an 800 number for the manufacturer.Seems they cant stand on their own behind a product they sold and delivered to me less than a week ago.Put you to the test. Grade F

We did a search on the Hahn website which was very easy to maneuver. We found two refrigerators that we were interested in. We went to the store, looked at those two and actually settled on a different model. The service guys were great, careful and efficient.
