I purchased a Signature tub assembly that I am having an issue with on line. My first contact was November 10, 2020. I sent the last requested information November 14. I continued to follow up but never received a reply (I received read receipts on my emails). I reached out to Signature directly and they referred me back to Ferguson even though their distributor was not responsive.Dont use Signature products or Ferguson. They dont stand behind them.

She did everything she could to track down parts to frame a shower bought at Lowes. Lowes didnt even carry the framing work to the finish it out.

Lookin top buy a hot water heater in Tulsa and my buddy tells me to check this place out. Try to buy a hot water heater from them. They are at least a $1500 higher than everyone else. I get needing to make a few bucks but when I ask for better pricing the guy tells me if I dont like it to go somewhere else. AO Smith water heater that is sold online for $800-$1200 is priced here for over $3k. Some listed on their site for more. Wow I would run from this place.

Awesome people there, definitely one of the go to stores in the Tulsa area for plumbing supply.

UPDATE: Jessica the new manager at Ferguson has resolved my issue completely. Glad to see that they have put someone in place to correct issues. Thanks Jessica/Worst service ever. Bought downdraft in January - got them out to see what was wrong with it the first service call and was told their people installed it wrong. Five service appointments later - still not working and its September the 26th. Store personnel uneducated on what they sell. I would not EVER purchase anything from these people again. I even called their corporate office - they dont care. Once you buy it - they are out.

I was at Ferguson Plumbing today to purchase parts for a kitchen fixture that I purchased from Ferguson. The gentleman at the parts counter was very helpful. He worked very hard to find the part as it had been discontinued. He then found the part.

I was giving all the help I need to get what I needed even though the supplies are limited at this time

Ferguson was able to find the replacement head for my old Hans-Grohe sink faucet. It was out of warranty, but with Fergusons help, it was replaced for free. Great fixtures and service.

Didnt have my part but was so kind to refer me to another supplier after checking to see if they carried the brand I needed. Very nice and way beyond what I expected! Thank you!!

Great place very friendly people

If you order a part you better make sure you know more than they do and ask every question to make sure they order the correct part and the correct COLOR!! The parts guy was not the brightest person and of course he ordered the wrong part color after I walked him through the part numbers. It took a while before he realized I wasnt ordering an entire faucet, I just wanted a sprayer.

Great place. They have 26 jets on the wall and big rain head and digital keypad to set temperature like between 70-95 degrees

These people dont have it together. Some lady in the credit department kept hanging up the phone when I called. They cant verify payments correctly. Its ridiculous.

Not enough stars on this site for this place. Walked in here, needing one small part for a kitchen sink. The total cost of this part is maybe $1. Two people spent 20+ minutes troubleshooting, researching and eventually finding the right part, calling their Delta rep, and having it delivered tomorrow from OKC. Could not possibly overstate their awesome customer service.

If you are a home owner or just someone trying to fix your own plumbing issues do not go here. They were rude upon entry. I was looking for a stem for a Kohler bathtub faucet when I tried Ferguson. No one greeted us. When I asked where the stems were, the associate let out a loud audible sigh and said around the corner. When I went around said corner I didnt see them so I asked another associate and he said turn around dude, what you didnt see them? I ignored him looked for the part and they didnt have it. Out of the 19 stems total they had none were close. I tried a place called Heatwave and they killed it. Greeted me, took the stem, brought a perfect match replacement, and it was an amazing price. The guy at heatwave, when I told him what happened at Ferguson, was polite, but explained that Ferguson doesnt like non-plumbers because we are too hard to deal with. When I went to Ferguson I knew what I wanted. Removed and replaced the part from my house myself. This was after 3 separate roto rooter plumbers failed to simply replace a stem and seat. Stay away from Ferguson. They are simply terrible.

Always a good experience

I have wasted so much time here! I ordered some pipe for the company I work for from this place, they quoted me a price. I picked up the pipe. They sent the company I work for a bill that was twice as high as the price they told me. This made me look very bad at the company I work for. Now I will not let the company I work for buy anything from this place and I will do all I can to stop others from having this problem as well by warning them away from these people.
