Lots of varieties of tea Great customer service. Only thing that I did not care for, thus the 4 stars was they did not take cash. Credit card only and then they asked for tip right there in front of you while theyre holding the card reader. I dont like to be put on the spot like that Nor do I want to pay a store clerk a tip for a job there already being paid plenty to do. I do like the fact though that you can go online and go online and order teas to your home and they do have a rewards program.
Pretty good tea. The staff werent so friendly and were very standoff. Dont know if I will go back again. Did purchase the mom to be tea set and I like a few but not sold yet based on the shopping experience.
Im trying to get into tea and Im really glad I stopped by here. Jo and and a taller gentleman were both very nice and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and had really useful advice for me. I was able to get sample sizes to try them out before getting a larger size. They have refillable tins so theres little to no waste. They were out of one of the teas I wanted, and were able to just ship it to my house directly. For the quality of the products theyre all reasonably priced.
We talked a lot about the different teas and she was knowledgeable of most things tea. The one thing she didnt know was how good butter is in it, but shes trying it tonight so ITS FINE. 10/5 would refill my vanilla tea there for 10% off with my tea-tin.
Brought my wife home a sample box and she absolutely loved it. They have so many different flavors. If you like tea this place is for you.
Not too stimulating, pretty balanced and a good way to start and end your day especially if you don’t want to eat or snack for being healthy, genmaicha will fill you up with the roasted rice and get you pretty cha zui and can use for working out without too much heart stimulation compared to some of the other teas I’ve tried. Definitely a recommend and appreciate that they have an organic selection.
Loads of amazing teas to choose from. You can get black, green, herbal teas in hundreds of varieties. The workers are very knowledgeable and can help you find the tea youre looking for. You pay by the ounce, so you can try a small amount to see if you like it. The prices are a little expensive, thats why only 4 stars. Overall, its a great place if you are looking for specialty teas.
I feel like steepologie is a bit expensive. I am a loyalty member and if you sign up you can get some neat bonuses online it is totally worth it. They have a huge selection of teas, maybe too large. I have had some that were good, some that were bad. They let you smell the tea before you buy it which is pretty nice, but all of the teas smell great. I recommend looking at reviews online before purchasing. Some teas I reccommend are: Castaway, Blue Rendevous, and Vintage Earl Grey.
If you are a tea person this is a place to get you loose leaf tea, they have so many varieties, my fav, favorite, lemon peach, and hibiscus
Great selection, plus the staff is very helpful. By far one of the best tea places in the area for stocking up at.
Great customer service, It’s really overwhelming to walk into the tea shop not knowing what you really want. Alex was really kind and patient to walk me through most of what’s available. Great customer service & very knowledgeable.
Many tea flavors! Also canisters, teapots, and infuser cups.
Great selection, friendly staff. Alex was super helpful. Would definitely return.
Absolutely phenomenal staff with exceptional customer service skills. Walked in wanting an iced tea, found out they don’t offer pre-steeped teas, and still walked out with $40+ of tea. Note to management: Having to enter my card information manually is a pain. Please fix your card reader.
Really nice guy when we went there. He helped my kid pick out a tea.
Large selection of teas and very helpful staff
I love this place, I love the tea and the coustomer service was great. I will definitely camback to buy more teas 🍵 🙂
My favorite place to buy tea!So many choices
Lovely tea shop. We were helped by Charlotte and she was super nice and friendly. Ended up trying a few new teas and they have been fantastic.
We were looking for a particular tea as a thank-you gift for a friend. All the tea shops in her area (Teavana) have closed. We happened onto Steepologie Teas and found the exact type of tea she wanted. The clerk was most helpful in explaining the various loose teas they carry and how to prepare them. We will be back to buy some teas for ourselves in the near future.
Great selection of teas and awesome customer service! I love the open setting and the glass containers for tea aroma sampling. Top notch teas and the friendly service will always make me come back!
High number of teams to choose from, very helpful staff.
This is a new tea place in the mall and its incredible. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I just happened to stop in and was delighted at the quality and veriety of tea available. They make tea to order and sell in bulk. If you are a fan of loose leaf tea blends this is a must check out. I am so happy to find a tea place like this. I will most certainly come back. I am also stoked that it is a local Seattle company.
Great tea and good service
Great selection. The attendant was very knowledgeable and helpful. Seems pricey but it smells and tastes of quality tea.
I love how they have a non-caffeinated, as well as organic options to go along with that.Ive wanted to try two flavors and both turned out delicious.Forever a customer, especially with their military discount.Even have empty tin cans for sale.Just a bit pricey.
Great tea great service. However every time without fail I end up spilling a lot of hot tea due to the poor quality of the lids and or cups. The lids never fit on any of the cups.
I love this tea shop, a definite must stop if you enjoy a good cup of leaf water! You walk in and immediately are assaulted by lovely fragrance, with the shops usually coming in the varieties of light and airy or dark, atmospheric and peaceful. The tubs they store the loose leaf in have small jars of the same right next to them so you can smell the tea and boy can you tell they get a lot of use!I have been to a large portion of their locations and from Renton to ala moana I have yet to meet an employee who is not extremely knowledgeable about tea in general and what they sell. They provide great recommendations and are usually very friendly and patient. One of their clerks actually wandered around the shop with me for nearly an hour trying to figure out which teas to buy to stock our company break room. The return policies are extremely clear from the get go and it seems like an unspoken mission of the employees to have you leave more knowledgeable than when you came in!For loose leaf it is actually very reasonably priced, if you are used to picking up bagged tea from your local grocer this will be significantly more expensive than what you are used to but they are reasonably cheap for loose leaf tea. While not inexpensive this is definitely not a shop that will break the bank.Note: it is significantly cheaper to buy in bulk (plus if you spend a certain amount you can get a tea accessory for a penny!)Not every blend may be your cup of tea but with the variety they have it does not matter.(I very specifically have a strong affection for their green dragon blend) Plus with a to go service wether you want to take home a favorite or pop in for a quick cup of unusual tea on your way to work or even a fun afternoon activity this is definitely a great shop to check out!
Amazing teas!
Came here being new to loose leaf tea, Charlotte was really helpful & guided me to my new favorite tea formosa oolong!!!
Employee was rude and all over us.
Too expensive.
Extremely rude staff. Unclear policy’s. I’ve spent over 500 here in the past 2 months. Never returning. Ever.
Good Tea
I walked in here no hello no we’ll be with you in a moment..the ladies just glared at my the whole time I was looking to buy some tea! I’ll never come in again! I work customer service and you have none
Good riddance!!
