Apparently Paul doesnt know how to use coupons correctly and made me spend more money, to use my coupon even tho I had already met my requirement, and every single time I come there, he has an issue doing his job. He told me the coupon would have canceled all in store coupons when I asked to use mine, even tho it wasnt saving me the same amount of money and got rude when I told him I wanted to use whatever was going to save me the most money. So yeah so stay clear of Paul and its a okay store

Well, Hot Topic was made for millennials and you can tell because there are now baby clothes for sale. Otherwise, its exactly what your expect it of a Hot Topic.

Some items there are pretty cool and unique and hard to find them anywhere else. But the prices for licensed products are usually higher than other retailers. But good deal when they have clearance promo. But Their clearance items are not always marked correctly and sometimes they are not even marked as clearance, I will ask the associates to scan the price, but they always argue that is correctly marked, but they know they are wrong after they scan it.

When I walked in the store no one acknowledged me. I was looking for my size in a particular tee shirt I wanted. 2 different employees walked right by and didnt offer assistance. I politely turned around an exited the store. I WILL NEVER go back!

Ive been shopping there since I was in highschool. And its still one of my favorite places to go.

Staff was helpful and friendly, my son and I were looking for funko pops and Hot Topic gets some great exclusives.

Felt pretty uncomfortable getting helped by the cashier Paul. His attitude was uncalled for and unnecessary. I didnt know how the coupons i had worked so i was waiting for my sister to be rang up with the same coupon, so i could possibly use it again. He completely dismissed what i was saying, told me pretty rudely it doesnt matter when i asked about different coupon codes, and i almost had the urge to ask him how bad his day was going.

I went in to buy a Melanie Martinez sweater with my little brother today and I could see a worker in my peripheral vision that he was looking over in my direction to make sure i wasnt stealing. Like I understand but I felt really uncomfortable because idk maybe he thought I was younger and didnt have money or whatever but still.The sweater was literally in the back of the store and when you walk to the back there were racks and shelves blocking my view of the exit so if a worker thats standing at the cash register wanted to look over where we were, they would have to stretch thier necks a little bit and I saw him do just that. I brushed it off because I didnt want to make a big deal out of it and took my sweater to the front and check out. The guy didnt say a word to me. Even when giving me my total he just pointed to the little screen. I said thank you and al he said was yeah.Just be nice when youre on the job please.

Hot Topic was the place to shop the place to be, vampire stuff, vampire clothes they have such cool stuff. They still have cool stuff they still have great things. The store course was set up very nicely they have sales going on they had at some clearance in the back its a little crowded there was a lot of people in there there always is like I said its a cool place to shop and got really cool stuff is different than most everybody else I like them I think you should check it out I think you will too.

Came in to buy some jewelry and pay my guest list hot topic credit card bill. I was unable to provide my account number but Sarah the associate in the store was super helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me right away and put me on the line with the guest list cc company. I spoke to April on the phone and she was very kind and helpful as well. We got everything sorted out and I was able to get into my account, make my payment, and purchase my jewelry. This was by far one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

Sarah was amazing! She was very friendly the whole staff was awesome! Will for sure come back. The store was well put together, love the music, and when we couldnt fine a size they offer to order it for us too which what we did. Its a great team at there thats for sure.

I try to avoid this location; the staff doesnt really talk, except for maybe a couple part timers but for the most part the employees are rude. I went in today to get body jewelry and the employee asked me if I needed any help, I had been in there well over five minutes and the store was not busy. He didnt know anything about the jewelry and couldnt answer any of my questions, he actually told me to go to the body jewelry plus store bc he wasnt sure about anything and body jewelry is non refundable.

Hot Topic at the SouthCenter Mall is so way cool this place is awesome in every way . I love this store. Theres so much cool stuff there. Its a sweet place to visit with your family and friends . Good customer service

This store has many trendy clothes and merch for teens. There are many band tees and backpacks. Many other interesting items fill the shelves. Its very dimly lit so it can be hard to see at times, but it fits the aesthetic. Also, the staff is friendly. Overall good place to shop, but items can be pricey and its not for a broad age range.

I have always loved the diversity of this store. It celebrates both old school and new school while keeping its own personal identity

I went in looking for a particular Funko Pop but they didnt have it. However I was immediately welcomed by an employee who provided excellent customer service. She directed me to Amazon and a few other places to find it and commiserated with me over not being able to find it. Overall it was a good experience and I will return in the future to continue my hunt.

Trendy and hip store filled with pop culture and some plain garbage. Its good if youre looking for something unique. Teens and tweens will love it. Those over 60 should steer clear.

Store always beautifully designed and decorated, each display has different theme, you can find probably the best what you are looking for, great customer service since you walk in.

Im just gonna tell it like it is: I get panic attacks from loud, overwhelming or sudden sounds that last hours or days. Usually when I enter a Hot Topic, they are happy to turn it down a bit for me so I can shop a little and leave. Not a lot, just a bit helps. The trebel on the sound on the malls is usually earsplitting unless youre already deaf and used to it. But for people like me, it can be hard. When I asked kindly if they could turn it down, the girl gave me the most weirdest, ridiculous facial expression, shook her head, and said Actually, no, we cant in a blunt fashion, and then paused and then added something like, its sorta the thing. and then waved her arms around like she was pointing at the air. I know that part of Hot Topic policy is that the music is supposed to add to the atmosphere, which I understand. But if one lifelong customer requests it be turned down a bit, theres no harm in obliging for awhile. The comfort of the customers is important. I myself work in retail, and in my job I do what I can for the people who visit. If I were her, I would have at least asked my manager To see what I could do. To refuse to turn down something that is literally right behind the desk and easy to turn down is not very welcoming. There was no need for her to reply like that, and I left right away, and I had wanted to do a lot of shopping for gifts there. I ended up going to Spencers instead, because their music is never as earsplitting.

This store is awesome, staff is always friendly and helpful, and not pushy with the amount of time we spend in there looking at everything!!

Im so unhappy with this place after waiting for a sweater to be in stock I finally placed my order only for them to email me back days later telling me my transaction has been cancelled and that they were not able to fulfill my order. no explanation what so ever! it was for my sons birthday so im very disappointed in the customer service.
