If you order shoes and they come from here don’t expect to get shoes expect table cloths 🙄. When I called the manager he wasn’t helpful whatsoever to solve the issue that was made on his end by his store. Tried to insult my knowledge by telling me they don’t sell table cloths(no duh). Then tried to tell me to, “return the shoes and get my money back” when I consistently repeated to him that it was table cloths (meaning there’s nothing to return there’s no shoes) afterwards, he proceeded to tell me to just contact customers service so I can get the money back knowing that I purchased them with 50% off and that it won’t get honored if I tried to re order them. To say the least the service that I was provided with was unacceptable and concerning coming from a manager.

I am actually giving it a 2.5 but you cant, so I rounded it up to 3 because they were closer to a 3 than a 2. The service I received over the phone after FINALLY getting took off hold, was excellent!!! Im actually really surprised and impressed by this. Companies customer phone service usually sucks, NOT HERE!!! I got some JORDANS for my brother for christmas and they were priced right. The selection here was really disappointing, at least for JORDANS, only like 3 pair of retros were left and all were kids. How do you not overstock on the most desirable quickest selling JORDANS, I dont get it... in store help was so bad it was comical. 3 people hiding, 1 poor girl left to deal with the entire front. This was during the holidays so who knows now if its gotten any better.

What you would expect from foot locker. The uniforms, the eager staff, the selection. Best part was the same person that grabbed my size from the back was able to check me out on the spot with a hand held device. Was in and out within 8 mins.

The only shoe store with great customer service in Southcenter! I’ve been going here for years and no matter what year it is, I ALWAYS get greeted and asked if I need help. I was asked 3 times the other day. It’s such a nice change from the other sneaker stores in this mall(looking at you champs!) They never give me attitude and are always eager to help unlike the other shoe stores. I will always try to buy at this location first. If they don’t have the size I’m looking for they will offer to look at the other stores close by. Whoever is training these workers are doing an outstanding job! Good job!

Just recently left foot locker I had the best experience ever Fred was amazing and so Polite and helped me so much I was a wreck coming in trying to get all Christmas shopping done I mean I was lost but He was so patient so polite He put my needs first And I really appreciated that more retail stores need employees like Fred.

I bought some tennis shoes online for $70 and went to pick up at the store. When I got to the store, I saw they were selling the shoe for just $40 on the shelf. When I brought it to their attention, they gladly returned and resold the same shoe to me at the lower price. I went ahead and bought another color at the lower price.

This shoe store are known to backdooring new release jordan shoe to the people they know. And its hard to win any raffle from this store..

We went here today to exchange an online order for another size. The cashier that helped us was wearing a mask over her mouth only, then said she needed to hold and scroll on our phone for a digital receipt, versus us showing through the protective glass. She was not wearing gloves and the only sanitizer bottle visible was across the room. There was no acknowledgement of our health or safety. The least she could have done was worn her mask properly. We ended up with what we needed, but I was surprised by the disregard for public health protocols. The other employees seemed fine.

I went in trying to buy a pair of shoes but employees said they couldnt sell it just cause they were holding for themselves.

If you want horrible customer service and to be completely ignored, then buy your shoes here. Stood in front of three employees waiting for them to acknowledge that Im there wanting to buy shoes. None of the them had the courtesy of stopping their conversation (amongst themselves, they werent even helping another customer) to help me out.I had to physically point out an employee standing in the back to help me out with a pair of sneakers. The service I got from the gentleman in the back gave me excellent customer service, I wish I had gotten his name but unfortunately my overall experience overshadowed his good work.Long story short, go to Finishline or Champs if you wanna feel like your business and your money is valued.

When I stopped in to research a pair of shoes a female associate was helpful in directing me to who I can talk to about their Footlocker app and release dates for shoes. There was a female associate who was extremely rude, someone I wouldn’t recommend or deal with at all. Overall, good feel, I wish they’d smile more since it is a customer service role.

Checkout took awhile. After my items were rang up but staff was extremely nice and tentative fast.

Foot locker plays games with their shoe release after 3pm. The manger has her favorite customers wouldn’t give her name but she’s short heavy set wearing all black today with full attitude. I noticed she let her favorite customers and her family/friends buy multiple pairs of the Jordan XI Bred colorway and told others (1) pair. She was extremely rude to people inquiring about the shoe release. It’s Christmas holiday shopping,tyres no need to be rude to parents shopping for their children as children are not all familiar with the app and raffle process. Most parents do not understand how a coveted shoe release of this magnitude works. So being rude,calling them names under her breath,and rolling her eyes was uncalled for.

The prices are reasonable.

They were very accommodating and helping in exchanging a pair of my Vapormax that literally melted. The staff helped my friend magnificently. Thank you!

It’s a very clean shopping area and a very good variety of shoes like Nike and Adidas are found there if you don’t feel like going to the Nike store or adidas store get your shoes here From basketball to running shoes they are here.

Yesterday, Footlocker is the first store I went to for new shoes. As soon as I came in, I saw two employees on site and neither one of them greeted me. I headed to the womens section and still got nobody to approach me for assistance. So, after a few minutes looking at the shoes, I walked out without buying anything due to lack of customer service and interaction.

Great service was looking for a specific shoe & A guy with a tail was very helpful... told him what I needed and he came back real quick with my shoe & also was helping two other cutstomers so yeah this store was great. Well the employees that day were. recommend people to shop there also because they have most of the shoes that arent in champs or sheikhs.

Went in here to brouse today and my girlfriend asked one employee if they had any Adidas Gazelles. That employee didnt know so he asked another employee and I quote what the second employee said Ive never heard of Adidas Gazelles. Like seriously?! Made me feel old but Im only 22. Me and my girlfriend were just in awe. Didnt even want to go back inside later that day purchase some shoes.
