Loved the customer service at this location..... Very rare to find kind or helpful assistance in stores these days.... So to have received both is REFRESHING.. they attend to their customers...Something the retail industry as lost touch with.....I would prefer to spend my money at this location over others ... solely on the customer service....

MAC Cosmetics thinks they are God’s gift to makeup. The staff at this particular are snotty sand petty. Don’t shop here. But online or at Ulta. Better yet, don’t buy their stuff at all. Subpar products NOT worth the high-end price tag. Just take a sniff of the liquid foundation - it stinks of chemicals galore which is not the case with any other high end brand, or even many drugstore brands. Shop at INGLOT online, prices are a lot cheaper and they have way more selection of colors.

Am so.happy that they were able to help me to match my skin with a foundation I was so happy that they found one for.me.and the lady was super nice am.glad that I went there,keep.up the good.work guys👍

Taylor was awesome at Mac cosmetics in South center mall! I stopped in briefly at two other make up stores beforehand,and not only did they not seem like they wanted to be bothered by me, but they also charged quite a bit for make up but Mac was free to help you find your colors. I am about to start a new job, so I needed to look on point. Taylor was friendly, knowledgeable, and really good at make up! She made me look beautiful :) I left with all the stuff I needed and she helped me achieve the look I was going for! Great job Taylor at Mac!

I really had no intention of buying anything in the store today... HOWEVER, from the moment I walked in, every associate made me feel extremely welcome and made sure to answer any questions I had! They were all so friendly! It made me want to actually stay in the store and take my time to shop! Best customer service I’ve had in a long time!

I love this store! Everyone is helpful and friendly. Bethany in particular has been incredibly helpful whenever I want to learn or try something new.

All the makeup artists are good but at this location makeup artist Bethany is awesome. I’m not sure if I got her name right or not but yeah I don’t know much about makeup. The way she shows you products and give you all the information ralevant to the product you’re trying is perfect. She wouldn’t push you to buy stuff but she’ll make you satisfied and if you’re not buying at the same time, definitely you’ll go back. That’s what I believe. She’s super nice. I’m very comfortable to try beauty products with her.I’m giving 5stars to her!! Keep it up girl

Got my make up done for my birthday. The girl who did my make up was amazing!! She was also knew alot about which products to use on my face.

The guys here were super helpful and very nice.

Me and a friend went in to buy concealer. And a girl went up to us and slammed the drawer and told us we couldnt touch anything. She should have at least politely told us we arent allowed to. Never once has this issue before. Never shopping from here again.

Its a ok store, just doesnt feel welcoming, you hit or miss with the people who work there. Some try to hard while others dont at all. Maybe i just prefer Sephora and ULTA, more to choose from especially at ULTA.

Okay, so I went to this store on my birthday, not really knowing what kind of service Id get. I was pretty amazed at how well the staff treated me. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and Bethany, who I later learned was the manager was so patient and helpful and knowledgable and she worked so diligently to help me find the right foundation to switch to - as my skin had aged (changed) over the past 10 years since my original MAC color match. I saw the staff work so patiently with a lot of customers - some purchasing and some just testing around with products. I also made note that they helped a diverse set of clients and were patient with all of them. Every. Single. One. Another worker, Aniita stopped over before I left and explained some things to me AND offered me a custom cupcake for my birthday. I declined, but I thought the staff was great. My best MAC experience since my first visit in LA several years ago!

The store has the worst customer service. The only reason Im going in actual store is to talk to professionals and receive an advice. At this time I needed help to choose new color of eye shadow along with buying base, primer and mascara. I made two attempts to ask a question. At first time I was interrupted at the middle of my sentence by the store associate who decided to serve another customer who just walked in. The second time the same associate just left not even listen to me. I asked his information card and he rejected to give it to me even though the information card is property of the store that should be available to any customer. I asked his name and he told Chris...not sure if its true. I left and didnt buy anything.The idea of the customer service is that store associate represents the company he/she works in. And not only the company but all those expenses that were made in order to produce a product and earn revenue and now there is this ONE person who stands between customer and product. I felt that 30min of my time were wasted.

Very discriminatory. Received no help or customer service not even a hello or a greeting and felt like it was because of my race. Would not go here ever again. Ill just go to the Macys MAC or Puyallup MAC store from now on.

Such a negative environment every time I walk in, always ignored whether store associates are with a customer or not. I usually end up going to the MAC in Nordstrom, they have good service.

I had the best customser service here. The girl that was helping me (i dont remember her name she was asain) was so nice. If a lipstick was too dark for me (im extremely pale), shed tell me and help me pick out another one. It didnt feel like buy something And get out like it is at other macs or Macys. Also she kept complimenting me and calling me doll face ECT. Which is something I feel like we need in makeup. Ive never had someone so nice and helpful either here or at sephora. This girl is amazing and I hope She sees this!
