Dunn Edwards is always good, however, this store is popular with contractors and so if you need a paint match, be prepare to wait a few hours or overnight if youre coming in during the evening.

I’m a paint nerd, so I will proceed to geek out in this review of Dunn Edwards. For the other paint nerds - I’ve dissolved and formulated my own damar. Old Holland is my oil of choice, glazed in the Dutch tradition. Watercolors?- Daniel Smith Extra Fine for the quinacridones. In residential and commercial properties, exhibition spaces, and art murals, it was Miller AcroPure only for 18 years. Then I got to Tucson. Dunn Edwards Ultra Grip Select, Everest, and EverShield have better adhesion, hide, viscosity, and sheen of any house paints I’ve used - and I am picky as hell. -Founded and formulated in the Southwest, acquired with benefits to local employees by a century-&-a-half-old Japanese paint and pigment company, hands-down the most products with nearly zero VOCs from a regional manufacturer - and affordably priced. Unless Dunn Edwards changes their formulas, just forget about paint from any place else.

Not a good experience. Asked for paint for a security door. Was told to pick a color. Told person the color I wanted a rustic color. Expected too much I guess. Will take my business else where. Not a friendly place.

Closed early. I can see silhouette of an employee inside the store but open sign not lit and no lights on inside the store either. I know its Sunday afternoon, but seriously? I showed up ten minutes before they are supposed to close. Good grief

Even though they did not have what I wanted they sent me to the place that did. They even called ahead to make sure it was ready when I got there.

We had major nail holes when we moved in our office but our landlord only gave us a bucket of dried paint and said good luck. Dunn-Edwards was not only able to match the color but helped us save money compared to the other paint shop! Awesome place!!

Dunn Edwards paint is much better quality than what you’d find at any big box store. There is a color expert on-site, which is great for people like me (can’t pick paint colors to save my life). Also, it doesn’t hurt that there are some very good looking men working here.

Customer service could be better.Tried to return an unopened can of primer I was told when I purchased quite a large order it could be returned. The staff said I needed the receipt. They asked when I purchased it..about a month ago. Staff said they would have to go back through their recorda sigh..they clearly didnt want to do that. Better to inconvenience a customer who has to make another trip.

I called D-E as I am going to paint a small room and have no painting experience. I went to a hardward store that carries paint and they had no one experienced enough, in my opinion, in paints. So a friend told me to call Dunn-Edwards on Speedway. I had a great experience with the friendly rep I spoke with who gave me detailed information and an approximate price for the paint I wanted and the equipment I would need to complete the painting project. I am looking forward to my painting project thanks to the friendly and expert assistance I was given.
