Their work was quick, yet precise. We had a great experience with Express Flooring. We also like the warranty - because we know well be in this house for a long time!

Our experience has not started to be a good. Called to set up an appointment, got the appointment. Now due to conflict we need to make an appointment for a different date. We have spend all morning trying to change the date. Guess what nobody answers the phone. Express Flooring just lost a customer. Hire someone that answers their phone.

I saw their flyer in the mail which was saying what good prices they have so I got my appointment over the phone. The dude came a few days later and was very rude and unfriendly. When we started talking price he asked me how much I thought it would be. I guessed around 2k-3k considering it was just a small house (bedrooms and baths not included) he kinda laughed under his breath and said it would be at least 8k and started explaining how it was a large area(which it wasnt) so I said no thank you and said I didnt want to continue so he didnt say a word till he left. A couple months later I got a handy man who said how ridiculous their price was and would do our floor for around 1k. Very disappointed on how easily they can rip you off

Wesley was the best. after having been rescheduled no less than 4 times by another leading company. Wesley came out and assessed the situation and got us a price that was within 300 dollars of there competitor on a Friday and had it installed on Monday carpet looks great and was a leading factor in the sale of our home being quick. Ordered carpet through Carmen. They brought out the wrong color. I called Carmen he came right over. Went over the colors and they will be installing the right carpet by the end of next week. We spent almost 4 hours discussing flooring and negotiating pricing with the representative. They pulled my credit and got me financed. We signed the contract and set a date for installation. We also made arrangements for somewhere to stay while they were in her home. We were just contacted and told they cant do it for the negotiated price and we will need to pay more to continue with the installation. I feel like my wife and I have been taken advantage of and this was the plan from the moment we signed. Now were trying to verify that we will be receiving a full refund of our deposit and were getting the run around. The contract says we have 3 days to cancel and that 3 days is up at midnight tonight. I feel that they are trying to let the timer run out so they can keep our refund. Ive lost complete trust in this company and I would suggest you explore other options for flooring services.

Express Flooring came and put in wood-look tile in my great room. The room now looks so open and I am so pleased with how it came out. I love how the color of the tile goes with the wall color and the furniture. I used to have carpet in this room so the tile is a vast improvement. Don was very friendly and patient. He was knowledgeable with the flooring and helped me make a great choice. The install was easy and fast. The work men were very neat which was huge and very professional. It was a great experience from beginning to end. Starting with our sales consultant, Carmen, who was extremely knowledgeable and guided us through the whole process, answered all our questions, and helped us make good decisions. The installers showed up exactly when they said they would, were very proficient and skilled, and finished the entire job (which was the whole house...carpet and vinyl tile) in two days, instead of the 3-4 originally quoted. The lead installer, Fernando, was helpful, friendly, courteous and clearly motivated to do a good job. We chose Express Flooring initially because their TV ads appealed to me, but we are very happy we made that choice!

Express Flooring the team that I did an excellent job. I had tile flooring put down. I did leave some tile in front of my front door after the tile was put around the old tile I didn’t like it and the worker broke the old tile and put in the new wood look tile looked a lot better. Now I have two more rooms to do.

Wesley came to give us a quote for our entire house and had a horrible attitude as soon as he walked in our door. He was very short in tone and came across as a complete jerk. I wanted to ask him to leave before he was even done. A friend warned me and I should have listened. Never again.

This is our second time using express flooring and we are so happy with how everything turned out. Our floor is so pretty and our home just looks great! It matches our kitchen cabinets so well. The installers did fantastic and were so friendly and wesley the consultant was very helpful also!

We had Express Flooring come in and install floors into my kitchen and bathrooms and I could not be happier. The design consultant was Don and he showed us different samples and measured our house for us. The flooring goes great with my cabinets and I have told my friends to use this company because I am so happy with how it turned out. The whole process was done within 3 days and it was very fast.

Our design consultant Don was amazing, very professional and not the least bit pushy as he walked us through the process. The installation happened very quickly. We met on Saturday and were done by Wednesday. True artistry.

Wesley came to our home to measure and talk about flooring options. The entire experience was really bizarre but I will summarize the key points. Wesley was combative and rude immediately - I dont know why. He talked down to us and treated us with hostility. Beyond this, his technique had many red flags: he would not allow us to proceed without telling him how much we are willing to pay despite us explaining that we would like to understand the options because we are price-sensitive, he refused to provide quotes for two quality levels of carpet so we could compare, he said that he does not provide price breakdowns, and ultimately he gave us a price range for tiling 1400 sq/ft of $18k - 36k. He used a estimating tool available to the public but he checked off factors (like a need to remove existing tile which is costly but doesnt apply to us) which increased the price range - I only discovered this when I checked the tool on my own afterwards. Quotes from other companies to have the same work done came in at around $6-8k. This is highway robbery and a very poor attempt to take advantage of inexperienced homeowners.I would never recommend anyone even bother with this company. Whether this salesman represents their business practices or not, if there is even a chance that you would be treated this way it is not worth it. There are literally dozens of flooring companies and contractors available, there is no reason to use this terrible company.

The design consultant was great. They answered my questions and were very knowledgeable. I’m very happy with express flooring and my home looks so much more open. I would recommend them to friends and family.

So I had a consultation today and dont think I can recommend this company for anybody residential. I dont think its fair to give the name, but the consultant came out to provide the bid, and from the phone call leading up to the consultation, and then throughout the consultation he seemed like I was wasting his time and like I had done something wrong. It was very uncomfortable talking to him and interacting with him. Mind you, we are tiling 1,400 sqft and the people that scheduled it seemed to really want our business. If it is such a waste of time for the consultant, why come out at all?The worst part is that they require you to either sign the contract or lose the bid completely on the spot. They are talking 20k for tiling our 1,400sqft house and they act like that is something you can just snap your fingers on. That cost is 10% the worth of the house, and they provide no cost breakdowns. No cost breakdown for labor and materials, just a flat rate. Clearly they are set up for commercial properties, I didnt even consider the cost just because the experience was negative leading up to it. Every other flooring company has offered a cost breakdown and samples so we could think about our decision.OH! and when I questioned the fact that they can only hold the price the moment they are in the house, he pulled out some mailer advertisement with fine print that said the price is only good during consultation, as if they expected me to have seen their mailing advertisement? I had just looked the company up on google and called the number, the person who scheduled my appointment had never mentioned this fact, and the consultant was very defensive and seemingly angry that I didnt know their fine print from their mailing advert. From the experience I cant recommend anyone call in, or at least get other quotes before you call that way you can compare it on the spot. I made the mistake of having Express Flooring come out first, clearly you need competitive bids on hand to compare.

About two months ago, in December of 2020, I received an advertisement from Express Flooring saying that I could receive a discount of up to 64% off flooring products, such as tile. On 12/10/2020, I met with an Express Flooring salesperson, and signed a contract to have Express Flooring install porcelain tile throughout my 2,074 square foot home for a price of $36,175, which included the cost of removing all existing flooring, which included carpeting, vinyl, and stone tile. I asked the sales person to see a breakdown of what I would be paying for, but he told me it was not possible to do this.The work on my porcelain tile installation project began in earnest on Thursday, December 17, 2020. Several days later, after the second day of tile installation, I discovered around 20 floor tiles that sounded a hollow pop noise when I lightly tapped on the tile with the blunt end of a nail clipper. Also, one of the hollow-sounding tiles fractured when I lightly tapped on a corner section. A day later I pulled out two shards of broken tile and discovered that there was no adhesive under the corner.The next morning, I said to the tile installers when they arrived, “We have a problem”. They agreed to contact their manager, who is not employed by Express Flooring, and that he would visit my residence to inspect the issue of hollow-sounding tiles. When the manager arrived, I tapped on the tiles that reverberated with a hollow sound. I told the manager that the corner of one tile fractured because there was nothing but air underneath it.The next day, a manager with Express Flooring visited my residence, along with the tile installers’ supervisor, who visited my residence the previous day. I explained that one tile had fractured due to insufficient adhesive beneath the tile. Further, I told both managers that I found a national standard for the application of adhesive to the underside of floor tiles. It read, “for an interior dry application the thin-set contact should be at least 80% coverage and the 20% voids must be equally dispersed. Plus, the corners and the edges of the tile need to be fully supported.” The Express Flooring manager informed me that the Arizona Registrar of Contractors only required tile setters in Arizona to apply adhesive to the underside of floor tile “so that it covered as little as 50% (FIFTY PERCENT) of the under surface of the tile”. Further, he said that the only standards Express Flooring had to try and meet were those of the Arizona Registrar of Contractors.On Monday, February 8, 2021, a handyman unrelated to Express Flooring, visited my home to perform a drywall repair. At some point, the handyman told me that that the grout lines and tile edges for several tiles were not straight. Then he pointed to several places where the grout between floor tiles was insufficient, leaving the straight edges of the floor tiles exposed and not concealed. The handyman explained to me that to correct the insufficient grout, the grout would have to be removed and then replaced with new grout. Although most of my newly-tiled floors have sufficient grout, there are several places on my floors where the grout is obviously insufficient.I am extremely disappointed with Express Flooring and with the independent company that did the installation. Many of the installed tiles were not level with an adjacent tile. The installers played loud Mexican music and dug at least two holes in my backyard to deposit liquid waste in, one of which was dug and concealed from me with a layer of old carpeting after I demanded that the practice be stopped.If any reader of this review wants PROFESSIONAL flooring installation for a fair price, go elsewhere, like with HomeAdvisor for example. Also, purchase and have delivered to your home’s garage the tile or flooring you want installed—purchase it from Home Depot, or through a retail dealer that specializes only in flooring, like Floor & Décor. As of April 6, 2021, Express Flooring still has not completely and adequately grouted my tiled floor.

Their products are good but the installation process is the worst Ive ever experienced we were required to pay up front so that all of our products would be removed from inventory. Now they claim some parts are back ordered. They have boxes of unopened flooring sitting in my house and I cant even get a return call from Bruce the installation manager. Terrible, retrieve service after they have your money.After getting the GM involved, the flooring installation was completed to our satisfaction today.

I emailed Express Flooring on Sunday and they gave me a call 30 minutes later to set up an appointment. We scheduled it for the next Saturday. Jesus the consultant was great. He listened to what I wanted and brought in some samples and we chose what fit best with my house. The installation took a day and a half and he did a good job. Literally just left the store on Santa Rita Ave and walked in with my husband looking for flooring. Absolutely no one would help us and we were the only ones in there. There were three men in there and not one of them would acknowledge us. Do not recommend at all.

We had carpet put in most of our house by Express Flooring and we are very happy with it. The carpet is beautiful and Im impressed that it doesnt show the wheel Marks of my walker. The process went quick. It took two days. The installer was very professional and have been installing carpet for over 30 years! We are very happy!

Setting up the appointment for the initial consultation was super easy and they had next day appointments. Don our consultant was friendly and very helpful. They bring the flooring to your house so you can see how it looks with your furniture and paint colors which was very helpful. They offered installation 2 days later and the installation process was easy and fast. They moved and replaced all the furniture in our rooms. Can’t beat the warranty on their carpet products. I would highly recommend express flooring to my friends and family.

Marcelo was our installer and installed two rooms of carpet. He was fantastic and professional. He avoided putting a seam right in the entry way and we loved how he was thoughtful about that. Ashley helped us choose the right colored carpet and she was great. She was pleasant, funny, and a fantastic personality. We called Ashley with all of our questions and scheduling concerns and she was happy to answer all of them for us. We would use express flooring again and recommend them to our friends and neighbors!

We had our carpet replaced on our stairs and hallway and we love how it looks! The consultant Don was very careful making sure we chose the proper grade carpet for the stairs. Very pleased with the consultant Don and the install. We love the color and how the carpet feels. The padding under the carpet feels wonderful and soft. The carpet we had before was very thin and not good quality. This new carpet from Express Flooring is so great and feels nice to walk on. We are so happy we upgraded our carpet and chose Express Flooring.

Express Flooring installed tile and carpet into my home. We chose a wood-look tile and we absolutely love how it turned out and the color of the tile and carpet and how it goes well together. Excellent job as usual from Express Flooring, they had done new tile in our kitchen a few years ago, that is why we chose them to do the rest of the flooring in our home, the craftsmanship was fantastic. In particular, the dining room floor had some crack damage in places that was repaired, leveled and sanded down smooth to accept the new flooring, very impressive high quality work, thank you Express Flooring!

Very happy with the service, both customer, and the experience of the actual carpet laying. The work was completed in a timely fashion. It was a fast process and I have recommended them to many people. We are getting carpet and tile done in our guest house next year and we are excited to use this company for the third time!

Great product and service.

We had carpet put in our living and Ashley helped us pick out the color. We decided to go with a light carpet color to make the room look more warm and bright. The installation was super fast and we are really happy with this whole process. I would love to use them again and overall we are very pleased.

I had Express Flooring come and put vinyl floors in my home. Jesus helped us pick a color that went well in this room. The brown floor matches our dark brown furniture. We are really happy with how it came out. Great company

This is my second time installing carpet from Express flooring. The design consultant did a great job of showing me all of the options they had for flooring. The installer did a great job and made sure everything was cleaned up after he was finished in the room
