They replaced my winshield but made alot of scratches and piercings on my dashboard and the sides of my airbag frame. They told me to wait 3 days for it to fully seel which is suprizing since every place Ive know its only 24 hours. I have yet to see if it will work in rain but once I see Ill find out. Ill raise the rating if the seel turns out to be good with no water leaksThey also tried to upcharge me $50 extra after offering me a lower price. And you will be paying $21 extra in fees if you have a credit card.

Highly recommend! Dropped off our car 2 hours before our scheduled appointment time at 5pm since we were in the area and it was finished 30 mins after our scheduled appointment time so we got to pick it up sooner than we expected! Super nice and kept us informed throughout everything! Great service and a great price!

I was quoted one price over the phone with a lifetime warranty. I told him I wanted dark dark tint all over. When I arrived, the only option he gave me to get on the front 2 windows were basically no tint at all. Even though I asked for the darkest tint available. Once it was time to collect the payment, I paid in cash (shouldve never did that) and I had to ask for some type of papertrail for the lifetime warranty. (I clearly wasnt getting any type of receipt from him.) The guy had the nerve to tell me theres no warranty unless you pay the taxes for the service. That made me really question his way of running business. Im not happy about the situation at all.

Very bad customer service. Multiple appointments were made/cancelled because of over booking. Finally finished installing my alarm, but nothing works as it should be. Now have to take it to a real shop to have them redo the whole installation

These people are amazing, service is super professional. The shop looks extremely clean which is highly rare for any shop that deals with vehicles. The owner himself tends to the business alongside his employees and its quite noticeable that his business is his interest. The prices are also great so definitely a must for someone who is playing out of pocket. Any glass or tint these guys are definitely the go to people also his jobs are timely and no errors.

Came here and got my truck tinted. Made an appointment and it was fast. Guys did a good job and price was very economical for what i got. Life time warranty. Going to bring my other car here as well.

Horrible service! Poor craftsmanship. The owner is a horrible liar and a cheat! Quoted me. Cash price then the price jumped up $50.00. Lots of bubbles or air pockets left in the tint asked to wait one week to allow for drying. Waited, went back and was given excuse after excuse as why that had happened. First I was told my car was old (2005), next my windows were dirty, then it was late in the day, or that I wasn’t waiting long enough for the bubbles to dry out. Lastly that I must’ve rolled all the windows down. Physically impossible to roll down my rear window. He made me go back four times before he had to replace three of the four side windows. Left a bunch of clippings and towels in the car when they were at 7:30 pm. I’ll never go back and will tell everyone I know what a horrible experience that was.

Thought I would save a few bucks because they did a good job a several years ago. Should have listened to the old saying, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Ive been back twice and they dont fix all of the bubbles. I point out the bubbles and the owner keeps saying that I need to wait till the weather heats up; Ive waited more than a month. Not going to waste my time going back a third time. My advice to others is pay the extra money to have a reputable shop do a good job.

My boyfriend took my impala here yesterday 6/29/2020. It was poor quality so I called to ask him why there were so many bubbles on my windows after. He said to give it a week and they will go away and if they dont to come back and he will do it again but no refunds. I was not happy with the tint job so I had my bf take it back to be removed from all the windows. He did get a refund, however when I got my car back home I noticed there was still tape on the back driver window. I tested the window. It went down and did not go back up. My boyfriend spoke to the manager who said my window was already broken before which is absolutey not true and he refused to fix it. He didnt care. Do not go here if you want a quality job for your money.

Great experience. I got my windshield replaced there. The owner and staff are very friendly, and they even helped me fixed some other small issues for free!!! I feel I was being treated like an old friend. They even went to the parts shop with me to help me get the right parts to fix my remaining issues from history.I’m surprised to see these 1 star review popped out at basically the same time and stated the same words. I believe these are from competitors trying to make Tucson Tinting sounds bad. If you have doubt, just go visit them and see how friendly and professional they are.

Had appointments to bring 2 cars to them on the same day for tinting. Dropped the first car off and was told to come back in 2 hours. After the 2 hours were up we returned and the first car was moved but no tint whatsoever. He told me that he was behind schedule. I understood that because he was the only one working. Even though 2 hours were wasted, I said that I could reschedule. Thats when he insisted that I keep the car there and he could call someone to come help. I told him that I had to reschedule and asked for my keys back. He told me that the person who moved my car took my keys and left by mistake. He called the guy to bring my keys back and said that hes five minutes away. Ten minutes later, I asked for an update and he said Im sorry sir, I dont know what to tell you. Five minutes later, the guy shows up with my keys. Needless to say, I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!! Complete waste of time!!

I was at carwash next to this place the guy walked to me and said hey I can fix your window regulator bcz it was stuck not rolling up. I drove to his shop. After 1 hr I cant fix it, you need to buy a regulator I will not charge extra for installation he said. I paid him for his failure to fix and also for installion and then left his shop to buy a regulator. Went back to his shop he refused to install the regulator. He was asking to pay him again, I might have paid him but he was really rude...
