Tito Valenzuela is a terrific person. He helped me solve a long lasting problem I had with an alarm system installed by someone else. I had him replace my wife’s radio and add a rear view camera to he 2012 Subaru. My wife is very happy with the professional installation and how well it functions. I highly recommend Audio Express. It won’t be the last time I visit them again!

I’ve been a returning customer for years and spent thousands of dollars on my cars here. Called up and spoke to the supposed supervisor about a new install and just received the runaround and he talked down to me as if I was stupid. It’s unfortunate because I’ve always received excellent service in the past. They have lost a long time customer. Too bad!

I went in to look for a new car stereo but they only had 8 to 10 units to choose from. Besides the poor selection choices they do not allow appointments to be made for installations, so you either show up before everyone else or you wait for any current installations to be completed; hopefully before the end of the day.Not great.

These guys got me set up with same-day, walk-in work on my vehicle.i needed my headlight assemblies swapped out and a full set of LED bulbs equipped. the aftermarket bulbs included LED strips as daytime running lights, which was intended to modernize the front end of the vehicle and bring it out of the mid-2000s.within a couple hours they got me squared away with VERY reasonable rates for the labor performed. definitely considering bringing my car back for any future work. the lights look incredible; better than i expected. the vehicle doesnt look so dated any more (and its cool that i can see at night)the staff is friendly and down-to-earth, their labor rates are affordable and they know what theyre doing.

Dropped the Ford Escape at 9 am and was notified it was ready at 4pm.Had a complete radio, Sirius/XM, backup camera, all the necessary wire harnesses and speakers installed.The installation of the replacement dash escutcheon was perfect! Looked factory.Kudos to the installers and a big thanks to a great sales rep., Tito. He was excellent in his explanations of what we could afford. Absolutely no pressure or up selling. These guys are awesome! Another shop ruined my old stereo and put in a new Kenwood but couldnt get it to work. Took it to Audio Express on Oracle and within 30 minutes they figured out what the other shop did wrong and fixed it. Very reasonable price and friendly, professional people.Thanks for a great job!

I went in to this location to get a DVD player installed! They said it would take about 3 to 4 hours because I had sun roof! No problem, I had the day off! Heard nothing and it was thirty minutes to closing time. Called told me it would be done around 10 am got there little after 9 told me it would not be ready till maybe 11 or longer. It took almost the entire day for them to install it! I live in Vail an hour and half away! I was hard because I had to have someone home to be able to drive to pick up the van! Which was hard to coordinate since my husband and I have jobs! I was disappointed that it took longer then they said it. Cost me a day of work and trying to figure out how to get my van! It would have been fine not having it ready in one day! But they kept pushing back!

My initial interaction with this store and the associates was great. Tito helped me find the right stereo for my car at a fine price. He didn’t try to upsell me anything I didn’t need. I was stoked. Then they had to order a part, so the installation couldn’t happen right away (which was fine by me). Here is where the lowering of stars come in. I wait 2 weeks, call the store and they say it hasn’t come in yet and to wait. Then I received a missed call from them with no voicemail a few minutes after I had just called. They don’t call back again. I wait 2 more weeks and call in and they said they had the part (they told me they would call me when they got it in, nope). Then I get an installation date set. They ask me to drop my car off at 9am. Told me they would call when it was ready. I had to call them at 12:30 to check, still had 2 cars ahead of mine at that point. (Why have me drop it off so early if it’s just a free for all?) I waited for their call until 3pm and just called in anyways, and then they said it was done. As someone who has worked customer service, if you say you are going to call a customer, you better do it. The workmanship is fine, it’s a stereo and it sounds great. The customer service on the front end is lacking. I suggest to actually call customers when you say you will and not make them call and check in “every so often”. If you keep your word, customers will keep coming back AND give great reviews. I wouldn’t use this shop again if I had a choice. And I won’t recommend to anyone who actually needs an installation.

They installed a stereo and new connections in my car. The work quality was excellent and they offered to show me how to set up the bluetooth on my new stereo. Overall I really like the work they did. I had to take one star off because I ended up waiting 3 hours to have my car worked on, and I was the 2nd customer in the store after they opened. I wouldnt have minded just coming back later to pick it up but I didnt know that going in.If you come here, just know that theyll do quality work on your sound system but you may have to leave your car there for most of the day.

Audio express reached out to me after the bad experience I encountered previouslyAudio express got it right this time around they provided me an excellent service and the work took less than an hour and it was excellent work by JJ and Tito.They accommodated me and even gave me a call back to keep me appraised with the ongoing work.I think my previous encounter was due to audio express overwhelmed with lots of orders and been short staffed that particular dayBut overall will give a 5 star rating and am happy with the OEM 3D speaker upgrade for my S-class.Will definitely recommend to friends a family..Thanks guys good job!

My hubby wired out subwoofer backwards and ended up blowing out our amp. Guys ended up finding the problem when they started working on the whole thing and fixed that and got us a good amp and radio. They did a really nice install on the head unit and picked out a nice radio. Sound system sounds basically brand spanking new in my car. Glad I took it there. Pricey products but the peeps are super nice people

They asked me when I walked in what I wanted and how much I was looking to spend. I needed a new sub and and amp. I wanted to spend $400 the total came up to $450 which was reasonable until they said I actually needed a 13.5 instead of a 12....price jumps $200 ok fine..it wouldnt fit ok this one will I think Im done an hour later they tell me to come listen and see what I think. For a 13.5 this was hitting like a 6. Turns out I need a stronger than suggested amp thats $100 extra...walked out with a $750 bill and mid hitting subs... Id highly recommend going somewhere else. The installation guy was really cool and had great customer service tho. Hes the only reason for the 2 stars.

Have not installed the speaers yet but they appear to be fine. I was surprised when I asked to have the TWO wires from the old to the new speaker and was told the minimum fee was $25. Its not like I purchased the speaker elsewhere but $25 is absolutely ridiculous.Well surprise tonight. I was Very Clear to Tito, twice that I needed a speaker with a 2 Ohm impedance. When I opened the Kenwood KFC 4675C box the speaker is clearly marked 4 Ohm Impedance. So now I have to drive back to either get a refund or an exchange. Living in Vail thats a 45 minute drive x 2.Then drive back and install the speaker. Not happy but I should have checked and not relied on the professional. As I type this I considered having you install the speak and door panel but if it cost $25 to move two wires I cant imagine what a speaker / door install would be.

He knows the products and is thorough in his quotes. The tech team did a good job in installation and Chris went beyond the norm in providing a tutorial in use of Bluetooth on an iPhone and an android with the system we purchased. I went to Audio Express on Saturday, March 22nd. I was told they wouldnt be able to install a new stereo for me that day, but I could purchase it and have it installed the following Saturday. I agreed and spent over $500, and was sure to mention needing better install of the microphone, as the previous stereo I had installed by them left the wiring for the microphone hanging and it no longer worked. I returned on Saturday, March 27th before they opened. I was first told it would take 3 hours despite having to already wait a week. They then halved the time. After they took my vehicle back to start the install, they called me and told me that although I prepaid for an Alpine stereo,no one had set it aside for me, and they were out of stock. They offered to install a Kenwood that was equivalent, and I accepted. Mostly out of impatience. They did finish within an hour,which was appreciated. However, today when I tried to call someone through Bluetooth, they couldnt hear me.no matter what I tried,and noticed that it wouldnt allow voice commands either. After inspecting the microphone, I noticed that they never replaced it. The cable was the same from before,which means it wont work. However, theyre closed on Sundays and Mondays, so I wont be able to reach them until Tuesday on my lunch break at work to tell them my issue. Im hoping this can be rectified, but Ive never been so unhappy with Audio Express. I used to only go to them for my car stereos, but never again will I pay money for their products or services.

This all happened the day before taking off on a cross country roadtrip. I thought my antenna got disconnected somehow so I go to Audio Express. When I entered the building I was promptly greeted by Michael and I told him my problem.I understood when he told me it would be 45 minutes until they could pull my car in to take a look at it as I did go here without an appointment.I go to the waiting room and waited for about 10 minutes if that when Michael and another gentleman (sorry I didnt catch your name) came in and told me they went ahead and pulled my car around back (bays were all full) and proceeded to check my system out. Unbeknownst to me a setting was changed on my unit to something I knew nothing about (my hubs prolly changed it). They said my antenna was hooked up and I had AM/FM radio, which is what I was looking for. I was thrilled. 1) because they didnt even have to pull my dash 2) because I didnt have to wait long at all and 3) I wasnt charged a dime for the service they gave me.I totally reccomend this place to anyone wanting good prompt service. They very well could have told me my antenna was unhooked and had to pull my dash. I wouldnt have known any different. Instead they were honest about it and solved my problem.Im off on my trip in the morning and I have music I can listen to.Thanks Michael and man with no name for all your help.I will return to this store to get some other stuff I want done to my car and I will go knowing I will be dealing with honest and caring people.

Worst customer service . People where rude . Spend a lot of money for a job that I could have done at home and not have as many problems as they did. But I am happy with the system just not the people that work there because they where rude and didn’t care how much you spent they where still trying to up sell you on things. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because I like my system I bought. For everything else I was very disappointed.

They installed equipment (stereo, 4 speakers, and an amplifier) I purchased online and did a great job. All of the wires are really well hidden (I only see about an inch of wire coming off of the amp, which is under my seat). I would recommend their install service.

I just had the best experience that I have ever had in any Audio Express!!! So, my husband totalled our car, and we had just gotten our new one and needed a new system. Being previous customers already of Audio Express, we decide to get our new system there. When I go places, its my entire family that comes along. Right away we were welcomed by Christopher Brown. He courteously showed us our options and was extremely knowledgeable. My daughter was starting to get irritable so Christopher generously went and grabbed his goldfish out of his lunch bag and gave it to my daughter. As a mother let me tell you how welcoming that made us feel, and this customer service just continued. Throughout the entire process, they made us feel like family. It is rare these days to find customer service that goes above and beyond. They made sure that my family was taken care of in a price efficient and timely manner. I would highly recommend... We took two Ford Rangers into this shop to swap stereos and back up camera . The stereo and camera was sold and installed by this same shop. The one truck had been crashed and a new truck was purchased in lieu of repair. The new truck was a newer model of the exact same truck. Of course the owner wanted he upgraded equipment put in his new truck. We took both trucks in with working stereos. The swap included the factory install from the new truck to the old truck. We were called for an additional $90.00 as they were not aware of the the back up camra. Upon returning home from this swap install job; the old trucks stereo did not work. We called Audio Express and let them know and was hoping for them wanting to make it right. What we got instead was attitude. The retort was that the truck was being salvaged and who cared if the radio worked or not. Since they were paid for two working systems to be swapped that was what was expected in return. After pointing out several obvious questions about this client returning and purchasing additional equipment from them in the past, that when they check in a client do they not know that they have been there before we were told that does not matter. So after giving Audio Express the opportunity to make it right to do what they were paid for we hung up and said what a pleasure doing business with them was (NOT). There is a couple more paragraphs of excuses given by this shop, but I think you get the point. So after all this, the reason the stereo did not work is because they did not plug in the power, speakers, or antenna. Three quick snap attachments. Wow ! Too difficult? Didnt matter? Didnt care? Excuses for any of this, Seriously not alright... The attached photo is the salvaged truck. But, this does not matter to this shop....who cares? Apparently they do not...

Customer service was great when I ordered my stereo. Follow up when I picked up my vehicle was horrible. No phone call to tell me my vehicle was done. They didnt bother to show me the work. I had to find out what they did for myself. In these times companies that dont treat customers well will no longer be in business. Ill go elsewhere next time even if it costs more. You lost out on speakers and an amp install. To bad.

Went there two days ago, called a day before to get pricing on my set up I wanted. Went in and pricing became $200 more for the same set up we talked about the prior day. Long story short got my system installed and go to pick up my truck to find a sloppy mounting job for the bass knob dangling from under the driver side.Maybe next time be professional and mount it properly instead of thinking 3m Velcro tape is “CLEAN”. Place is a joke.

I was not happy with the service on Oracle in Tucson. They convinced me to purchase a stereo n amp I didn’t want and told me I had to buy a wire harness, a camera wiring system, and the plastics plate that goes around the stereo from Best Buy n Amazon. I had to wait a week to get all parts, even driving far to pick up a part. I drop my car off early in the morning and waited there while they tried to sell me on speakers n Wolfers etc. Then they could not use thisThey quickly got on the computer n started researching what stereo will fit. So it became no longer what I wanted, it was what they said would fit. I finally gave in and said let’s get that one, they told me “ we don’t carry it” you will have to order from amazon. I ask them if it’s from Amazon I need to make sure this is going to fit had two installers in the office one which pulled up on the computer after research and said we guarantee this one will fit. I told him I’m not gonna waste my money buying something that’s not gonna work. I was really disappointed that I couldn’t even get the stereo that I wanted. So I waited another week paid $400 for a stereo and brought it down to their store where they said they guarantee it would fit words from the installers and the associate. A week later, I left after dropping off car in the morning, two hours go by I get a call from one of the associates who tells me they can’t use the stereo after they took everything apart in my car and that it would cost $ 5000 for me to be able to use this stereo which I didn’t even want from the beginning, I was so angry. After all this drama that I had to endure. I faced the manager name Mike when I went to pick up car at that store who was extremely rude, told me that there was no installers that looked up this item and told me that it was not guaranteed. This is Mike manager was not even in the store when I was there, he was on vacation/sick and started disrespecting me in front of customers calling me a liar which made me very angry, and I told him that he should not be telling me that I’m a liar that you guys put me through hell for two weeks taking my car apart twice etc. He first refused to give me myMoney back but then after I threw a fit reimbursed me my money for what I paid in that store, but he did not help me with the stereo, the wire harness, wires for camera or the plastic piece. So I got screwed and stuck with these items. Mike did not care about his customers n told me to leave! I was upset I called my lawyer. I then contacted the manager from mesa who now works at the Broadway location in Tucson, met him at the store and had a completely different response than the other store. Manny was very nice and kind. He explained everything to me in detail. He said he was shocked that the other store didn’t do thorough research before asking me to spend that kind of money outside the store. He took the time to do massive research even call manufacturer for my car. He even walked me out to my car to showed me that I had car play with everything I wanted ( I didn’t know) on my stereo that I never knew I had which led me to not even needing a stereo in the first place, that all I needed was speakers. Manny was great at his store and I would recommend him over the Oracle store by 110%! I will be filing a complaint with the corporate office on the audio express at Oracle and the way these men treat you and pretend that they know what they’re talking about but they don’t. it’s horrifying for someone like me a single female who knows nothing about stereos who trusted them to be honest n clear n just taking money. This turned into a disaster and a waste of $800 out of pocket of equipment that I now have to figure out how to return and hope to get my refund back. Be very careful if you’re going to be a customer at that store. I would say take the extra time to drive to Broadway you will get an extreme better care and knowledge at that store. MIKE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND FINDING SOLUTIONS TO FIX A LIL PROBLEM WE HAD WHEN I HAD A STERIO INSTALLED IN MY SONS CAR. AND THEY DID AN AWESOME JOB ON MY TRUCK AS WELL. IF I NEED ANYMORE STEREO EQUIPMENT INSTALLED IN ANY OTHER VEHICLES I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK. THE WHOLE STAFF WAS GREAT. THANKS AGAIN MIKE!!!

I tried to install my new Android radio myself and it worked but it was acting kind of wonky so I took it to Audio Express to professionally install it.When I picked it up, it was working okay but pretty much the same as when I installed it. I drove over a pothole on my way home and the radio straight fell out of its harness onto my gear shifter and changed the gears.Outside of doing such a poor job that it almost killed me on my way home, these guys were super friendly. I called and they offered to take a look at it, but I lost all faith in them when I almost died so I declined. I would double-check their work before you leave.

They got the job done but it took a long time of waiting although they were nice about it I believe that my stereo was installed wrong because it keeps going off and on with a surge in power then my lighter isnt working either and I would rather have my lighter working so as r to keep my phone charged but they did get rid of the whinging in my system
