First time in this place. Took awhile to find what I was looking for. Not crowded at all. All kinds of good sales going on. Lady working the register was really nice.

Love this store, love the variety of fabric, craft supplies, yarn, and odds and ends. Always friendly staff, and love to use the weekly coupon for extra savings!

I love Joanns! No matter what the project, I can find great deals there. And they always have great coupons! Whether I shop online or in store.

Our most recent trip we were shopping for spiny chair 2 foot pillow fabric. Super helpful staff member, great conversation, helpful suggestions. A true professional. 5 stars. The check out person was also great. But... that was this visit, there have been other visits where we were treated rudely, which has caused us to immediately leave the store.

I came from across town to get Cricut t-shirts and my car broke down in the parking lot in the next plaza over. I forgot my tax exempt forms in the car and the MOD gave me a discount to cover the tax. Not many stores or managers would do such a thing. I was so happy because I had to get my car towed and their kindness made me feel I mattered.

I am sitting outside of the store while someone else returns with my purchase and receipt. I worked with a wonderful woman in fabrics, who adjusted the price of a fabric because it would not ring up as advertised. Turns out they put the wrong fabric on the sale rack, although it matched the specifics of the advertised sales. After receiving a total, I asked for the yellow ticket from the cutting station to be returned to me. The correct prices were on this. They refused to give it back. Now, I know why. The prices at the register do not necessarily reflect what you will really pay. This is a SCAM folks. Check your receipt carefully before you leave and be certain it matches. When returning to the inside of the store, a woman dug the ripped up yellow ticket out of the trash. She then told me to get in the line ...AGAIN! NOPE. NOT HAPPENING. I am thinking about filling a complaint with the Attorney Generals office and the BBB.

When you can find a person to help, they are very nice and helpful.

The staff was super helpful. I went looking for clear thread. The clerk walked with me to the jewelry making section. I didnt know they had such a section! Joanns has better quality crafts than Michaels! And the store is bright, clean, and more friendly. My new old favorite store! Thank you!

Need to be able to order fabric in store not only on line. Some of us dont use computers

The customer service and fabric selection is much improved since I went here last summer. I am happy for the changes and the older lady at the cutting counter was very knowledgeable and very helpful which I honestly have never had here. I am super happy for the changes and the fabric upgrades.

Absolute treasure, Last minute stop running around trying to gather clothing and materials for a costume i was putting together and wanted to make my first ever faux fur tail, had no idea wear to begin or what to do. The staff was so kind and helpful even though it was close to closing time, they had the sweetest expert in just what I was looking for ♡

Fabric quality is getting worse. Can find lots of finer cottons and broader cotton choices on line. Starting to go only for thread and sewing accessories.

Love that Jo-Anns allows pets. The employees are always very friendly and helpful. One cashier has even started keeping dog treats at the register for the dogs.

The product I was specifically looking for, they didnt carry, basting tape. But I found plenty of other things and the store is quite pleasant late at night.

I sew, knitand crochetand do some other crafts..Joanns is my #1 place to go to. People that work there are always nice and helpful. The are even interested in what your making!

I have taken 3 classes with Rhonda C. And will definitely be taking more. She is an awesome teacher and you get a coupon for supplies. I am new to sewing and needed someone to teach me how to use my new machine. Ive made a pillow case and fleece blanket so far. My 11yr old daughter made a pillow as well. Definitely recommend

Not a great selection of fabric. I was quite disappointed and didnt buy fabric, but did get some small items for sewing.

As is usual with this chain, if you are into textile arts and crafts, clothes or quilt making, fabric dying, decoration or looking for high quality sewing machines this should be one of you first stops.Their fabric selection is extensive as is their decorative additions to your clothing projects like piping and bias tapes, belting, etc.The workers here are helpful and knowledgeable and can likely steer you right to the item(s) you are looking for.

Love joanns. But so much work just to save some money. Sales flier is good for 3 weeks, so many coupons with different expiration dates, you can use multiple coupons in store. But can use only one online. Some coupons good online only. Some only instore. Almost always a mistake on receipt and need to get it fixed and money back. But I still love the store.

Didnt have a large selection of fabrics for kids Halloween costumes, and was surprised at how many employees were not masked, so I didnt stay long and didnt leave with much.

Staff too talkative and take their time. When you make sure to not have any more appointments afterwards

Place looked empty and not clean or organized at all. The yarn selection was spread throughout the store and the clearance was all jumbled. The crochet was mixed in with the embroidery and it was just messy.

Had great customer service! There was confusion as to an online ad and prices posted in the store. The manager was very very helpful, friendly and kind. Definitely appreciated that, especially during a time when so many places seem to be lacking in customer service.

Went to get the supplies to make a wedding veil for my brothers fiance. There was a cashier and a person to cut fabrics/trim/etc. So, when I had a question there was no one to answer me! I ended up having to go up and down every single isle to make sure I had all I needed! Being disabled, this was very difficult. Lastly, no one was stocking shelves. Everything in the store was maybe 40% stocked!? Ended up having to go to Michaels to get the last few things I needed!!! At least its not Hobby Lobby. For that reason, it gets 3 stars, not zero.

What I went there for I couldnt find and prices on foam was outrageous. I might as well go to the buy a new couch. I think places are getting to expensive.

After having left the Oracle and Wetmore location I decided to try this location. As soon as I walked in I was pleasantly greeted and immediately assisted. This is the standard of service that should be met by all locations. Try this location first.

Great deals and selection on yarn and just about everything else you need for your Etsy or Spotify store... well at least everything that my husband and I need for ours!

In all of my time here Ive been treated with respect until I decided to visit the store with my mother. We were racially profiled and I was extremely disappointed by our experience. The double standard I encountered when I had my mother shopping with my was ridiculous. First, one of the workers, who I believe was named Michelle, was staring at us in the nylon aisle as if we were thieves and when we went to take the fabric to be cut she questioned us insinuating it was too much fabric for swimsuits as if we had another motive. This was not only inappropriate, but rude. This comment was completely out of the normal conversation I usually make at Joanns with the workers at the cutting station. After this we went to the checkout where they radioed to one another, Ive got them up here, insinuating they had been watching us as if we were thieves the entire time. Im disappointed by the lack of respect of your staff when weve done nothing to deserve this treatment besides simply existing. I suggest POC to avoid this specific Joanns unless you want to be treated like a second class citizen. I guess now I know to take my business elsewhere. Do better.

Doesn’t enforce masks. College/high school kids walked in with no masks or mask around their chins. Manager working at 3pm we’re laughing with them. Reporting to corporate and Pima county! Employee stated that the managers won’t enforce it. That they don’t care.

Terrible business found out they are running a scam violating customers by throwing away a price receipt so you are not aware of what they are charging you, when I caught them / store at there game they got violet threatened bodily harm, found out there several hundred complaints on the better business bureau about this scam, will be letting the Attorney general know and filing a police report, watch your wallet Tucson dont shop here ...

I found what I was looking for, a picture frame, but had to dig through the shelf a bit to find one that wasnt damaged. When I checked out I tried to use a coupon that wasnt valid and the cashier didnt point that out - I only realized once I was out of the store. Overall, it was fine, but overall felt lackluster.

I went in here looking for candy dipping tools which I did find eventually. The selection was minimal and it seemed that some shelves were fairly empty. Maybe I dont come in here often enough to really give the store a fair rating. I had a difficult time finding things and had to ask for help to locate what I was looking for. I suppose there might some good sales, but over all, I thought the prices were a little high. Employees were helpful enough but sparsely located throughout the store. Im guessing thats because of Covid. Other than that, the store was clean.

Let me first by saying I LOVE coming into Joann fabric ..The ONLY reason to Why Im only giving 3 stars is so HOPEFULLY Management WILL read this post and Sell The products That they advertise online ...Like Fabric and Furniture Transfer rub ons...I Believe they do Have some from Redesign online...however IF somebody Whos new at this product Its important for Them to See a visual...and maybe some Chalk paint Wud be nice...thanks For reading ...otherwise This is the best fabric store ..just wished theyd keep up with the times and Add some Diy crafts which is chalk paints for furniture and brushes etc

Prices are not being marked on yarn bins, or individual yarn skeins. It is extremely frustrating for the customer and the staff.

Dont have that much variety in floral- and its EXTREMELY overpriced.

Great staff and the curbside pickup during the pandemic is a great option. They are quick too.

Its a small store and lacks some items. The one on Broadway is much larger. Lots of parking and easy to find.
