Best price on synthetic oil in town but for some reason only one location now. Would love to be able to get the free delivery or shipping they advertise but after 15 minutes of messing around online I just drove 30 minutes across town LOL

On the larger side for Napa stores I have been in. Had what I needed. The counter person was pleasant and customer service oriented.

Was a good purchase got a discount just for being a AAA member

I came here 5 minutes to close because my motorcycle broke down right outside, it was extremely busy with only one guy running the place. I explained my problem to the young man at the counter and he knew exactly what I was talking about. Although they didnt have my part he said he could help me if I didnt mind waiting for him to close up and finish with the other customers, this kid really saved me. Showed me a quick fix to an apparent common HD problem and got my bike running again and got me home. Its hard to find knowledge like this nowadays but even harder to find people that care enough to go out of their way to help you. I dont remember his name but he had a lot of tattoos and had a had on (look for him if you want outstanding service) thanks for always being there NAPA!!!!

Called for gates baracade fuel injection hose and was quote list ++ for it at $150 for 25 ft when you can get same product for $70 at amazon. Also tried to send a power steering pump threw them to a1 cardone and manager refuses to call me back so I can set it up to send pump in to get rebuilt.

Good old fashioned auto parts store. I needed a rear diff pinion seal and did not want one from China. Ordered online and was ready to pick up in 30 min.

Ive been stopping in here for a couple years now and have never had a complaint. The guys here are knowledgeable and helpful. They usually have the parts you need and if not can usually get it same day out of PHX assuming you call in the morning. If you set up an account with them, there prices are fantastic. Even without an account, they still often beat the competition with price and have higher quality items. They even have more non car stuff like ATV batteries and parts too. Thanks Napa for the great service and pricing!

My daughter is a student at the University and has an old car. We live 3000 miles away, so we worry about her driving an old car and getting service is hard for any woman. You just dont know who to trust. She brought it to a Ford dealership and they tried to sell her a $2000 air conditioner. While my husband was in town he brought it to this NAPA and a great guy named Tom Weidler helped him and offered to help our daughter any time in the future. It turned out to just need a $35 recharge. So mad at the Ford place, but so glad to have found a trustworthy place to take the car from now on.

I was recently in Tucson with car trouble and there were 2 places I would recommend. This Napa store and Buddys Auto Diagnostic and AC Service.

Did not have the rear washer blade I needed, but the staff was helpful.

They do what they can, but it seems like Napa corporate makes them do it with their hands behind their backs.

After waiting 3 days for my alternator to come in, the guy comes out slams it on the counter and breaks it. Now I have to wait 4 more days for another one. I would just go somewhere else, but my warranty is through NAPA.WAY TO BE NAPA
