Hmmm. When we got to the dealership, we left as almost all the signage was Hyundai, not Mazda. There seemed to be no Mazda vehicles available, and the interior appearance was that of a run-down used car lot. Despite being asked if we needed help, we left quickly, feeling 100% sure that the experience would be awful. I am still certain that we are the correct decision.

What a pleasure it was to work with Riley McGee and Jeremy Kelly at Mazda Eastside. Although the CX-5 practically sells itself, Riley worked hard to find the perfect one for me. He and Jeremy were very kind and funny and professional every step of the way, which took a lot of stress out of the process. And Riley knows his stuff! I was astounded by how much useful auto information he has in his head, above and beyond what he knows about Mazdas. The car itself is gorgeous--and after weeks of research and days of test driving vehicles with exceptional track records, Mazda came out ahead. Top safety ratings and the most luxury for the best price of all the vehicles in its class I tested. Five stars are not enough for this experience!

Their systems are pathetic having no idea what cars they have, what the status of those cars are, or what lot they are on. They are willing to send you falsely from one lot to the next all the way across town just to keep you... Not what I call a good experience. Ill be shopping elsewhere.

Lousy experience with Jim Click and the service department,I purchased a Nissan Truck less than a year ago and I have the maintenance for life deal and 2 weeks ago I had the oil changed, and they recommended a fuel injection cleaning they said nothing about needing a new battery. Yesterday the truck would not start, the battery was dead so I called the service department and asked if I had any kind of warranty with the battery and they said NO that they were sorry that there was nothing they could do, they did not offer a replacement, a used one nor an offer for a new one, in other words I was stuck with a dead battery and I am 40 miles away from the dealership, you figure you purchase a truck for $20,000 it should have a good battery. I got a jump start and drove over to Firestone, they gave me a $40 dollar discount and a new battery with a 5 year warranty, so I will never purchase another vehicle from them nor recommend any of my friends who may be looking for a new vehicle, I will continue to get the oil changes that are part of the purchase and that is it, To Hell with the Jim Click service department!

I recommend making the drive to Phoenix to purchase a new Mazda.I love my new Mazda3, but regret purchasing it from this dealership. I will not do business with a Click dealership ever again.

Purchased my car here. A check engine light indicated service needed. I called the service writer and was scheduled quickly. My car has an unusual malfunction that took 2 days to diagnose and repair. The service writer kept me posted on their progress. The broken part was replaced under warranty and my they washed my car too. Nice touch!

Eduardo Cervantes and Luis Santiago were a great sales team. I came in to purchase a Hyundai Sonata, because of the tech safety features, but, the car I wanted was not in stock. Even though they could have one shipped, Eduardo knew that I really just wanted the Tech/Safety package. So, he recommended the Grand Touring, a Mazda 6. I never even considered a Mazda, but, after test driving the Mazda 6 GT, I was like, Sold!.The Mazda 6 GT has more tech/safety features, including Heads Up Display, which is only available in the Genesis. I am more than satisfied by the recommendation, I love it! In addition, the Mazda 6 GT was actually less expensive!Eduardo and the team made the purchasing process smooth and easy. Thank you Eduardo and Luis for your service and recommendations.

If I had known at the time of purchase that the lifetime maintenance was only good at Jim Click in Tucson I would not have bought into it!!! I spend more time traveling from out of town than the oil change & tire rotation is worth. Its clearly a gimmick to get you to bring the car back to the dealership for service where they just wanted to charge me $35 for a cabin air filter. NO THANKS! Got it from Walmart for a 1/3 of that.

Appointments and customer time mean nothing to Jim Click Mazda Service. Made an appointment for a recall and oil change service. I gave them all my info including VIN number prior to the appointment. I get there and they dont have the recalled part because supposedly they didnt have my VIN number to order the part. I asked them to rotate the tires and was charged extra for it with no warning of any extra charge.Had to make another appointment with service manager Eric. The service manage told me it would take about an hour. Got to my appointment and they did not have any record of my appointment and told me it would take about two hours.Based on my experiences I will never return to Jim Click Mazda Auto Mall Tucson Service Department!

The advisor I worked with upon arrival at the dealership was very nice.Aside from that, I got 3 different quotes on the phone after one advisor argued with me about how much work the job was (he quoted me $50 too little than the total). Then the technician left leaves and dirt in my car and tried to hide it with the floor mat (I get my car cleaned weekly and I strive to keep it clean). It was a very easy job that took 45 mins and they couldnt even have the decency to vacuum the mess they made.

He takes the time and listen to you and want you want in a vehicle. He will then walk all over the lot and if a car doesnt fit your needs he will find the one that does. Bad service... I live in Sierra Vista and had to drive to Tucson to Jim Click to deal with the Mazda recalls and get an oil change. I set the appointment a month in advanced to make sure they have enough time to get the recall parts. When I show up to my appointment Scott say that I called earlier to cancel the appointment... well thats news to me. Then he say they dont have the recall parts... luckily he finds them somewhere, so I wait six hours. When my car is finally ready I find out that they forgot to give me my oil change. Common really this is suppose to be professionals and yet it seemed to be anything but. I have to drive an hour and a half one way to get this done I dont need bad service.

Eduardo Cervantes is an amazing sales person and a credit to his company. My daughter wanted to handle buying her new car herself, without dad and went to this dealership. Eduardo worked with her to find the right vehicle and she leased a new Mazda in 2014. Three years later when the lease was up, he worked with her regarding all of her options and instead of trying to upsell her another vehicle, he discussed the various options of purchasing her existing car vs leasing again. She was able to make an informed decision and bought the car. People hear all these horror stories about car salesmen taking advantage of people, a woman in this case, and it was not the case at all. Takes for ever to get an appointment. Only had 3 of 4 tires to replace the tires that only lasted for 17000 miles on my 2018 Mazda 3. Refered me to discount tire where the tires were $50 cheaper because they were too busy to help me. The service manager never returned my call about a paint issue from a service visit a month ago. Unable to repair a manufactured flaw in seat trim also and told me to call Mazda corporation instead of helping. I could go on.....

I had the worst experience with the finance manager (Lamout Lollis). They wont negotiate, and they resorted to threatening my job, since they offered a great s-plan company deal (I checked with my company and this was bogus) on a maintenance package, when I was trying to negotiate the price of the car. Drive to Phoenix for better deals, this place is a rip off.

I have bought 2 cars from Jim Click in the past 3 months and our experience has been absolutely pleasurable. They were honest and non-pushy. Tom Cothran and manager Edwin Bramhall were terrific! So much so that I have referred someone already to purchase a car and they too were 😊! My mom is getting a new car in October and she will drive down from the Phoenix area to buy it from Tom and Edwin. Do yourself a favor and take the pressure away from the car buying experience and go to Jim Click Auto.

Overall Im happy with the experience, except that they do NOT offer manufacturers extended warranties, I asked several times and was told they would only sell me the after market warranty from the company they use. For this reason Im taking 2 stars off, they are a Mazda dealer, they should offer Mazda extended warranties when that is what the customer asks for.

Not very helpful. Tell them what you want, what you have and they dont listen. Mentioned that we were both veterans and they said that we would get a credit each. Found a car we liked but was a bit high but the salesman said we can knock it down to where you need it to be for the payment that we had already talked about with the manager Jimmy. Come back to us with offer so high it was insulting, and definitely not veteran friendly. Would not recommend.

My review is based on their car services, we dropped off our Mazda 6 for a diagnostic at 9am and they never called us, so we called at 4:30pm and they told us they would call by 5pm so we can go pick up our car, no call, so at 6:15pm we call back and apparently their car tech left for the day and our car isnt put back together because they were planning on doing actual mechanic work on our car without our consent! So now we have to wait until tomorrow morning to pick up our car. I will never take my car here again.

I had a very poor experience at the service department. I was not provided a service report at the end of my service. I had a few concerns that I mentioned when I dropped off my vehicle and no one addressed them with me after the maintenance was completed. The rep that assisted me was pushy with add-ons and gave no explanation as to why I needed anything extra. Ive always had a much better experience at the east location.

Friendly, but few parts in stock.After 4 visits for parts, and 4 times failing to have the parts I need. I will just order through Rock Auto. I agree that they are nice and friendly, but when you need a o-ring that is called out as a service part in the Factory Service Manual(the same one the dealer uses) for water pump replacement, thermostat replacement, and timing belt replacement, one would expect to find them in stock. Wrong. $6 and 2 days wait for an o-ring. I can order from Rock Auto, get everything I need in one place, at one time. Get it in the same time, and ALL the parts a about half the price. Sorry guys, I try my best to support local whether with my Miata or my 2 Toyotas, but you have to have the parts to sell them.

Time estimate was 2 hours, took 4 1/2 hrs. Communication was poor throughout, not giving me any updates when they realized it would take longer. Did not ask if any of the items they found that required attention were things that I wanted them to replace - just charged me to look at it. Its like that LifeLock dental monitor commercial - they didnt fix it, just told you it needed fixing. Overall wasted half my Saturday with their poor service. I wont be going back.

Shortly after we took our 1999 Mazda Miata for service at Jim Click, we discovered a gas leak. This time I took the car to Firestone, which said the gas tank was rusted out and thin as aluminum foil. This is clearly a fire hazard, but Jim Click never mentioned this obvious danger. Im not going back here, or ever buying a car from Jim Click.

The team at Jim Click Mazda was great in assisting me in choosing a new car. I wasnt familiar with newer cars and was uncomfortable about going to a dealership. But Jerry Poore, Business Preferred Manager, graciously answered my questions. Salesperson Randy Gordy was very helpful and patient showing me different cars on two Click lots, He wasnt pushing and really wanted me to find the car I would be comfortable with. I am not a good negotiator. Randy and Ed Palma, Business Manager, were not pushy and helped me get a great deal. If you want someone will patiently show you cars and answer your questions honestly, ask for Randy Gordy at Click Mazda on 22nd and Wilmot. They are a 5 Star group at that location!
