In the current crazy market, I didnt think there was a Jeep for me. But that yellow Wrangler Unlimited on the Jim Click website drew me in, at least for a look. I had the good fortune of having Arturo Vega come over to greet me and offer his assistance.Arturo made the difference between getting that yellow Wrangler Unlimited or walking away Jeepless. He was proactive, addressed my concerns, and offered suggestions that were very helpful. He managed to offer a price I considered very fair and he creatively helped me configure the Jeep with additional options from the service department that left me feeling great. He has followed up since then to make sure Im happy. I am VERY happy! Good car, good deal, good dealer, and great sales person. Thank you very much!

We are very pleased with the modifications to our Jeep Wrangler Sahara. We had a Mopar 2 inch suspension lift, Jeep Rubicon front bumper with a Warn Rubicon winch and Jeep wheels and Michelin tires. Thank you Ashton for all the work on our Jeep.

Don’t bother making service appointments here. Today, I was scheduled at 10:30 a.m. for a minor job. Arriving 5 minutes early, I waited 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge my arrival. After the requisite check-in, I was told they wouldn’t get to my vehicle until that afternoon. Given that I do have a life, I told them to forget it, I’ll purchase the required part and look elsewhere to complete the maintenance. I ended up doing the work myself, saving $150. I always sense these dealers know they have a captive audience, and tend to treat their customers accordingly. That was reaffirmed today.

Overall a great experience. Our sales rep, Marisa Salazar was very knowledgeable. With all of the different Jeep models, options, and customization, she did an outstanding job of finding the Jeep that fit what we were looking for. She also had saintly patience with our three year old son. I had forgotten how long the process of buying a new car is (especially financing), but when our son started to get restless, she was always there with a new balloon or toy to keep him occupied and happy.Richard Bettini was also a tremendous help on the paperwork side of things. Buying a new car is always a mountain of paperwork and endless signatures and initials, but his incredible organization skills made the whole process smooth. He also clearly and concisely explained what exactly I was signing on each document.We ended up driving away with a new Jeep Gladiator that same day. Our monthly payment is a little more than we were planning, but with the extra options and protections that both Marisa and Richard got for us, I am confident that we got more than our moneys worth.

I have service for life on my Jeep Cherokee. It is one of the best things about the jeep because it means I can come here whenever there is anything wrong. The staff are super knowledgable and helpful. They take the time to explain why they are doing what they are doing. Kevin and Rebeka have both helped me on recent services. Both are top of the line and super helpful. The manager John also was super helpful in getting me new tires at the lowest price.

I brought my Jeep in to have the tire pressure sensors from new rims and tires I had purchased from an outside seller recalibrated for my TPM system... Only to find out that the rims I was sold had the sensors removed by the original owner... Which meant that I not only did I need to buy new sensors but also have them installed. While I decided to forgo that service for now, I was highly impressed by my advisor Rebecca and the Service team at JC Jeep for going the extra mile to get to the bottom of my TPM issues, and then being kind enough to help me through them. I’ve had only needed service a few times on my 2018 Wrangler jlu. I had some steering issues and most recently I caught a battery failing before it left me stranded. Greetings all,this is part one of a two part review. Last night 7/6/2021 I had issues with my 2001 XJ Jeep Cherokee. I just got off work went to start my car and had a no crank, no start condition, naturally I suspected a charging/electrical issue, luckily I had a jumper box in my jeep ( as I help others often). I proceeded to jump start my Cherokee. The jeep started but stopped and would not run unless I kept my foot on the accelerator. So I am thinking spark or fuel one or the other and sometimes both right! I called Jim Click Jeep in Tucson on Auto Mall Drive around 5:15 Pm and to my surprise a service advisor answered my call. I am thinking this is a Good start. I had given Kevin a brief description of the XJ issues and he took note. The next morning today he had Texted me my Jeep arrived Kevin gave me an estimate for diagnostic and Kevin included a NO charge visual inspection. So far I am off to a good start and feel comfortable. As I said this will be a 2 part review, now I am waiting to see how my jeep and I am treated on the next call.Bill :)

I brought my Jeep Patriot in to the dealer yesterday for the first time. I have always taken it to my “less expensive” mechanic before, but he had difficulty pinpointing any problems I had with the Jeep - if he could not replicate the problem, he couldn’t diagnose it. So I think I’ve wasted some time and money in the past... But my experience at Jim Click Jeep was AWESOME! Rebecca in the service department told me what she thought the problem was going to be simply by my description, before anyone even looked at the car. And she was right! They really know their Jeeps here, and it was such an easy, stress-free experience for me. Rebecca even offered me a company vehicle to drive around in while my car was being repaired, and she got my Uber paid for. The technicians did a full evaluation of my car and gave me a laundry list of work I need done, but there were no high-pressure or scare tactics used to get me to complete any extra work now. Rebecca gave me a list of the extra work and the price for each job, ordered by importance, and told me she’d be happy to answer any questions I had and to let her know if and when I wanted to schedule any of it. Overall, the experience was top-notch and Rebecca was particularly knowledgeable and great. Thank you, Jim Click Jeep! :)

Im just going to copy and paste the review that we left for Larry H Miller Jeep:So, we just purchased a new Durango from LHM Dodge a few weeks ago and had an excellent experience with Jay Harper and the crew there (Im not a difficult person to please, go find my review of LHM Dodge... I gave them five stars for at least acting like they wanted my business). We hoped to repeat that great experience by going to LHM Jeep to order a new Wrangler. I know theyre in short supply, but the salesman basically told us to pack sand on any discounts since Wranglers are hard to come by. We left, and headed up to Jim Click where not only were they happy to order a Wrangler for us, but they also gave us $500 off of MSRP and agreed to not charge us for any overpriced add-ons like GPS trackers, tint, or wheel locks that I can get at Walmart for ten bucks (LHM does this to the tune of $1500 in stuff youll never use... and to be fair, so does Jim Click but they agreed not to charge me). Combine that with the fact that LHM is now gouging $2k over MSRP on Wranglers, and Jim Click was the obvious choice for us since that puts us $4,000 ahead of what LHM would have charged us for the exact same vehicle.

We had our 08 Jeep Wrangler worked on when the brake booster went out. Our service advisor Tony Gallagher was great. The part had to be ordered so he kept us informed on the status of the repair. A friend of ours told us about the Jim Click team and how good they are. So on Saturday Sept. 5, we drove down from Phoenix to look for a car for our daughter. Our sales person Paul Natividad took cared of us. We gave him our budget and where we need to be at out the door. Paul did not disappoint. He showed us seversl cars in our price range and did not try to upsale us, which we appreciate. He was very professional and looked out for us. Edit: Im updating my review because I just received a call from the manager, Jim, apologizing for this situation and offering to help correct it. John was very professional.If I could give a zero star review I would. I made an appointment for 2:30 today with Rebecca to have a key made. I told them that I had to leave by 3:30 because I had an important appointment to be too. I was assured that my key would be done in time. when I got there I handed my key off to a different gentleman because Rebecca was busy taking a computer class and I also let him know that I needed the vehicle back by 3:30 and he said they would get right on it. Over an hour goes by and another gentleman comes up to me and asked me if Im the key guy. I said yes and I asked if my vehicle was done. he said he just got back from lunch and they hadnt even started anything on it and he needed more information for me. The manager was also unable to speak with me because he was on a long distance phone call with the Chrysler corporation.Not even so much as an apology for their irresponsible service. I will never go back to Jim Click Jeep ever again.

Stay away from this dealership. They force you to buy their maintenance for life, which can only be used at their dealership. If you move, you waste 1500 dollars because no other dealership will honor it. They also sold me a BRAND NEW vehicle. I didn’t see that the seat was ripped. The next day, I brought it back to them and asked for them to put new leather in there, but they only offered to pay for some guy named JESUS with a third party company to patch it. After that, they stopped answering my calls. Fiat Chrysler is no better, no help from them. A year later, I find out that these are not the original wheels that come with the vehicle. They swapped them for smaller wheels and cheaper tires.

SERVICE BEWARE Preformed Full Fluid Exchange 2014 Jeep Rubicon 4Door 100,000 milesRadiator exchange with non filtered tap water high in minerals not 50/50 or distilled water as recommended great for aluminum motors 🤔Brake fluid exchange still looks brown and was told some brake fluid they use is brown 🤔Stated that if the reservoir has sludge they don’t clean 👎 Front and rear differentials covers painted over on the vehicle to look like had been serviced and no new gasket or silicone to preform a certified job. Brake inspection was listed as red zone immediate attention for front and back. Upon checking I discovered the rear need to be replaced but the front was in the green and did not need to be replaced 🤑PVC valve replaced and tech said hard place to preform service. Upon leaving shop and driving down the road engine quits and towed to a different jeep dealership and found nicked wire next to area of PVC valve and back on the road 🤗 They wanted me to rate them 💯 % satisfied😳🤔🙃🤣🤣👎

On February 18th I traded in my 2016 Rubicon Hard Rock Edition Wrangler for a bright and shiny new 2020 JLU Rubicon. My fifth Jeep going back to the 1970s. The buying experience was great. My salesman Khelil, was knowledgeable, a great communicator, and extremely ethical in all of our interactions.When I washed the Jeep for the first time I noticed that the panels on the Freedom Top did not align properly. I removed them and even lowered the windshield and raised it trying to align the top. I soon recognized that with a new vehicle not two weeks old I should let the dealership determine what to do about the top.At about this time Khelil called me to see how I was enjoying my new Jeep. I explained the problem and asked if I should wait for my first oil change or take the Jeep in right away for an evaluation of the challenge. We made an appointment for the 10th of March.When I arrived at the dealership on the 10th I was overwhelmed by the service I received. My longtime Service Advisor, Tony got the process rolling and then Chad took over. Chad kept me appraised of the situation as it unfolded and then the technician working on my Jeep, Andres, came out and said he wanted me to take a look at the solution they had worked out. When I looked at Andres work I was very much impressed. The Freedom Panels matched up perfectly and he gave me a detailed explanation of the work performed.So, 4 Stars for Khelil, Tony, Chad, and Andres for not only finding a solution to the challenge at hand but for keeping me in the loop and communicating how they were progressing to a satisfactory solution. Thanks guys. You are why I am a Jim Click customer for life.

My husband John and I purchased a 2019 Rubicon yesterday through our salesman Uli. He did an amazing job finding what we wanted, making a great deal and making the whole experience enjoyable. My husband and I stopped into Jim Click to compare prices to other dealerships we had been to. We had no real intent to purchase a car that day. As we were walking around we were greeted by Marissa Salazar, who showed us around and had us test-drive a few vehicles that caught our eye. Her knowledge of each vehicle and patience with my million questions made me feel comfortable at Jim Click, where as other dealerships had tried pressuring us into vehicles we werent interested in.
