They have a great variety of sneakers and clothes. The guy with the beard. I forgot his name. Gave Great customer service to me. He also asked his boss can the promotion apply to my other pair of sneakers that wasnt apart of the promotion. That my 3 yr old daughter really like them. She said yes

Ana was amazing helped me at the Trumbull mall one I was going to walk out did not see what I wanted she asked me how are you I said fine then she helped me with guiding me to the pair of sneakers I wanted i looked and saw a better pair she helped me again getting the size for me and she was cute !! I love the color black and with her compliments on how they looked on me made my day, I was wearing all black with blue jeans I will be going back their just because she was great !! And a hottie,,

Great selection but the staff is a bit lazy when it comes to looking for a sneaker in store and even calling another Eblens.

Selection was great the guy helping me was nice but the additude from the lady with the yellow,purple,green color hair weave was uncalled for. She kept mumbling under her breath and the lip ring might have been making her mumble but the worst attitude I have ever encountered-for no reason. Its called customer service. I was purchasing something not asking for anything in return.

Assistant Manager Cassie is very rude. Will never shop there again.
