This is a typical target. I like it but sometimes the parking lot is a chaos and/or the escalator (for the shopping carts) is broken. This month they have Pride merchandise and they are great!!!

The store is super large. Stock was a little low. I expect between the influx of Sacred Heart students starting for the semester add to that the covid apocalypse stock would be low. However we found what we needed and the staff was pleasant.No complaints. 👌

It was a good experience. but like Dwight told Michael when he asked him to smell his breath, it was Good, not great. I went to pick up my online order. I found exactly what i was looking for online and for WAAAAYYYY less than what amazon was charging. I was able to pick it up immediately the next day, but i think i picked it up 2 days later. My only qualm was that even though there was a LARGE sign in the garage where we park that said PICK UP, there would be NO OTHER sign in the store that I could find directing me or indicating where it was. when i walk into a walmart, you can clearly see many signs with arrows, in bright orange....where were the signs in target in bright red?! And of course I couldnt find even one employee on the floor so had to ask another customer for help, she told me to go upstairs. so i took escalator up and still no signs, so finally stepped over to the register and was FINALLY directed to go to customer service where you also do pickup. What craziness. Anyway, glad I got my products, in good shape, at good price. the staff i did deal with were great and personable. The place was clean and had wide variety of products.

The ability to get everything in one place!

Stood in the tech department for 15 minutes and didnt see a soul. This Target is grossly understaffed. Having a single person work the tech department is not cutting it.

Very easy to order and pick up my order. The representatives were very friendly and helpful.

I had some finance problems. I was making an order for a toy and there was three in stock,vI checked out and they took my money. About an hour later, an email came in stating the item was no longer available, they still took my money and havent given my payment back. I waited the 5 to 7 days, I called the store and they just said to continue waiting it should come back. Its been about 3 weeks now and still nothing. Now, Im left to calling my bank and disputing the charge. Other than that this place is pretty great especially with curbside pickup.

The Restrooms are in deplorable conditions. This past year continued decline in cleanliness but it is the worst ive seen. Tried to call help desk but rang and rang & then disconnected. Im on the phone with Corporate HQ then will call Health Dept tomorrow. Will give an update soon!! Thumbs Down!!!!

Everyone is very nice and helpful at this location, most of them are. I enjoy shopping at Target in general because they have nice selection.

Its a good & comfortable experience shopping whether online or in person, however, i prefer online because of the variety and choices.

Target is one of my favorite retailers. However I do like how the Orange Ct ( Managers)treats it employees. You should some kind of under cover boss.

Open until late during 7 days a week, big and has everything one needs. Staff is helpful, like using the app for finding my own things, aesthetically pleasing, easy self checkouts which is nice, clean.

The older lady at customer service is very ignorant and rude. Get a new job hun, one that doesn’t require you to work with customers. I paid with a debit card but couldn’t get cash back or it back on my card. She said it was a credit card... I know what i paid with. Learn how to do your job & maybe double check things.

The representative who handled our return was polite and managed our concern quickly and efficiently. We had to return two identical items and get a refund for a third that the cashier had incorrectly rung up without our noticing.

They won’t let international students return things without a drivers license. l called to speak to someone about this on behalf of a young student and could not get a response.

I will recommend Target because of their service and consistency of the service delivery. The drive up service introduced this spring had some hiccups in the beginning and now its the best thing. For anyone who knows what they need and/or making a bulk purchase and dont want to stand in line, this is the best service.

No cashiers at all and the one time in months that you find one, she was rude as hell.

The employees to be knowledgeable and pleasant. It is also nice to see all of them so hard at work trying to service and customers and make sure the shelves are fully stocked.

This is a fully self serve target.They havent had a register open with an actual cashier in about 78 years.They have a good selection of products but dont expect any help from an employee if you have a question. Youre better off just googling your question.This store is mostly disappointing at back to school time.

They had what I was looking for. Unfortunately they dont have any open registers. Just self checkout and a line going down the aisle. I guess Ill shop somewhere else. Smart move not hiring anyone to work the registers. Now youre losing sales.

The item I purchased was for my nephew and I could not be there to pick it up. I loved the option for Alternate pick up person!! It went so smoothly and my nephew was able to pick up the sofa within a hour from ordering the item. Love it!!

I did not enjoy my shopping experience. I shopped on the first level. Cole a stocker did not want to call for a manager when I asked for assistance to clean up the family restroom because there was feces everywhere and I fell in the bathroom. I was going to use the bathroom not designated for families but my stroller could not fit in the other restroom and the stalls were locked. My daughter had to climb on the dirty floor to get to the toilet. Unfortunately after I fell I had to walk up to the second floor where Cole sent me for customer service. I will not be shopping here again!

I love this store. Always clean and there a lot of registers open.

Giving this a 1 star at this time. We are all expected to wear masks while in the store. At least half the staff while I was there were not wearing them at all or had their chins covered with noses and mouth uncovered.

After checking over the phone that they would be open until 9, I came here to get formula. I arrived at 7:14 and was turned away at the door. I was told they were closing early but was refused an explanation. Customer service is not difficult, I worked in it for years; this is not it.

They have no cashiers open and the self-checkout has a super long line. If their trying to save money on labor, they should try other methods. Ridiculous. I love target too.

This Walter guy skipped me when I was next in line besides that I only had two items guess hes patient for people with 20 items then two.Thanks so much for the great experience Walter you know who you are.

DONT TAKE THE BAG!!!I If ou live in CT. You will be automatically charged $1.00 for a bag online at checkout. If you forget to not take it at pickup the charge stays. If you decline the bag they remove the$1. Dont take the bag!!

I checked online for products before coming and unlike most stores everything was in stock!

I was able to get everything I needed and it was shipped quickly.

This Target has EVERYTHING, its so organized, and I love it so much.

Sells from food to home decor.

No rain coats during rain season. I mean, even if you did have raincoats, how would anyone know where to find them? After today, definitely will not be going back to westfield trumbull target. The new arrangement makes no sense, things are scattered all over the store with no rhyme or reason.

Honestly, this place needs an overhaul on customer service. One register open on weekends, no one down in the electronic section. Items are out of stock on the regular. Do yourself a favor and go to the other Target in Trumbull.

No no self checkout . had 🍌 and didnt know how to use self checkout. Person there gave no help. Left store. No customer service desk. Immediately call store. Took 20 minutes to talk to her. Stay far away

Is always clean the employee are really nice

The help was readily available and the young man served with pleasure an was willingly to help place item in my car.

Last week while I was shopping with my friend, at the self checkout, the target clerk was extremely rude. My friend has cerebral palsy and walks with a cane. However, in order for her to keep her balance to prevent her muscles from cramping, her doctors tell her to use the shopping cart to exercise the legs. The clerk at the lower self check out did not even greet her or myself. Clearly seeing there was a cane in the shopping cart; I found it appalling the clerk snatched the cart away from my friend who was being pulled holding the cart, until I said that my friend has a disability and needs the cart for balance. Instead of apologizing for her mistake that could have been a major lawsuit if my friend fell she said with an attitude I am letting my other guests pass. Ok, a word of advice to the management at this store, asking your patrons to move their shopping cart is always an option, as there was no one in the line behind us until I was at the end of my transaction.

I bought about 6 things in target and the cashier did not put the candles I bought in my bag. I went the next day to get them and went to the courtesy desk. They ought to find a new name for that because they are NOT courteous. I told her what happened and The woman said Youre gonna have to go back and get them again I said that they were on clearance and wouldnt they have put them aside for me? She and another clerk who came said they would look in the back. I could tell from their laughing that they were not looking. She did give me my money back but I really wanted the candles.I said to myself, Ah, thats why I dont like Target. I have a bad experience almost every time I shop there.

The store is huge two stories i can only account for the baby section and food. They had a good variety of diapers the ones i was looking for in one store didnt carry that size and brand. The prices were reasonable as well the food variety wasnt much items i seen within the store seems like what i can get.in walmart with an extra expense. They had a few organic items not much. The store attendant was helpful in finding items i was looking for and very pleasant and professional

I ordered online for store pick up for the first time . I went to guest services to pick up my order . There was only one person at the desk with one person in front of me a whole 4 people behind me, finally she asked for help I then had to wait over 8 mins for them to find my order . The guest services area is super messy and unorganized almost like Walmart . Oh did I mention I’m writing this review still waiting for my order ? smh . Train your employees please on another note they got a extra star because they are nice but customer service is way more than just being nice .

Such a mediocre department store. This one in particular has staff without a smile. They dont seem to care about anything at all. Target in general has prices that are too high compared to somewhere like walmart. I was looking at a thing of tape the other day that was $5.29 at Target and was $3.47 at Walmart. Seems to be like that with pretty much everything.

First I never even got an email telling me the items were in. Then when I went to the pick up line the lady behind the counter was absolutely childish and horrible!!!! I was with my son at the time.... Your employee asked me for my last name. I said Hickey... She started laughing and did not believe me and asked for my license as proof… Then she continued to laugh.. She then said how she does not like Hickeys and asked me if I liked hickeys. With my son standing right there. Everyone that was in line heard this.. Then she called the back room to get my item and she was laughing when she was telling them my last name and acting as if the person in the back room didnt believe her.. It was the most embarrassing thing I have ever happened to me.. If she was a child I would understand but, she was a grown women making fun of my last name and was very loud. I WILL NEVER PICK UP AT THIS STORE AGAIN!!! It was disgusting!!!

The store is not disabled friendly, especially if you do not have a scooter and have a mobility problem. Think thin protein bars have been unavailable for a long time. The Phone is answered after along time, and often disconnected. Staff not very helpful.

Spent a ton of time and money printing photos and they all came out terrible. Had to throw them all out

Awful customer service in electronics the employee would not get off his butt to go and check to see if the product that I wanted was there. Called the phone line and had the operator calling. He walked over the counter looked at it without even unlocking it and said nope dont have it and went back and sat back down.
