My boyfriend sent me in to purchase some things for him while he’s at work. As a female who knows nothing about paint, it can be overwhelming when you don’t know exactly what you’re looking for and whether or not the salesperson is going to try and take advantage by overcharging or up selling you, due to lack of knowledge. However, I worked with John and he was absolutely exceptional. He was patient while I communicated between him and my partner, and he did provide an additional recommendation but he was very consultative, knowledgeable and friendly. This is the only place my boyfriend purchases paint from (he has an account with them) and I feel comfortable returning in the future. I highly recommend to all!

Mike helped us. He was helping someone else when I arrived but he still did a good job multitasking with my questions. I was undecided about two products and he described both in detail to me, which helped my decision greatly! He was nice and knowledgeable for sure!

Very nice customer service

Took measurements of my kitchen into the store and hopes that they would be able to help figure out how much paint would be needed for my kitchen cabinet project. I had a detailed drawing with accurate measurement and I was told I would need 2 gallons of paint. I completed the project yesterday and have a gallon and a half of paint remaining. I took in a very detailed drawings with accurate measurements and put onto very thick coats of paint and still did not even come close. I am now $75 out-of-pocket with an unopened can of paint because that is non-returnable. I would have never purchased 2 gallons of paint had I not been instructed to buy the staff. I am very disappointed as I have put so much time and effort into our renovation and I was misguided by a “professional” at the paint store.

Quality products with sales people who are experts in the field of paints and finishes.

It depends who is working there, the skinny guy Mike is always good and the Heavy guy take 1+ hour just to get 1 gallon of paint ready, and the older guy is a NO NO
