After hitting a brick wall calling the service hotline i decided to visit your corporate store number 7606 located at 50 E. State St. In Trenton NJ.I was greeted by the store representative Rich Cole. I was amazed by his outstanding knowledge and perseverance to solve my issue. He was able to find solutions and made sure that I left the store happy. His ability to listen to my concern was beyond customer service. It was clear to me that he understood my frustration with your hotline. These people at the call center DO NOT LISTEN. It feels that they just want you to get off the line. However, Mr. Cole and his Manager Matt were there for me.Mr. Cole was a mirror reflection of his manager. Also it was clear that Matt wasnt worried about job security since he let Mr. Cole work his magic and reflected his manager leadership skills.I am a very demanding customer. Perhaps, a difficult customer but Mr. Cole was able to calm me down, and strive to find a solution to my problem. He never gave up.In my opinion Mr. Rich Cole customer service skills emphasize building long lasting relationship with me, a nightmare customer.Thank you Mr. Cole and Matt for your integrity, support and the pride you take to do your Job.
Good phones and service. Only downside is that the area isnt terribly safe. But once youre inside, the sales associates are wonderfully trained and very professional. The store was recently updated with a new look that is very bright and spacious. Their security guard is so friendly and nice to have a conversation with. Fantastic metro store. This location is a corporate store as well, so they are great in informing customers of accurate promotional information. Highly recommended.

I want to give this place 0 stars. But because it wasnt packed like the Verizon stores I guess 1 star will do! The only reason I went down there was to switch from Verizon to Metro. I called in last week to adjust my bill and find out more abt how to switch over and add another line. I was told by an outsourced manager over the phone (in the Philippines) that if I were to add 3 lines I would get a promotion of $78 for UNLIMITED EVERYTHING! We stay have 2 lines and this round be a 3rd. Both the manager and a retail store said that once I was ready all I would have to do it at the corporate office on State Street. I came in around 5pm to do this and the guy instead of listening to my situation was trying to tell me about phones. I told him I dont need a new phone that I was switching with my current phone and just needed to activate it. He said he couldnt do it and that information was incorrect! WTF! This company is giving such conflicting information. Regrets already but its cheap! And it seems like if you get annoyed or mad enough things happen! I guess you get what you pay for.
I should have given this place 0 Stars he knew nothing. And the first one I went too had been closed for a while, but metro still had it on line as OPEN WITH HOURS OF OPERATION. Cost me $20.00 in Lyft from Princeton, nj. I have no words for metro, but I WILL tell the customers make sure you ask questions about whats wrong with your phone to the person you are speaking with before you go ALL THE WAY there and the store isnt open or the person dont know what they are doing. And thats $20.00 both ways, AND my phone still isnt fixed.
The most knowedgable sales associate working for this company by far is DeAshia! She was patient with a warm personality. Came from Pa. to receive the service she gives.
The representative was very professional and helpful and gave me service with a smile.
