I had to get a couple headlight bulbs for my car. When I walked in; one employee helped me find the bulbs, cashier rang me up & arranged to have the bulbs installed and finally the extremely professional guy who installed the bulbs quickly and expertly. Ive been in this store several times and the every time the employees are helpful and the absolute best.

I went to autozone at this location, and the customer service Karen was very rude. She was not helpful at all, she sent to the aisle to look for my own part which was a head light. After checking out, she threw the part and the change at me if I was indesirable, she dont deserve to work as a customer service. She need to be coached and trained to how to do her job

Staff was great and while it was extremely busy when I arrived, they were handling customers in a quick and organized manner. I normally wait for an email confirmation letting me know my online order was ready for pickup before driving to the store but I didnt wait this time and they still quickly picked my parts on the spot and processed my core returns immediately. I know I can save a few dollars ordering parts from online retailers but having a local store which stocks most of the parts I need is well worth it to me so I dont need to wait for shipping and I can also verify the part on the spot instead of finding out it isnt a perfect match/fit and then have to deal with returns and new orders.

GOOD SERVICE FROM A FEMALE EMPLOYEE, SHE HELPED ME WITH MY PURCHASE. AND WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO HELP ME. I GOT WHAT I WANTED IN STOCK. AND I EVEN GOT A DISCOUNT! MUCH OBLIGED TO THE YOUNG LADY GOOD JOB BABE!💙✌

Place is cool, people seem happy to work there. I dont think however many people there know what theyre talking about when it comes to the truck/gathering info part. Other autozones people are clueless when I ask them for certain items like dielectric grease and will show me brake grease instead. These guys at least know the items in the store.

My car ran out of Coolant and the staff especially Karen, were so helpful and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to help.

Friendly, timely and helpful location. One of the few Auto Zones that have staff willing to scan the vehicle when needed or assist with detail what a customer is asking for.

I went to ask for a tool that I need fo my BMW 2005 and the guy said to me we dont have it, and he like kind of sarcastic said to me better take it to a mechanic, if I ask for it I knew they have it and Im a mechanic i just went my self to find it and I did find it. So that means that they dont take the effort to help the customers.

An employee actually told me he hated his job and that was the reason he was very rude to me and couldnt help me with any thing when I asked him politely. Another employee followed me around the store as if I was about to shop lift. Im a dedicated customer for years and always spend a nice amount of money in that store. I was very offended and that was my last time ever shopping there. I now shop at advanced auto and recommend it to everyone that I know. Terrible store.

Been hear since 6:50 am they should of opens up at 7:00 am and they are still not open 7:16 am hey people get up early to come get there stuff just think they could do better

This place really went down hill with knowledgable employees, make sure you reserch what you need before going there.

Been buying parts there for years. Always courteous and helpful. Yesterday, I went for a new battery for my truck. They installed it for me. Cleaned the terminals and checked to confirm that the alternator is charging.

Definitely the type of place where (some) staff feel like you asking for help is a burden. Went in seeking pollen repellent or something comparable and was briskly told they don’t have it. Never greeted or asked if I needed help when I entered. Also, an employee was spazzing about something in his personal life and was saying out loud how he wanted to punch himself in his effing face. Not sure why. Very unprofessional.

Not much of a selection and employees smoke directly in front of the front door. It wasnt so much of the selection. I see you responded to that but not the employees smoking directly infront of the door.

Every dam time I go to this store I have a bad experience they never have what I need they sell me the wrong thing they take returns from people box is retaped closed i get it home its all not there because they dont take the time to check to make sure its all there I am done with this place should have been done long ago Advanced Auto at least has knowledgeable staff and have basic parts that ya dont have to wait a day to get in and tell ya it will be in at 9am go there and they tell you 11 ya go at 11 and its still not there I dont know how the hell they stay open just awful!!

The people who work at this Auto Zone have been very helpful every time I visited. NJ Transit buses 409, 603, 613, and 607 (heading toward Trenton) all stop right in front of the store (Dayton St. stop).Once I was desperate to find fine emory paper to lap a heatsink. And they knew and had exactly what I needed.

Slow customer service. Long wait to pay. And very long wait for returns.

Horrible service tried to call and ask if they had motorcycle batteries and they said they were not sure to just come in and when we came in. They said they were maybe over there no help they just sat there. It was not busy at all. This is not the first time this happened Lazy lazy staff.

I ordered a fuel pump for a 1962 Ford Thunderbird at 3:00 P.M. on the phone. The part arrived at the Trenton store three hours later and I put it on in their parking lot. Good thing because I probably wouldnt have made it home. There were no problems. The part only cost $34.00 Which is dirt cheap. It was of good quality and unlike some places it was actually the right one the first time. I couldnt have been happier!!

Went in with my girlfriend to auto zone on southbroad st. We both went in ask for ceramic breaks cost 45.49. They didnt have it in stock and so we asked young man to provide us with 42.99 breaks. When we look in the box it was semi ceramic metallic breaks that cost 27 with tax durablast put in a box of semi ceramic metallic 42.99 one. The young man was acting ignorant. So who ever wanna buy breaks semi ceramic metallic. They switch them from box to box. Cause i spoke to the manager young lady noticed it was in the wrong box. Young man seriously doesnt know how to do his nob. When i went to auto zone on greenwood ave. We went picl up crramic break pads for the rear.. And they looked like semi ceramic metallic ones. In a box of ceramic ones smh. So folks start looking inside box. Caise of i were you i wouldnt go there at all. Employee 👎and customer service 👎 Manager really doesnt know what she is doing and enviroment needs new employees in your establishment in southbroad st and greenwood ave in Trenton nj. Really didnt want to post this but i dont want any one being fooled. I almost over payed for an item thats not worth it.

I usually go to autozones because its what im used to. Im giving 4 stars because I was looking for a part which over the phone, they told me they had. Upon arrival, the part they had was used and they didnt want to sell it to me which I agreed with. They found another store within 10 miles and said that they had it and that they would discount 10% on top the other one (military) Which totals 20%. I said thats awesome, GREAT! But of course that was a lie. I only got the 10% military discount. Im not a greedy person, but if im promised something, id expect them to keep their word! Especially because Id been already bounced around looking for something they said they had in stock. No other issues with autozone. I shop there regularly

It wasnt how it used to be years ago. I asked the guy looking up stuff on the computer about an ac cap n he said they were on the floor. But we couldnt find it. Then I went online n found it and showed him. I kept asking him to look it up and he said they didnt have it. He should had checked. The young man looked inexperienced.
