Been waiting on my part I ordered in September and still have yet to receive it. This by far is the worst online experience I have ever had. If you need a part be prepared to wait months

Best prices on OEM Acura parts. Purchased multiple accessories for my car. Placed order and parts were ready to pick up within 48 hours. Staff is very pleasant. Will continue to use for all future Acura parts. Pickup if you’re in NJ to save on shipping.

Order part on 3/12 and on 3/16, the part still has not shipped. An email by Acura Parts for less was sent out asking if I needed another part with the Kit. I did not request nor inquiry about the second part and due to that, this has been delayed 5 days. I called immediately to understand the delay. Dave (customer service) was not very helpful and mention there was no misunderstanding on there end. I requested to expediate the shipping to the next level but he said he would like into it. Im already paying a large amount on shipping. I will revise and update this review if I get this part expediated.

As a small business owner myself I can understand that mistakes happen, and what matters most is how those mistakes are being addressed.I’ve placed an online order with Acurapartsforless and had received a wrong part. It seemed like they knew about the mistake and emailed me about it in advance. They let me keep that item and resent my order that had arrived even faster.Needless to say, the reason I went with this company in a first place was their prices.5 star service, 5 star prices. As long as I have Acura this is my parts place.

Paid for expedited shipping and was waiting over a week. Live in north Carolina part was coming from New Jersey. Should only take maybe 3 days. Messaged them and was told that the shipping I paid for said a different date which was sooner and I should be happy. Been now almost two weeks still dont have the part. Check tracking and apparently they contacted my local post office and had it held there. Most definitely will not be using their service again.EDIT: Finally received the package and like I stated above paid for expedited and they sent it Parcel Select Ground.

Great place to buy OEM parts at a discount. Other Acura dealers charge you full price but this place usually gives you 30-40% discount. Plus, if you live nearby and out of state, you can order it on line and pick it up without having to pay sales tax. AWESOME!

These guys have the kind of customer service that all business should strive for. UPS damaged my shipping box, allowing an expensive motor mount I ordered to fall out. With just a simple phone call and a picture, a new mount was heading my way the next day! No hassles, no nothing. Cant say how appreciative I am of these guys. If you need OEM Acura/Honda parts, theyre the ones to talk to. They had the best prices online!

Horrible place that falsely advertise 30% - 40% off web parts orders. I ordered via their web site. I also called the parts dept., when I noticed you could pickup. to ensure the parts were in stock and their exact location. I drove 2h 20mins. (80 miles) round trip. When I arrived, I was told they didnt have my order in the system. I went to check and found no items in the cart. I was then told that I must didnt pay for it and they couldnt honor the web price. I was also told that it didnt matter because when you order via their web; they dont get paid from their own payment options on the web for at least 24 hours! Which dont make sense because you can nxda order parts via their system as an option. When I told the parts rep. that I recieved an email and that if I didnt finish the order it would still be in the cart on their website under my account. He then found the order in their system and stated, It was in limbo! The price he quoted from my found order was 40+ dollars more! He also said, I would have to buy the parts again and come back on Saturday to pick them up. When I asked about the 24 hour payment period he just told me about. He stated, I could buy all the parts full price right then or come back on Monday. I left feeling scammed. It seems to me that they use false advertising schemes to get you to drive all the way there. Go anywhere but here.... In fact run far away from here! Now I know what the last reviewer meant by they usually give 30% - 40% discount off parts!

Good place to buy Acura parts for cheap if you are local. I bought full Aspec body kit for 07 TL Type-S. Dan was very helpful provided everything I needed.

I have a 2007 ACURA MDX and have gotten tired of paying the dealer for parts. I ordered a new grill, as mine had bubbled and was unfixable. I received the grill timely from Acura Parts For Less, but a plastic piece on it was broken. They sent me a new one immediately, with a label to ship the damaged grill back. Customer service was OUTSTANDING, not something Im used to these days. The rep and I even texted back and forth to make sure transaction went smoothly. I would highly recommend them for Acura parts. I paid significantly less to them than the Exact same part quoted from my local dealer in Pennsylvania. Gary Devansky

Was sent the wrong part. 1 week after sending emails and calling to nobody picking up only to leave a message, still no reply. Nonexistent customer service. Avoid these clowns and take your money elsewhere, I wish I would have.
