I had to call multiple times to check the status of my tree, as I never received a phone call. I had to go to the facility to inquire in person, to find out my tree was ready. The tree was not placed on my car correctly as I begin to drive the tree started to veer off to the right side of my car. I had to pull over and fix the tree. Thank god I did not have to drive far as this could have been a serious issue. Our tree was also not trimmed at the bottom as they mentioned they would trim it themselves. I actually had to trim it myself. I will never return here again. Horrible customer service.

The tree was sideways when we got home but then the lady from the tree place called and informed us on how to fix the problem.Happy customer now ❤

This tree lot was very nice! Even though it was on the smaller side they had great trees and a jumpy house for the kids!! I recommend this Christmas tree lot👍🏼
