It was great as usual. Good customer service. Very busy and nice an working in paint dept. He ran into us in a different part of the store and told us out paint was ready and on the front counter. Wish I had gotten his name.

This Home Depot is the best place to buy anything you need. What I like most is the people who works here. They are super friendly, have professional knowledge and very hard working. A few days ago I went to buy 30 bags concrete. The staff named Chris S helped me to load to my vehicle. He worked very hard. Also, he observed that my tires didn’t have enough air in it. So He made two loads. When I was waiting on the line I have seen how he works. Super diligent. Very strong man. I think people like him did make this store standard out for the best service. One of the toilet seats in my house broke. It has been about 10 years so it makes sense that this toilet said no more LOL. After a quick YouTube search and a Google search to understand how to replace a toilet seat, I headed to the local Home Depot to find a toilet seat. It didnt take me long especially after asking one of the employees were the seats were. I got the tools that I needed got in line and was in and out of the store in about 30 minutes. I went again with my mother and of course it took a little bit longer as you wanted to look around, but that wasnt really a problem. She also has the employees a bunch of different questions, that they were very kind in answering.

Box store prices, local and knowledgeable staff, expert advice and military discount. Add in shop by phone, curbside pick up, delivery and self checkout, and you can turn any home, RV, or piece of land into your own oasis...

They have an app thats mostly reliable. I recommend it if you go to home depot a lot

Took 45 minutes to get some help finding foam insulation. Talk to five associates but they did not work in that department, one guy told me give me a second then continued to walk off and never came back. I only needed help finding foam insulation because their inventory shows 61, 4 x 8 sheets and their bay had zero. The associate who helped could not find them either. Inventory issues.

Always happy with the customer service at this store. I go around the Bay area and Im in home Depot very often. This store always leaves me feeling impressed! Sarah at the customer service desk is always amazing!

So there is one cashier that is always helpful most the time you see the workers walking around ask for help some will and some wont. I have to also give a high five to the girl in tracy locations paint department she is amazing very helpful

Not the best service at this location. Been going to this store for 20 years (due to convenience not choice) and majority of the time had a bad experience. Never enough staff and always rushed. My latest bad experience was with the rugs/carpeting department. Paola was very rude and not willing to answer our questions willingly. Sadly, she had earful customer service skills and a continuous bad attitude. We had to make two trips and unfortunately got her both times. Home Depot really needs to step up with training their staff with good customer service.

I wonder if theres a self kiosk where you can look up things. Sometimes there arent enough workers in the store. But your looking around enough that eventually youre going to find what youre looking for.

Employees will not make eye contact I think for fear someone might want help. Checkout person too busy looking at everyone else instead of her attention on the customer in front of her face. Smiles are impossible to get there.

I had a great service from team members name Sara at the appliance center. Sara was able to listen and understand my needs, by making recommendations regarding an old refrigerator filter. Saras professionalism help me to find the correct filter for my refrigerator and made my shopping less stressful.

First of all, We’re really thankful to have a Home Depot in this neighborhood, but a few critical issues lead me to write this 1 star review, hoping that the management will take a note.I promise to update my review once these issues are mostly resolved.**update: Staff training issue is gone! They are very helpful now. 2a is irrelevant now. Added one star**1) Often the most popular items are not in stock! Half the time things I need, are out of stock, and surely available at Menteca location! Clearly the store manager is not keeping track of hot sales and/or not restocking fast enough. Very sad!2) 50% of their staffs are amazing (best of the bests), and other halves are pretty ‘hopeless’.2a) A bunch of times I was sent to wrong/random aisles when asked for help looking up an item. She did not even check on her scanner. I know them by now, its 2 of them (both of them are asian ladies). Usually they are restocking shelves. If any question asked, they’ll reply as if they don’t understand English, then shell send you to some random directions.I dont think Home Depot hires non-english-speaking folks.2b) Some of them will tell you that items are not in stock even when app shows bunch of them are available at Tracy location. They’ll say that the items are probably on the truck being offloaded (it does not make sense how inventory will get updated if items are not offloaded and scanned - either they are lying or home depot has a really broken system). And guess what, every time I have found those items on the top shelves (usually where overstocks are kept) or wrong aisle.I take photos with zoom and look for the SKU# on the box (I’m a pro by now). Then ask someone to fetch it for me.Once someone told me that all 4 of the in-stock items are stolen, which I eventually found on top shelf as well.3) Dirty restroom, floor is always wet and pee is all over the floor by the urinals. No hand towels, no motion sensor faucets, no touchless soap dispensers! Now they have added door handle that needs to be pulled by arm! seriously? Why not have a foot grab thingy? Also, there isnt any hand sanitizer dispenser by the restrooms!Everything else which are not discussed above, for example, customer service, parking, garden section etc etc are great!

Its a place where you can build your house from scratch. Yes, its that massive. Theyve got virtually anything that you want. If youre ever wondering where to buy that one thing, aside from Amazon of course, then Home Depot almost always have them.

Kudos to JP and Jaron for being so helpful in assisting me with loading my car with lumber. I wanted to write a separate review for this but goole doesnt allow it!Went to HD and wanted someone to simply load cement onto my cart and then to load it into my trunk. Asked young man clerk who apparently was new. He had a discussion with middle-aged woman. I waited by cement, half a dozen clerks walked by but none were sent to help me. Finally I asked 4 teenaged customers to load the cement onto the cart for me. They were kind and sweet. Then when the next clerk came by I asked him to bring my cart to checkout and then load the cement into my trunk. He was cheerful and helpful as most of the clerks are.The middle-aged woman clerk saw us and said brightly that she had called him myself, he could be anywhere. Im assuming she had misunderstood and thought I needed info about cement not simply someone to lift it. Even if that were the case, is there only 1 person in the store who knows about cement?This should have been quick and easy but instead was horrible customer service.

Worst home depot. The fact ever other home depot honor military discount on ur driver license and it is one has own rules and policies kinda weird. Ill just go somewhere else.

I drove there specifically for a few bags of grass seed. Online it said they had 24 bags. When I got there they had 1 bag and one partial bag. I needed three 40 lb bags so they got me 12lb bags till I got close to my 120lbs of seed I needed. Would have given 5 stars but the 2 associates prior to the manager were lacking in communication skills

Never have been a big fan of big box hardware stores like usual service is hard to get good service knowledgeable service I should say is even harder and when all said and done they didnt have what I needed but they have a little bit of everything so give him credit or credits due

Hardware associates Brian, Carlos, and hunter are the best around very friendly and knows exactly where everything is at. these three together can run home depot all alone. Brian is very nice and does not give attitude back at angry customers. place is like heaven (btw i’m brian)

Nothing in stock and the quality has gone down and prices have increased. Buying wood here takes the same time as it is to build what you are doing. They have the inventory above just not in the racks but the stuff nobody will buy...

If you’re looking for functional Carbon monoxide alarms to protect you’r family I do NOT recommend going here. So far iv purchased 3 and none have worked straight out of the package. I now have to make a 4th trip back to the store to return it, again.

Some of my spring plants are looking lackluster, so I needed a few new flowers to spruce up my patio. Was happy with the selection. A very friendly woman made a few suggestions based on my need and I am happy to see the new blooms and opening of blooms on my new purchases. I enjoy the look and how they compliment my other plants.

Do your due diligence before placing order.I can write my story here but who has the time to read it. So all I want to say is that make sure what they are selling you before placing an order. I was not happy the way Home Depot handled everything.

I dont know what is wrong with this stores manager.I bought paint on Sunday which is normally a busy day.They had two women working that department.Let me correct that..One working her rear end off while the other one was just busy doing nothing.The working one mixed our paint...Three gallons of a custom color which all three had different tones when I opened each can.I mixed them all together so at least when painting,the color was consistent.My gripe with the way that store is managed is...WHY IS THERE A PERSON AND A HALF WORKING in a busy department instead of two hard workers?The woman who mixed our paint was rushed and did the best she could because she had to also take care of other customers at the same time .I dont blame her because she HAD to do all the work while the other one didnt do much of anything,constructive.

Staff is friendly but scarce when you need them. I was surprised to see the lumber stock so low and I wasnt able to purchase the exact wood I wanted. Lots of deals everywhere too many to list. Im a husky tool kind of guy because ILove the warranty they offer. Check out the deals for yourself and if your looking for something specific either call in first or order online. They occasionally have what I need. Pretty abysmal customer service but what do you expect. Just a huge warehouse with housewares. They have some ok Holiday decor at the correct times.

They dont honor product limits for orders here. I went on their website and saw they had 18 patio heaters in stock so I head to the store right away. I get there and Im told a single customer bought their entire stock of patio heaters. All 18! They were all sitting by the register waiting to be picked up on pallets. Its pretty obvious looking on amazon, craigslist, and facebook marketplace heaters are a big target for scalpers. Its the stores responsibility to honor those limits.

Went to home depot to pick up paint. The aisles are crowded some. But the staff were friendly and helpful and the checkout line moved pretty quickly.

We bought coach lights recently for the front of our house. We needed 3 and they had only 2 in stock because they were on clearance. The staff a really nice lady (wish I got her name) took down the display for us so we could purchase it. Yay. Thank you so much

Could not load mobile app to find item in store. Tgey need at least one terminal to make stock check.So cannot buy collspsable green waste contsiner that is supposed to be in stock. Staff did not know. Also could not find womens medium leather gloves for use pruning rose bushes.

There are a handful of useful employees who seem to actually know what they are doing but there is also a ton of youngsters who seem not only completely lost but also disinterested. Its okay to not know where something is, but to make zero effort to help me at least find someone who does... Why are you working here? They also do the Walmart dodge if you try to make eye contact.The girl at the checkout line, the guy who helped me in air conditioning, and an older dude named Kevin are a few of the good ones. They actually know their jobs. Im sure there is some more, you just have to sift through a bunch of kids hanging out in uniforms to find them.

The paint department is great and efficient. But asking for help finding items from other staff, you get over in isle x. Then you still got too look for awhile. When I was looking for a specific plant, it is outside if we have them; looked along time and did not find it.

Quick at 5pm on a Monday. This one is WAY more organized and stocked than that ones in Silicon Bally

When i havent had a lot of money or had none at all and still wanted to be in the yard doing something nice for my boyfriends grandfathers ranch, the managers at home depot were more then ok with me taking plants they were tossing out. Ive brought every single dumpster plant back to life, and i feel good about knowing ive landscaped his yard with all free brought back plants!

Great location, unfortunately some high demand items are not re-stocked quickly, such as Ramset shots and 1/4 Bosch rotary hammer bits, but the staff is great and very friendly.

Horrible experience. Purchased a order over 800$ in windows and they ordered the wrong size. They had to reorder and again they ordered the wrong windows and now will not give me back my refund, Really big head ache. No customer service. I wont ever come back. Save your money and go to Lowes

I have had nothing but negative experiences at the Tracy store and will drive another 20 miles to avoid it... I have had no less than 6 people share their displeasure also... with the exception of a couple of people I found their personnel to be discourteous at best downright rude and oblivious to people waiting and even people that need assistance with their orders. . I have video of some of the experience. On the other side of that coin Manteca Modesto and even Stockton were a better experience.

One of my favorite places to shop. But not if you are in a hurry!!
