I never thought I’d be giving a dealership five stars, but I’m so impressed with the customer service I’ve received from Tracy Hyundai. I’ve been to many dealerships but it is unmatched compared to this one. David was extremely helpful through text messages and was even willing to come in on his day off. Holland and Raymond helped us and they were wonderful. The people here seem so genuine and were so friendly. I highly recommend this place! Thanks for your time guys!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful to accommodate any situations. They’re markup (which all dealerships do rn) is the lowest of any Hyundai dealership within 100 miles, so you’ll definitely be getting the best price. Leo was great and their main finance guy was super helpful and told all the things we didn’t need. Never tried to sell us anything extra, but showed me my options. Great experience overall!
They were able to work something out with my situation. i still had an outstanding loan on a previous vehilce, but with the help of my co signer- i was able to purchase a brand new car!! the staff was quite pleasant to work with especially Joe Bravo; hes a chill and cool dude!
My whole experience was over the phone, but it was one of the best experiences Ive had with a dealership during my car hunt. Dylan was very pleasant to talk to and very professional. He definitely left a good name for the dealership. I would consider looking here for a vehicle again in the future.
A really lovely place if you need service on your vehicle, the staff is very helpful and understanding, but still very much human. Have some love and treat them how youd want to be treated.With any dealership though, stay savvy and look out for yourself when hunting for a good deal on a new or used vehicle. If youre prone to caving under pressure, bring a friend knowledgeable with automobiles and have it properly inspected if used.

I have Hyundai Palisade I bought from Platinum Hyundai. Brought SUV here fouth time already - they used to say “we don’t have a loaner” first thing. They have gotten better. I think mid management are learning to serve better. I know the owners history is pretty impressive. Better than most dealers but one dissatisfied customer can ruin the image sometimes. Overall good service so far

Ive had a great experience with Tracy Platinum Hyundai. We bought a 2021 Palisade with roof rack and tow hitch in Aug 2020. We got a much better deal driving out to Tracy in than in our own city and it was worth the trip! We got a great car for less money and better customer service. As a part of our deal we receive oil changes at no cost. Our first oil change was this weekend (we dont drive a lot) and the process was great. I received an email that the car was due for maintenance with a link to schedule. Booking the service was quick and easy. We received an appointment for the day we wanted and dropped off the car at our appointment time with no wait! Pick was just as easy. After we picked up our car, we received an email with a convenient link to book a future appointment when needed. Great job :0)
Three stars because we didnt actually buy a car there but Dylan contacted us and was very nice and helped us navigate dealership nuances. Definitely recommend him if you are interested in buying a car. (The only reason we didnt was because they didnt have the one we wanted in stock).
Real headache purchasing a Hyundai from this outfit. Sold me a car with chipped paint that my friend happened to notice when I picked up the car.Lots of BS on the financing of the car, lots of BS trying to get the chip fixed and lots of BS when I had questions about the car and needed answers.Just not even close to a good experience buying a brand new car.The guy that managed the lot was good but nobody should have to go to the top every time they need help.The car has a good warranty but anytime It need fixing getting a repair appointment is at least a month or more out.So far a big drag. Should have purchased a Honda or Toyota.Good luck

We talked to hunter. He showed the car and let us test drive with no hesitation. It was a great experience. You know some dealer just think about making a deal not helping but hunter was super nice.Also Holland helped us. So these guys are the good ones if you are looking for safe sales person .So we did not make a deal bc manager offers was way beyond hundayi website offer!
I had my NEW car for a couple weeks and I started having issues with the car. The engine light and steering wheel light came on. The steering wheel became so hard to turn. The first time I brought my car to the service department they told be nothing was wrong with my car. I kept having the same problems after. Now they are saying its the sensors and need to order a new part. They need to keep my car for a week. So they said they would give me a rental. Then they told me they called the car rental place and I could head over there. I went to Hertz. They tell me no one called them from Platinum Hyundai of Tracy dealership and I have to wait until the afternoon to get a rental. I keep calling Hertz and they keep pushing back the time I can pick up the rental. I need car because I have to work and fulfill other obligations. I am very frustrated and wish I could give my leased car back. Once my lease is over Im returning the car. This whole experience has been horrible. I will NEVER get another Hyundai.
The staff was great, but the issue I brought my car in for was not worked on or diagnosed at all. They found some other thing and charged me for that, but it did not solve the issue I brought my car in for. Plus they had to order parts to fix a different issue, their parts department sent to to the wrong dealership in a different state delaying my car being fixed by days. (They couldnt overnight it I guess it was too much for them to do that).They had me bring my car back and I showed them the sound it was making. They are working on it now.
They may not sell you a lemon, but the sales people are, in a word - disingenuous. To be fair, it is in Tracy, sooo, there’s that😆
If I could give no stars I would, the service here is terrible & don’t even get me started on the quality of the car you’re buying. I strongly STRONGLY advise not purchasing a car from Hyundai not only do the electronics & sensors go berserk but the engines themselves won’t even last past 46,000 miles. They’re known to catch fire as well & I can strongly assure you that corporate won’t assist you & neither will the staff. The warranty is bogus as they expect YOU to pay out of pocket 1st & if they deem it so then maybe just maybe they’ll reimburse you. I had one heck of a struggle with my car & I had to go through the channel of “it’s all who you know” or I guarantee I would’ve not only had to fork over the money to not only replace my engine but to cover the cost of the rental as well. As stated above I STRONGLY advise not purchasing a car from Hyundai as they are extraordinarily shifty & crooked.

I was a first time customer and my first “new car”. As a woman in her mid 20’s buying a car isn’t a great process and scary! However, they made the process very easy and worked with me! Having student loans and other bills, I was able to negotiate my monthly payments easy! I will definitely be coming back in the future!
This is the second time our family has purchased a vehicle from Platinum and both times have been an enjoyable experience. The time and effort used to explain the process and answer our questions has proven to be advantageous for us and we will be sure to purchase our next vehicle with them as well.
After visiting one other Hyundai dealership and attempting to communicate with several others, Platinum Hyundai finally won my business! Why? They dont cheat customers, they respond quickly to inquiries, theyre polite (!!!)... I could go on. Mostly, when Dylan Castro called me back, he assured me that they would never charge over the MSRP unlike every other Hyundai dealership in the area. I can attest to this as I have called pretty much all of them. I immediately got in my car and drove 1 1/2 hours to Tracy and left with a new Palisade because Dylan is also a great salesman. It was as easy a car buying experience as I have ever had (and there have been many). There was no bickering over clearcoat or protective seat coating or what kind of warranty I wanted because its all included- oh and I also have free oil changes. Do yourself a favor, skip the headache, just go to Platinum Hyundai. Thanks Dylan!

Purchased vehicle less than an year ago 10 months to be exact and already out of $3000 plus in repairs Window cracked when purchased oil change never done even after I took it back in. Leakage from under hood in which turned into radiator issue plus 2 other issues. Purchased service warranty so I thought. But dosent cover radiator. Only had vehicle 10 months very unsatisfied. Contacted service department as well nothing they could do other than fix with estimated $1000 labor excluding parts.
So I had installed new custom head, tail lights on my wifes Hyundai Sonata that she had taken such great care of car is amazing, and i was delivering it to her work so she could drive it home. When all of a sudden the engine blows a rod. Omg what do we do? I was at a loss, all seemed like a bad dream. I called Hyundai in Tracy Ca. I talked to Victor lima and he put us at ease took away all the stress immediately, and a couple days later found he was able to fix the car on warranty. New engine!!!! Now the car is better than new!!! Thank you Victor lima, and team Hyundai 🙏. And thank you again Victor lima for being great at your job as well as a wonderful person. 👏 oh and so important and so impressive, it only took a week!!!
Didnt feel pressured at all while making a selection, everyone was very helpful and made the process go by very quickly, felt good after leaving the dealership as well, guided me throughout the process while letting me make all the decisions on payments and financing as well

1st time here for service. Arrived a few minutes before 8am and nobody was here. So after the excuses for opening late. We get a service advisor that doesnt have the time to get service warranty information, claims they hung up on him. (Hmm wonder why) asks me to call. To get warranty information which was purchased at another dealership. I dont if they do this to all their first time customers. So after everything is said and done we leave close to 9am. And get called 12:40. 3 hour oil changes if you want. Not very friendly or care about your time go here if you want to be treated like your time means nothing. Ill be happy to bring my car to any other Hyundai dealer.

Just purchased a Palisade calligraphy at MSRP. We had gone to five different Hyundai dealerships and they were marking things up between $5k and $16k above MSRP.They were the only one that took a small deposit and to our surprise received the SUV in 2 weeks.What a great experience as we didnt have to play the back and forth with a salesperson and the manager in the back.Thanks David, the service was impeccable.

Terrible sales service. They screwed up the paperwork at the time of sale, so all the paperwork went to the wrong address. 3 months later, still no plates and it turns out they failed to properly register the vehicle with the state. We’ve tried calling and emailing half a dozen times and we never get calls back from managers- just platitudes from the front desk. They’re shinny until you buy, then they drop you like a hot potato. You’ve been warned. Notice in other negative reviews it’s the same story - once you purchase they don’t care anymore. I’d assume many of these positive reviews are fake.

We just bought a new Palisade and had an amazingly good experience. Our day started at Stockton Hyundai where we got a quote for a Limited Palisade that was $15,000 over the sticker price. We then drove to Premier Hyundai in Tracy and drove away with a Limited Palisade for $12,000 less than the quote from Stockton. Sales and finance staff were great. If you want a Hyundai, go to Tracy and ask for Ronnie.

Purchased a used car and had a great experience! Sanjay was very helpful and knowledgeable and quickly communicated with me to resolve all questions and concerns I had. Seems small but it just goes to show they care.... Sanjay and the sales team offered me water and a delicious piece of chocolate while I waited for my paperwork to be processed. When we were looking in returning our lease and leasing again we came to Platinum Hyundai at Tracy. Since the new owners have taken over the experience at Platinum has been top notch. We came in the evening in December and Joseph helped us out. We told him we were looking around since our lease was up. From Joseph to Tony the sales manager, they gave us great information and worked with us. I am a loyal Hyundai lessee and I’ve been to Different dealerships in the Bay Area but Platinum Hyundai in Tracy has them all beat. We didn’t feel pushed into something we didn’t want and came away with a great experience. Looking forward in going back to any future car needs.
Ive bought many cars in my lifetime, but this time was different than every other experience I ever had. I usually view buying cars like getting a root canal; Its not pleasant. I spoke with Tony, the Internet Sales Manager over the phone and told him what I was looking for, down to the make, model, trim level and color. Id spoken with several other Bay Area dealers and they all treated me like I expected-poorly. Tony was upfront and honest and the price he gave me over the phone was lower than all the other dealers Id spoken to. BY FAR. Im not sure I should say how low of a price but it was a phenomenal deal for a fully loaded, top of the line Sonata 1.6T. Tony put it in writing, showed me the invoice and the white glove treatment I received from the GSM, Mario and Joseph, our sales associate was better than any other experience Ive ever had. This should be the way all car dealerships operate. My wife and I were both very happy with our experience and cant praise them enough.

Poor experience in service dept, total lack of communication, car was barely a month old and completely died. Took over 2 weeks to get it repaired and returned. I bought an electric car, the replacement comes from enterprise rental which offers only gas cars. During the time was car was serviced i had to pay over 150 in gas. #sadface for me and the environment

I just bought a 2015 Tucson at Premier Hyundai. I love my car! The salesman Lou was exceptionally professional and considerate. I had gone to a few other dealers in Tracy and none of them compared to Premier Hyundai. I got a great price for my trade in and fantastic financing. It was an overall low stress and no pressure vehicle purchasing experience. I highly recommend them, and also the Tucson!

I got my first car here about 2 years ago although I had some problems with the vehicle these guys did not hesitate in helping me out. I traded in my car for a new one with full warranty brand new and amazing. I LOVE my new ride! It was a hard decision for me to in choosing a vehicle but Alex really helped me out a lot to make the right choice. This business will take advantage of elderly people.Do not trust this business. Do not support people like this.This place scammed my future mother in law out of $2000 worth of services. She was convinced and agreed to a service she didn’t need for her 2015 Sonata and they retained the vehicle. She then gets a phone call that she needs more services and they refused to release her car, they forced her to have more maintenance at this place. They made her change the tires, rotors, and break pads there. The tires were already going to be changed after at Costco, where service is better and cheaper. The break pads and rotors were fine. By the way, she originally walked in for an oil change. She walked out paying them $2000, half of that was for a couple hrs of labor!
Straight forward, easy to understand, & quick. Honored the online price, respected our loan terms. No run around /song and dance. In about 3 hrs we where driving home in brand new suv.

Just got a new Santa Fe from Tracy Hyundai. The whole process was painless. Jesus was an awesome sales guy to work with, we chatted while we waited and it made time really fly. Hazim was amazing. Made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in the door. Went above and beyond to get my deal funded. It took two days as Im a first time buyer. He even came in on his day off. Because I expressed to him that I dont want to work with numerous people. Great I can help you attitude. I test drove 5 cars in then freezing cold and he never seemed annoyed. Everything went well, my favorite spot for 6 years now. I have some feedback for you since this starts to be repetitive. For 2nd time the free inspection report is not accurate. I have all my 4 tires under 28 PSI for the 2nd time while it clearly stated it been checked and set the factory recommendations. I have before same issue but With brakes when it was inspected as good and on green and after a month they were “metal to metal”. Do I need to doubt all the services and double check everything?I have a big loyalty to this brand and I don’t that to be shaken.
The service at Premier Hyundai was second to none! Knowledgeable service staff, with attention to detail in regards to my car and its needs. My service was completed on time and at a reasonable price. Great people to work with and friendly customer service throughout the dealership. Will return for all of my service and vehicle needs. Scale from 1 to 5 they all deserve a 20.Vary High respect for all Workers @ Premier Hyundai of Tracy,From the the manager Brian who always has a smile on his face and will greet everyone coming in to Hyundai and making sure that everyone coming in will be waited on with little wait time, to the Service Adviser who takes care of you, and makes sure every t is crossed and every I is doted. to the people working on the cars, washer of the cars or the person on the other side of the counter taking your payment. They are all up beat happy, taking pride in where they work.My Adviser was Mikki, he went above and beyond when taking car in to get it looked at. He found the problem, confirming with the mcaniches. Ordering the parts and fixing the car. I would refer them over anyone else. (and have) for Hyundai owners. All I can say is thank you for the best service I have had from a car dealership.Terry
