HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The Indian guy behind the counter is prejudice and downright rude! Hes nasty with a condescending attitude. Every time we go into this store its something. They automatically judge minorities when we walk in the door. Treat us with no respect.Instead of addressing customer concerns in a professional matter the Indian guy barks at you like a little Chihuahua. He kept talking trash about me to a customer when I left the store. UNPROFESSIONAL! Left a message for the owner but hes yet to call back. Ive lived in Towson for 10 years and have never experience this behavior. I do not recommend.

Would give 0 stars if I could bought a 200 dollar bottle of liquor and it was already open and half empty. I bought the bottle back and was accused of opening then was told it would be replaced that was in March. Spend your money somewhere else

Great place...friendly service and I don’t mind at all but they will ask for your ID which is good. Prices are the best I’ve seen in town. I go here often because they have a big selection of everything from craft beers to wines. I would recommend coming here first.

Although I loved the convenience of this liquor store and it’s selection, their customer service will be the reason why i don’t come back. Though I understand that it is very close to a college campus and there is a chance that someone could go into their store with a fake ID, just because you look young doesn’t mean you should treat someone as if they do have a fake. I am of age and every time I go there, the man at the counter is grilling me about the information on my ID. He’s asked me for my birthday and my zip code ???? I don’t like be interrogated when unnecessary. Last time i was in there though, a few ladies were working the floor and register and they were super friendly. Wouldn’t recommend.

This place is right down the block from me, great location and selection with decent prices. I don’t like that I get grilled about my perfectly legal ID each time I go, but I understand why they do it. There are a lot of stupid kids that use fakes and try to skate by, so their candid, suspect demeanor is warranted.

The people who work here are great.

The service is not the very best because they are ALWAYS short staffed. Going here to play the Mega Millions or Powerball lottery is an exercise in futility you must wait till all other store side customers are gone before getting waited on. It is easy yo get caught behind college students spending 5 minutes at checkout figuring what they want.The selection is great. Best thing about this store is it has both the posh selection items and the ghetto wines, beers, malt liquors and spirits. The store in nearby Dalany Valley only sells the posh alcoholic beverage selections.The store is not perfect but the staff is not lazy and they try to keep things moving as best they can.

We were looking for 3 bottles of Moet and Chandon Imperial Nectar Champagne for a special occasion. We found them here after visiting 3 other liquor stores in the neighborhood.

We are regulars here. They always point out new things we would be interested in and everyone is always very professional. They also sometimes have free wine and beer tastings.
