I love the 9am opening, especially when my first class isnt until 11am. I sometimes get a little aggressive and need to cancel, but the students generally dont mind. Good place to stop after work, too. Like to get in before rush hour. Great lotto options.

Awful customer service with attitude problems. (a younger man) who cant count out the correct change from a $20 bill. Told me to go somewhere else if I wasnt happy. What kind of business would allow that? I will take his advice and will never go to this place again. There are to many other liquor stores with great service.

Ive never had a bad experience there, everyone I talked to had a professional demeanor and was easy to work with. I find prices are cheaper here than in some other stores. And they often have deals on cheap beer. They do, however, seem to definitely need to stock better. Its frustrating when they frequently would run out of common, cheap wines. But I still shop there.

Decent Liquor store just north of the Towson traffic circle on York Rd. Very large wine selection. Now open again after being closed for many months.

The store was selling long-time-ago expired beer. When I asked why they didt check expiration date on beverages they sell, the answer was - we can exchange the product and if you dont like to shop with us, so dont.

This is the last time I go to this place. Customer service is HORRIBLE! The blonde hair middle aged woman who helps me everytime highly lacks the simple skills of customer service. She has no personality and never speaks to you until it is time to pay. Her snide remarks and unfriendly attitude is the only reason I will not continue to do business with Top Shelf Wine & Spirits anymore. If you live in Towson go to Dulaney Wine & Spirits.

This USED to be the best liquor store in Towson until about 3 months ago when the owners and employees changed! This place is HORRIBLE!!! The customer service is the worst of any place Ive been. These people are mean, they will not help you and they make you feel like you dont belong there.We have had so many bad experiences that we have decided to NEVER return EVER!! This place is in walking distance of my home and we choose now to drive to Lutherville to the liquor store by Olympia Pizza! They have customer serive down to a science and they are always friendly and very helpful!STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! From Top Shelf!!!
