I love this place. The service from the staff is professional but fun and the lil chocolate girl is so cool and knowledgeable.

We went in to do a ring repair (resizing), and the shop told us they needed to send it out to a vendor for estimates on price and date of completion. I left the ring with Zales and didnt hear back for a couple of weeks. I had to call back to the store several times since it was radio silence after the initial call. I talked to 5 different Zales associates after that, who all kept asking me to approve the same estimate for the repair, again and again. Each person kept telling me they didnt have record of me giving permission for the estimate, which I provided every time and every Zales associate kept reassuring me they updated the notes with my permission. They never apologized for the miscommunication and the delayed communication to me. I was the one to keep following up with them. The saving grace for this experience is that the vendor did a fabulous job with resizing the ring, albeit, a little pricey.

The store manager, Michelle and the other rep., Joan were extremely helpful and pleasant in assisting me with finding the perfect ring for my upcoming proposal. I could not have been happier. Went in expecting to spend a lot at once, walked out with a Zales card and no upfront payment and no interest for a year. And to top it off, the ring ended up being much less than I was expecting to pay for the particular ring I wanted. Hats off to Michelle and Joan! I am surely going to recommend their services.

I love my ring to death its beutiful with the diamonds but i havent even wear it yet and two diamonds from my ring are about to come off😭i dont like wasting my money on rings that are not very valuable. Im disappointed from this place. I would loveee to get fixed without charges.

Sales rep was quick to receive me and address my reason for the visit, which was an inspection of my rings. That was done rapidly, but when asked to have another ring cleaned, he responded in the negative. The reason given was that due to the pandemic, that service was not being offered.

Michelle was absolutely lovely! There was a small wait to see someone, but with COVID I understand. I needed a wedding band to match an engagement ring purchased at a different diamond store and I found one quickly that matched for a very reasonable price, including insurance.

Went expecting to spend alot of money and left with a 2000 credit card from Zales to cover the purchase... Im Hooked.

Worst experience ever we specifically asked if the ring would turn they said no the ring was beautiful and now it’s ruined not even four months later

This is a great location. Customer service is excellent. Steve is a great salesman and was very patient and understanding. He took the time to explain unlike most other jewelry places in this mall

Ms. Sarah and her team here at the Towson location are amazing! Please go see them for any of your jewelry needs. This may not be my closest location, but I will always go the extra mile to come see Sarah and her folks.

I have been looking for this ring @ this price half the Day..Associate Chante @ The Towson Baltimore spot made all the calls to do her best & made it happen for me to get this Ring before the sale ended sunday. She is a Great Representative For Zales. I wouldnt even had a chance if she didnt make the effort
